    Ooooooolala!!!! This is a gorgeous hotel, with all of the white marble, large windows as you walk into the hotel makes you feel like you are in LUXURY!!!! We loved our room, the pool, the dining the amenities and everything about this hotel. They are a 5* hotel, the service is wonderful. This is our 3rd Conrad we have stayed at they all are very different and this one was very different than the other 2- probably because the other 2 were in Mexico.     Excellent hotel. Great location, very friendly and high level service, top room cleaning. Wasn’t really happy with breakfast, because everything was exactly the same for 4 days but it’s nothing compare to everything else. Got a champagne and a cake with candle in my room for birthday, very well and professionally done. We will definitely come back.

    Overall - at €4300 for three nights. I was left with a feeling of buyer’s remorse. This hotel is beautiful but lacks service and the food is not great. Good points - staff at the door were very nice and attentive. - beautiful property. - beautiful room Bad points - bad room service - bad food in restaurant - property poorly maintained - bed was very old and worn in our room. - staff didn’t offer compensation Conclusion - nice hotel but it’s not worth the money and if your interested in good food and service go else where.

    The ultimate in my opinion of 5 star PLUS resorts. The moment we stepped onto this property my wife and I have never felt so welcomed. Everyone from the valet , front desk, maid, and restaurant crew were the epitome of professionalism. The rooms were spotless and wreaked of luxury. I can go on and on, let's just say you will not be disappointed.

    Love to visit the Conrad when here for our holidays. Came for Christmas Day lunch at Louro Restaurant this time. Lovely cocktails first in the bar followed by lunch downstairs. Wonderful selection of food with a seafood station (oysters, prawns and crab); carvery with turkey and joint of pork, and huge selection of deserts and cakes. Great atmosphere with live swing band playing throughout. To be recommended.

    I redeemed Hilton Honors points for a five night stay, but only twin rooms were available for standard redemption. This was automatically upgraded to a pool view prior to my arrival. I emailed the hotel to ask about switching to a king room rather than a twin, and was told this would cost an extra €40 per night. I declined this, but was upgraded to a King Grand Deluxe pool view when I arrived. As a Diamond Honors member I usually receive a welcome gift in the room, such as a bottle of wine or some chocolates. This was not the case at Conrad Algarve, although one complimentary cocktail was offered in the lobby bar. My room also overlooked an outside seating area, so on a few nights I could hear people having conversations. Although the view won't be as nice, you may find a room on the other side of the hotel to be quieter. There are two outdoor pools; one for families (unheated when I stayed in late March), and one heated 'serenity pool' which staff told me was for "peaceful enjoyment". As it was the only heated pool, children and babies were using the serenity one. This meant that the designated family pool was actually the quietest for those seeking peaceful sunbathing. It was a great place for some early spring sun, but I can imagine it getting very packed during peak season. The indoor pool also has a free-to-use sauna and jacuzzi (although the water was cold). Unless you are a Diamond member and have complimentary access, I wouldn't bother paying for spa entry. Breakfast had the usual buffet selection with extensive choice of juices, and also cooked options made to order, such as porridge, omelette or poached eggs. There were a few areas where the hotel needs to pay more attention: - no hot water in the changing room showers by the pool - broken facilities inside the spa - coffee pods and tea bags not replenished during room cleaning The hotel is a 20-30 minute drive from Faro airport. The outbound and return journeys both cost under €15 with Uber.

    I’ve visited the hotel on a few occasions, always immaculate, the spa facilities are simply stunning, the treatment I had was done outside open air in a cabana, probably one of the best treatments I have ever had. There is a fabulous fine dining restaurant along with a cool cocktail bar. Breakfast was really nice, the rooms are of a high standard and the pool area is very relaxing, I booked a cabana for the day with was excellent.

    I am so much thankful to Hilton hotels for the opportunity they gave to Ukrainian refugees to stay in their hotels. Everything was perfect. I had a wonderful time. Reception service is 10 points of 10. Room cleaning, pool, food is great.

