This review is based on my last visit, I have to admit the installations and the variety of things you can find it's great, the only reason why I don't rate the 5 Stars on this visit is due to the quality of the service, most of the sellers were very distracted and just chatting

I was looking for a Montblanc parfume, I asked nicely at two employees and both acted like “go and ask in other counter because I don’t know ” I felt so annoyed. I really recommend to go to Palacio de Hierro store, they treated me so good and also gave me a lot of samples to try new fragrances. Liverpool really need to train their employees.

Purchased a very nice-looking dining room table here. Salesperson said it would be delivered three weeks later. Four weeks later, received a text saying it would arrive in a three-hour window two days after that. That window came and went with no delivery. Called the store and was told they had to check on the delivery and would call back. No call back. I paid for a table over a month ago and since then have received nothing but lies. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. Will not shop here again.
