Horrible zero star hospital! My mom had signs of heart attack and I rushed to this hospital because it is the closest place. I don't know if they can't understand the word "Heart attack" or what, they put highest priority patient on the least prioritize spot possible. We waited longer than 6 hours just to see the doctor and luckily, my mom is fine. Staffs treat patient badly and very unprofessionally, they will definitely NOT willing to help you if you are not speaking French! Language barrier is beyond horrible, if you can't speak french you are not welcome here. I really want to warn all the travellers avoid coming to this place if you don't want to risk your life in this "hospital." WORST PLACE YOU CAN BE IN THIS ENTIRE WORLD!

Worst medical service ever! A disgrace for all medical professionals. We had a car accident near Paris. My wife suffered a whiplash injury of her neck. The ambulance came. However no physician showed up. The crew of the ambulance put my wife on a spine-board but didn’t establish an iv. They waited for 20 minutes on the highway without doing anything. I am a physician myself. Qualified in anesthesiology, intensive care and emergency medicine. They ambulance crew refused to help my wife and me. Although no other physician was there. Thank god my wife wasn’t injured worse. She survived the highly unprofessional treatment. The hospital wasn’t any better. On arrival someone examined her briefly and took her off the spine-board. No CT scan or X-ray was done. My wife was then waiting for hours without seeing any stuff. Not to think of an physician. I contacted my colleague in Germany and we left eventually without any treatment. My personal recommendation: Avoid accidents in France! You will not survive if you need urgently qualified emergency treatment.

If you wish to witness the downfall of the French medical system and the decay of A and E in France, come and pay a visit to this hospital. Let alone the organisation of the A and E, some staff are rude and incapable of understanding the stress and concern of patients.

(Translated by Google) My mother was rushed to the emergency room due to severe lung damage from covid19. She was left in a hallway, without water, without an accompaniment to the toilet. She was put on 9L of oxygen, but uncontrolled. Fortunately, she was transferred to another hospital. She arrived in respiratory distress. They hadn't even put him in a sitting position. Avoid if you can. Caregivers without any consideration for the patients.

(Translated by Google) My son had an accident while playing handball in college; he broke his little finger. The emergency physician, from the hospital where we live, redirected us to SOS Main at l'Oréliance; clean and fairly large health center: several buildings, several specialties: emergencies, consultation center ... ... The welcome was good and quick. The surgeon waited a bit long, he was apparently in the operating room. His reaction reassured us: since my son is still young, he did not recommend the operation. So he ordered a splint to be put on and the condition of the finger to be checked in about ten days. At the end of this, we would know if an operation is necessary. The fitting of the harness and the making of appointments (radiology and with the practitioner) were very fast. There are always downsides, but this time I prefer to see only the bright side.

Absolutely horrible place. I came in at 3:00 p.m feeling the sickest I have ever felt before and really scared for my health. They shove you into a small exam room to get your symptoms and then if your symptoms are not that severe you keep being put lower on the list to be seen. I wasn’t even talked too until midnight. Midnight. Even then I had to cry and yell for help because no one seemed to care and no one spoke English. At midnight a nurse finally said well if we put you in the stretcher room maybe they will see you. I sat in that stretcher room for another two hours wailing in agony as my boyfriend just watched be helplessly. People would pass me sobbing on the floor begging for help. It was an absolute nightmare. I finally wandered the halls by myself to find a doctor and they just said sorry there are a lot of patients waiting. Finally a doctor agreed to see me I was then shoved into a another very unhygienic room and given a blood test and ekg which I did not need I just needed nausea medicine. They took my shirt off to do the ekg while a male nurse was in the room which I also found weird. I was then wheeled into another room to wait for my test results they wheeled me past patients that looked like they needed help and were just left on the floors. There were people screaming, puke and blood in the bathrooms. I waited two hours for my blood and ekg results only to find out they were normal of course and then they finally gave some nausea medicine but gave me no answers on why I was feeling how I was feeling. They also left part of the IV in me when I left and I had to get that taken out at another hospital. We left this hospital at 5:00 A.M absolutley ridiculous.

Worst emergency room ever! Expect ridiculously long waits with zero communication. Ward care is good. Surgery expertise is good. Communication between the two is non existent making the composite service very bad!