    An absolutely amazing hotel. The property and rooms are beautiful, the food is delicious, and best of all, the staff make you feel like luxury - from the twice daily room cleaning to the cold bottles of water waiting in the cupholders when the valet brings you your car. I would highly recommend and hope to stay again! Special thank you to Beatriz for such a warm welcome and farewell!

    I am a Hilton diamond member and have been stopping here over many years and every time I visit the service and quality is just the same, 5star. From the staff who park your car all the way through to the restaurants, around the pool and even the staff who clean the rooms. I can not recommend it highly enough. If your staying in the Algarve then this is the place to stay.

    We had a spa day. Everything went well and was very comfortable, but as a person who had numerous massages. The massage was way too weak and it felt little bit amateur. Not so professional. We hope next experience will be better.

    We recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Algarve and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was truly exceptional and left me feeling pampered and well-cared for. One of the standout features of my stay was the exceptional quality of service provided by all of the staff, particularly Gonzalo and Luz. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, and their warm and kind hospitality was truly unforgettable. The luxurious details in my room were also a highlight of the stay. From the soft bedding and plush pillows to the stylish decor and modern amenities, every detail was thoughtfully curated to provide the utmost comfort and relaxation. The spa was another standout feature of the resort, and I thoroughly enjoyed indulging in some well-deserved pampering during my stay. The treatments were top-notch, and the serene atmosphere of the spa left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. As a Hilton Diamond member, I was thrilled to receive an upgrade to one of the best suites in the resort.     Beautiful hotel and nice staff. Only complaint would be that the bedroom doors are very noisy when they are left to close on their own - a large slamming noise. The soundproofing between the bedroom and the corridor isn’t great, so there can be a lot of noise late at night or early in the morning. Earplugs recommended.

    This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. From the moment I checked in to the time I departed. The staff are incredible from front desk to room service to breakfast. But I would say the bell boys could not do more for you.. The room we had was amazing clean, spotless and the view overlooked the pool. The spa facilities were excellent. I can't wait to comeback for another visit. If all the conrads are like this I will visit them more often. Thank you to all the staff for making a excellent trip.

    Disgusted with how the hotel treated guests while hosting an amazing experience for famous chefs at the hotel. Limited access to restaurants, poor and rude service from staff, actual quality of food was sub par given all resources were dedicated to the famous chefs staying at hotel. Broadcasted the elevated treatment of chefs all over social media as if guests even had access. Overcharged for food that was poorly prepared given everyone was working on chef event. Super disappointing given I even extended my stay for a night, was given no prior warning despite contacting hotel and Hilton several times as my stay approached. I have stayed at many luxury hotels and resorts, boutique to very large chains. Hands down most disappointing.

    Fantastic place to stay, well worth the 5 star status All staff wonderful people who simply couldn't do enough for you. Such a great time made by everyone connected to the hotel. Really can't wait to go back, This is exactly how proper hotels should be and is a great example for anyone looking for class surroundings and people.

Car service to restaurants top class and fairly priced with none of the usual taxi shenanigans we’ve experienced in other countries and hotels.

    Everything about this Hotel is 10/10. From the rooms to the food to the pool and facilities and amenities are absolutely beautiful. However, where this Hotel really stands out is there service. Some of the nicest people I have ever met in customer service, everyone is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very kind. The staff at this hotel go out of there way to make your experience amazing.     This might be the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. Everything deserves 5 stars. Lovely room, wonderful staff, excellent service, great food options, delicious breakfast, relaxing spa, complimentary valet, quick drive or shuttle to nearby beaches. I'm sure there's more I'm missing. Also, we enjoyed walking across the street to the Cheeky Pup! Next time we're in The Algarve, we will be coming back to The Conrad!!

    If you want to relax in South Portugal look no further. From dropping off our vehicle with valet we felt very welcome. The accommodations are excellent and the food is amazing. Gusto and the Spa is highly recommended. We recommend without reservation

    This is not a real 5 stars. Service sucks. Also the facilities look cheap. Also don’t go to Tivoli in Algarve. Same problem. Pine cliffs are so much better (and cheaper). Vilalara is also good. Vila vita parc is amazing.

