Awful
doctor
but
great
nurse.
I
was
diagnosed
correctly
and
moved
from
Triage
to
ER
very
quickly.
I
had
severe
gallstones
incredibly
painful.
Spoke
with
the
nurse
and
had
an
ultrasound
almost
immediately;
however
after
that,
I
sat
in
the
back
in
a
chair
for
hours
without
one
word
spoken
too
me.
There’s
nothing
worse
than
feeling
forgotten
about.
Both
patients
on
either
side
of
me
had
the
same
experience.
It
seems
like
a
place
where
you
need
to
be
borderline
obnoxious
and
complain
in
order
to
get
things
moving.
So
much
can
be
resolved
if
the
staff
would
simply
say
“I’m
sorry,
it’s
busy
today
and
we’re
doing
our
best
we
haven’t
forgotten
you.”
Instead
,
you
sit
there
watching
nurses
doctors
and
assistants
deliberately
avoiding
eye
contact
and
pretend
you’re
not
there.
Then
you
get
stuck
with
“Did
they
forget
me?”
or
“are
they
going
to
get
mad
if
I
ask?”or
“If
I
go
to
the
bathroom
and
the
doctor
comes
to
talk
to
me
when
I’m
gone,
will
it
be
two
more
hours?”
It
sucks
to
be
treated
that
way.
The
worst
part
was
the
doctor.
She
refused
to
answer
my
questions
and
seemed
even
more
upset
about
my
having
questions.
Just
a
cold
person.
The
insurance/payment
staff
was
pushy
and
wanted
to
take
precedent
over
medical
treatment.
There’s
plenty
of
details
I
would
like
to
rant
about
but
the
general
review
is
staff
doesn’t
work
together
and
has
a
“that’s
not
my
job”
attitude.
I
would
go
to
another
hospital
in
the
future.
I
hope
for
a
future
chance
to
criticize
the
doctor
who
saw
me.
Prior
to
leaving,
I
did
get
good
advice
from
my
nurse;
she
seemed
to
even
apologize
for
the
doctor
and
had
very
empathetic
response
to
my
situation.
The
nurse
and
initial
triage
nurse
were
the
only
bright
spots.
Go
to
a
different
hospital
if
you
have
enough
time.