I have never seen such a disgusting hospital in my life. I went to the hospital on 14/11/2022 evening at 5.40pm and after they gave me a paracetamol tablet . They showed me a place and wait there. I stayed there more than 17 hours and nothing happened. After I came to my home. Every time they said wait three or seven patients before you ……

This hospital is my sister empoyer. She is a doctor here and her first day was on 4th November 2019. They promissed her, accommodation near the hospital and to the end the accommodation is 20km away but the problem is until today she still did have the key even for that room ... The doctors are comming to save people live in France not to be treated like that... THINK AGAIN BEFORE YOU ACCEPT A JOB OFFER.

Over 12hrs since admission from ambulance, no food or water offered. No proper explanation of what is happening, the procedures or time it will take. Extreme cramped wards, no privacy, huge language barriers with most staff. It's not somewhere I wish for anyone to be, emergency or not. Send me elsewhere.

Absolutely awful. My 7yr old son was rushed in by ambulance, they put him in a room with 3 very elderly patients which really wasn’t a pleasant sight. Blood up the walls, they couldn’t understand us, made us feel worthless. Got a taxi back to hotel the next day, which security booked and seemed like taxi driver and security guard made a plan to change us the earth and spilt two ways.... I can see why people come to the uk for our nhs. Avoid this hospital at all costs. Zero stars

(Translated by Google) The emergency room at this establishment is a scandal and a shame for those who are unfortunate enough to be directed there. Because you neither have Covid nor a potential heart problem, you are nothing. My husband was ignored, yet with unbearable acute pain. Moral and physical torture. The patient who enters is now “kidnapped” for false reasons of covid and overflow. If the Director of this hospital is human at all, I am prepared to give him a detailed summary of the 12 hours spent trying to help my husband since the call of the 18th, 15th and 5:40 am of anguish. The many posters of the rules of decorum of the corridors explaining to you respect, communication, empathy, benevolence ... have surely been posted without having been read to be strictly applied. 2 people deserve respect: the security guard who with humanity and compassion tried to help me and a nurse Laurence who was able to explain and bring a little humor to this inhuman experience !! 2020 and now 2021 are in the continuity of a France which is far from being admired. What confusion, what sadness. I went to the maternity emergency room several times for echo and monitoring, the staff are great, from the nursing assistant to the internal doctor, always friendly and smiling. It is a midwife in the name of Audrey who accompanied me during my outbreak and my childbirth a real angel I would like to sincerely thank her because she was a gentleness and kindness that helped me a lotė I would of course thank her assistant and the whole team behind who kept smiling despite the health situation and the end of year celebrations! The stay in the maternity ward was very pleasant, the only downside it was very cold in my room and parking is quite expensive! The birth of the child can be registered directly in the hospital. Team of auxiliaries and midwives at the top of the top night and day ... I did not remember all the names but thank you very much for your advice and your attentions and your smiles! Forced to insist on seeing the doctor who, once he deigned to move, almost makes you feel guilty and infantilizes you! On the other hand, level of waiting time is very fast. But we understand why. Then you go to a clinic. The goal is to make money. So the nurses make the diagnosis and have the Doc sign it. Like that it is quickly done and we cash. My wife and I visited this hospital on May 28th of this year with our daughter who broke her arm at Villages Nature. My daughter and wife were taken to the hospital by ambulance and I followed in the car. I wanted to follow up (regretfully a lot later than I should have) and pass on our most heartfelt thank you for the care our little girl received. Neither my wife or I speak French, although we had tried to learn before we visited, but this made no difference to the care we received and every effort was made on the part of the hospital to ensure we got the best care and understood everything that was happening even though the hospital was very busy. We greatly appreciate everything all of the staff we interacted with on that night did to help us. Our daughter has recovered perfectly and has no memory of that awful day which will stay with my wife and I forever but the memory is brightened by the wonderful service we received from the staff.