    What a real shame. Glimpses of 5 Star moments, with good rooms and great amenities. However, do not have an allergic reaction to food in their hotel, not only will staff blame you but, they will also make sure you pay for the food which you reacted to. Complained 3 times, first time they forgot to do anything, second time they removed the one item which contained nuts but made sure I paid for the rest of the food and drinks... 3rd time they suggested removing the food but leaving the drinks on... all in all not what you expect from a 5 star hotel.... p.s. if your bill goes over pre auth amount, they just start charging your card without permission...

    Every aspect of the Conrad - Algarve experience was first class, comfortable , and geared to happiness of the guests in a truly 5 star way. The personable and kind attitudes from the minute you walk in the lobby, met with the wonderful Gonçalves, to the wonderful individuals at the 3 restaurants inside. Because of our lovely interactions with Ankit and the rest of the staff at the Conrad, we would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for your stay in Algarve :)

    It used to be the first Conrad we visited back in 2014, and for us it is still by far the best one within the group. Extremely high quality and service levels, great choice of food and other amenities and overwhelmingly friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended place!

    Very pleasant. Comfortable room, great location, nice pool. But definitely not 5*. Food and bev in particular underwhelmed. Style of the place feels a little dated. Overall a little more Dubai than Europe. I stayed on points, and felt I got a good value. But I cannot fathom spending EUR 700, which is what the paid rate was during August. So many better options for that price.

    Whether you fancy a long weekend break or a holiday - Conrad on Algarve coast is THE place to stay! We have had the most amazing stay there and we promised ourselves to revisit the place again in September, hoping that they will have spaces available. The staff, the food, housekeeping, ambiance, setting - everything was top notch - there was nothing that they could not cater for, and every whim was met with a smile and friendly service. You are so relaxed and happy in that place that you never want to leave. Well, I certainly didn't... ;)

    A marvellous stay over Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. Outstanding service from all members of the team. Special mention to Eli who went over and above to make Xmas lunch even more special. The Xmas Eve dinner was superb as was the Xmas lunch buffet. We plan to return for next years celebration.

    This is the most elegant and customer experienced focused property I have ever had the privilege to stay! From the moment you arrive through your departure, the Conrad Algarve staff are available to ensure that any needs you have are met. The hotel was nearly fully booked, but it did not feel that way. There were enough lounge chairs at the pool for anyone who wanted one, and we were able to get same day dinner reservations at their restaurant. I have been a Hilton Diamond member for many years, and this hotel truly made our stay special.

    This place is perfect 💔 It is worth the money. Everything is perfect, staff, rooms, cosmetics, food. The rooms are large, cleaned 2 times a day, the pool and spa area is excellent. There are golf and places for sports. Near the hotel there is a small place for shopping and some restaurants. The hotel is not located on the coastline and there may be difficulties with a regular taxi. Everything was amazing. Thank you Hilton.

    We had a great time in Conrad hotel. Beautiful and very comfortable rooms. Stylish decor. Clean. You will get wonderful selection of different food on the breakfast and great quality dinner in the hotel restaurant. If you want to get bicycles it will cost extra €18 per a person. To get taxi to the MAR shopping cost €25 one way. Spa in the hotel is not complimentary and charges hotel guests €18 per a person. Spa is very small and we could not book an appointment for massage (during our 4 days in the hotel) as they were always fully booked.

    The Conrad is the best place to stay in Quinta. We came to the Conrad 7 years ago as our first holiday together and finally got back there this year with our baby as our first family holiday together. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much for them. Before we arrived we asked for a microwave in our room to sterilise our bottles and a cot, this was in the room when we arrived. They organised every taxi with a car seat in for us which was so much easier for getting around. The breakfast was lovely, possibly the best part of the stay! The staff down at the bottom pool at the Dado Bar were great and so friendly. Everything about the Conrad made our first family holiday perfect. We cannot wait to stay again!

    I stay at the Conrad 5/6 times per year, it’s the best hotel in Algarve by far, great facilities , location and very helpful staff. Spa is second to none and if Natalya is available she is a wonderful therapist !
