Cheri is a true Angel on earth and I am so grateful to her and Sunnyside. In the worst possible time and experience of my entire life-losing my baby daughter mid pregnancy, I found comfort in their expertise and empathy. I was kept in touch with constantly and insured that my daughter was in safe hands. I was immediately notified of her transfer, her cremation and when she was ready to return home to us. The facility is beautiful and this devastating process was made as easy as it possibly could be. The tenderness with which I was treated is something I will never forget. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at Sunnyside Mortuary. They are expedient, caring, highly attentive, precise and supremely professional. Their facility is clean and well maintained. I was extremely satisfied with their service. Isaiah, Juan, and Jonathan were our on-site staff on the day of and they did a great job of servicing our honored guests. I also want to thank Charles, who was our primary liaison and director. Sunnyside Mortuary is amazing!!! They actually are the new owner of a mortuary that had been assisting our family for over 45 years. I was delighted to find they had kept members of the staff, Cheri :), that remembered our family and treated us like old friends. Jonathan, Juan and Isaiah, could not have been more kind. They are a calming force who handle everyone with respect and sincerity. I am beyond happy with their service and feel my loved one had the best care to send her on her journey to heaven.

I was overwhelmed by the generosity of Sunnyside Mortuary. Thanks to all staffs who provided great lead and service. We held funeral service at Buena Park location. Very clean and neat place. It was possible for family and friends who couldn’t attend to the funeral service to still join from out of country and states by live streaming option. Special thanks to Mr. Charles, Mr. Isaiah, and Mr. Jason. Beginning til the end, additional thanks to Mr. Isaiah who was there for our family. Sunnyside has amazing people who are mindful, thoughtful, caring, and really passionate of helping others. My family and I worked closely with Isaiah and Sunny. From the beginning of our loss of a family member, they have been there every step of the way. Helping us, ensuring a smooth process, and it was. They are very organized and detailed-oriented. There was not much to worry about as the family. Even with last minute changes, they were very accommodating and able to work with changes. Truly appreciate everything they did for us, even until the very last moment. I feel our family member who passed, can truly rest in peace. I was embarrassed by my mother's sudden death, but someone I knew introduced me to Sunnyside in Fullerton. I visited the funeral home. The first feeling was very comfortable. A very bright and unique funeral home atmosphere and friendly staff... Even during the consultation, I felt that he was trying to help the bereaved family. Until the funeral is over, discuss with the bereaved family in detail, making them feel like family rather than employees... In particular, I remember Isaiah and Sam more.