Firstly, I am shocked at the low rating of this hospital. I was admitted here on 17th October 2019 suffering of severe abdominal pain. Honestly, I thought it was food poisoning. My memory of the event isnt as clear as my partner and friends memories. They said language barrier was there but using google translate helped. They said I was examined rather quickly and then put into a room where I was given pain relief. I remember parts, like all the tests that were run. I was given an abdominal scan and gynecological exam. Blood was taken too. They identified very quickly that I had a very serious condition that required urgent surgery. By the time I came out of surgery I had been at the hospital either 14 or 16 hours. The aftercare was fantastic. I was kept fully informed of everything. The language barrier wasnt too bad. I know a little French. Google translate was a great help. Plus I learned a bit more whilst there. Quite a few of the staff can speak english. What people need to realise is this isnt a tourist area. They've studied medicine, not languages. We never struggled with communication here. I had a bit of a bad day when I started having convulsions due to deficiencies. They reacted so quickly and took no chances onto what caused it. I was sent for a brain scan just to sure. Like I said, the quality of care was exceptional here. Everyone was lovely and really took care of me and reassured my partner when things got a little serious. I personally want to thank everyone, the surgeons, anaesthetist, EEG technician, CT technicians, radiologists, doctors, nurses, care givers and cleaners for the amazing work you do. I wouldn't be here today if wasnt for this amazing hospital. Many thanks Lane Necrosis of the intestine patient

This is very much a simple, basic public hospital (think medicaid/medicare type hospital in a large US city) and staff mostly speak French, though they do make an effort to speak English. Bottom line is that the quality of actual medical care in the ER and pedes section was very good. No frills but overall I felt my son's health was being well looked after and if anything they were overly cautious. We stayed 3 nights due to bacterial pneumonia during a trip to Disneyland. Honestly wouldn't have chosen the place but it's where the ambulance took us and the care was good. Lots of trainees and interns, so be prepared for that.

(Translated by Google) Hello, I went to your emergency room today around 4 p.m., there were hardly any people there. I am received by the nurse, who puts me in a cubicle to wait for the doctor. This very dear doctor arrives, who is none other than Dr Ismael Mama Sika. I told him that my back has been very painful since Sunday, that the pain does not go away, even with strong enough painkillers. He asked me to stand up, which I did, and asked me to stand up, something that I cannot do given my lower back pain which is blocking my entire lower back. I also tell him that I have a loss of sensitivity in my left leg and especially a loss of strength, which makes me fall if I take this leg in support. His correct answer was I cannot examine you since you are in pain. Okay, I understand, but I still find it weird, the purpose of coming to the emergency room is to be examined, isn't it? And then he asks me if I'm off, I him no no, I didn't go to work yesterday or today because of the pain but that's it. So he puts me off for a week (something I did not ask, do we agree? Yes) he says goodbye to me and it out loud, said to the nurses giving my care sheet: " I have one allergic to it at work »Pardon ?! Since when do doctors talk about their patients like this? And since when do we disrespect like that ?! What an extreme lack of professionalism on the part of this doctor! I never asked for this stop, was he the one who forced it on me and he dares to say things like that? Inadmissible! Really.

During our Christmas trip to Disneyland Paris, our daughter (aged 2) developed an infection requiring a doctor. The Disney hotel gave us a number to call a doctor, but I decided to drive the short distance to this hospital. The hospital staff were amazing, we were seen quickly and managed to overcome any language barriers with Google Translate. Some staff did speak English, but I certainly did not expect this, given it's a hospital in France! Thank you to the staff there who were able to help my daughter, she was quickly on the mend and we enjoyed the remainder of our holiday. For future trips to Disney, if required I would have no hesitation to visit this hospital.

After arriving at the Disney hotel we were going to stay in, we asked them where the closest hospital was. They referred us to this hospital. I was 11 weeks pregnant and had some bleeding on our flight from Johannesburg to Paris. I've had 3 miscarriages, so I knew I had to see a doctor to see if the baby still had a heartbeat. Since it was a Sunday, I went straight to the emergency room. After greeting the blonde lady at the counter at the emergency room, she very harshly said "no English!". I tried to speak a few words to her in my home language to show her, English was also my second language. But still she refused to help me. She didn't try to find someone who could speak English or who could translate or showed any kind of empathy - even though I was in tears by this time. One would expect an emergency room, closest to Disneyland (a tourist destination) would offer friendly service. I left in tears and even more stressed than when I arrived at a place for medical help.

Our Doctor was great when we got her after 12+ hours wait in a chair. We were lucky that we had food and drinks in the car but we got nothing from the hospital. But most of the nursing / facilitating staff was just rude and unhelpful. 2 volunteers where amazing is softening some of the discomfort by actually being helpful. We even got signed out of the wait queue when we just go for air for a few minutes and almost needed to start over in de queue. But some nurses where amazing did go beyond to help us. And after the thirds nurse signed back us in the queue around the same spot. So we had still hours wait left but just hours. So many people in the waiting room just sleeping on benches and no care given. Overal bad experience with the staff and hospital but some where amazing and we are thankful for that. Just a understaffed and inefficiënt hospital and we where glad we had not a major injury. Still beter go elsewhere.

Don't bother, the hospital wasn't clean. While giving medicines, everything was placed on the dirty floor. The hallway was filled with people laying on beds. The curtain between me and others was full of old stains. While taking out the syringe out of my hand (which was done by a cleaner instead of a nurse), my wound kept bleeding. I would advise people to look further unless they're in need of direct help.

We arrived at 05.57 in the morning with our babygirl (10 months old) that fell hard on her head. We were on holiday and couldnt get an icepack at that hour in our accomodation. We hoped to get an ice pack as soon as we arrived at the hospital because there was a huge bumb on het forehead. They told us they have no ice. I have never heard of a hospital that has no ice, I was totally in chock after hearing this. After that we waited for more than 2 hours (without any ice) to let het checked at by a doctor. After the first hour we asked if it would still be long, they said you are the next in line but I didnt know how much longer. After two hours of waiting we asked again and said we didnt find it normal that they didnt have any ice pack in the hospital and if it would still take long before we could see a doctor. We said two other children came just in and they are already being helped. Yes, but its another department. What is het name again, I will check…you are the next in line but I dont know how long it will be. We told her we were the next in line an hour ago. She didnt want to help further. We just left because we want to buy ice somewhere and drive back home to belgium to get real treatment. Its a disgrace! Its a one star because I cant give 0.

This hospital "lost" my United States passport. I was on vacation from the United States and arrived with severe lower back pain via ambulance late at night on 12 September. The ambulance driver asked for my passport to give to the front desk so they could scan it as my identification, and I never received it back. I waited in a bed in the lobby for over 6 hours to be seen, then was taken into a room where I waited for 2 hours to be seen by the doctor, who then prescribed me low grade pain medication. (My doctor in the US took xrays when I got back, I have narrowing between 2 vertebrae and require physical therapy) Upon returning to the lobby to pay, my friend and I asked for my passport back, and the people working at the desk now (the shift had changed so it was different people) said that they didn't have it, so we must. We checked all of our belongings and did not have my passport. We found the ambulance driver, and he called his partner who said she gave it to a blond man at the front desk. The hospital texted him since he was off, and said we had to wait there to hear back. I was in so much pain and couldn't wait around, so we gave them our contact information and left. I immediately emailed the US Embassy and reported my passport as lost/stolen. I had to get an emergency passport to be able to return to the United States a few days later. Do not go here if you want to be treated in a timely manner and want your passport safely returned to you.

Request for an explanation because visits prohibited for a person at the end of their life. No professionalism, respect for patients or families, no empathy. It seems to me that to be a caregiver the 3 values and qualities must be present, well that's what we learn in nursing school. (Translated by Google) Disappointment, unfortunately. Attention I do not question the caregivers who are top! I was going there for a dental scan. Main door broken so you must first go through the "stretcher bearers" access all around. Then it takes about 1h30 on site for an exam that lasts 30 seconds, after being tossed between several offices (computer failure). The secretary of the scanner (pleasant incidentally) unfortunately "forgets" to return the vital card, reminds you to collect it, you agree on a place to collect the card (at reception), and when you go there you will says that we don't know, that we don't have a vital card, and we end up giving it back to you after an hour. The radio operator was very nice, I want to make it clear, thank you very much to her! If you have unlimited time, you can go. If you are already juggling your work / children to free yourself, go your way. I know the context is complicated and they are certainly under pressure, but they are unprofessional.

Go to another hospital 20 minutes away which many locals advise is far better. This hospital is massively overstretched and under staffed and all the doctors were visibly struggling and fed up. Understandably with so many tourist patients, including us. We had to visit during our Disney break when our 11 year old daughter was injured in the hotel pool. Arrived at 2pm and registered fairly quickly and easily at the hospital urgencies desk, despite no English spoken. We were then seen by initial triage nurse fairly quickly before being sent to sit in the paediatrics waiting room. Where we stayed for 3 hours. Eventually led through to a room on the ward and asked to sit here and left with no communication. We knew we needed a CT scan and a doctor confirmed it would not be long. After being totally ignored unless asking staff for an update we finally went for a scan at 9.45pm having pressed the staff to consider her age and potentially serious injury. We then waited another 3 hours for the scan results leaving at nearly 1am.
