I am an International patient and only have excellent feedback to give from the staff at this clinic. My experience with Dr Marcos and Dr Marissa have been fantastic. They definitely take the time to care for you and give you lots of reassurance and positive energy. I received one on one attention and they always took the time to adhere to my needs and make changes accordingly. Always making me feel at ease and comfortable. I can honestly say that I received better treatment in Spain 🇪🇸 than what I did in my own country Australia 🇦🇺 Sara, Sofia and Janire have been unbelievably supportive and comforting. Very patient with treatments especially considering the time zone difference. They always send you a message to see how you are feeling and if you need help. I would definitely recommend Eva Fertility Madrid. I have been an IVF patient for 10 years and this one stands out by far the best. Eva After 4.5 years of struggles with fertility, my wife and I had exhausted our national health service in UK with failed treatments of Ovulation Induction before a referral to the national health service’s IVF clinic. With anticipated waiting lists in the months(or years) we decided to embark on our own private IVF journey. After a lot of research, consultation with friends and having spoken to the clinics themselves, we reached out to EVA Fertility Clinic in Madrid. We’ve never made a better decision. Their international clinic organised by the amazing International Director Sofia made everything so easy. Imagine your own IVF Healthcare PA combined with Doctor on WhatsApp day or night. Nothing was too much trouble and after a Skype consultation with our Doctor Marissa, our decision was made. We flew to Madrid for a consultation and we were transported to a variety of clinics for comprehensive testing by private transfer organised by Sofia. Once all tests(many more than we would have received in the UK) were completed, we returned to meet with Dr Marissa and outline our IVF plan. Sofia and Marissa were always only a text away and were always so responsive. It was such a relief at times, when inevitable questions or worries arise, to be able to lift the phone and have an immediate response. Truly invaluable. Two more visits for egg retrieval and subsequently a frozen embryo transfer all went to plan and again the staff were brilliant on updating us every step of the way, as our embryos developed and to tell us the grades we achieved. Finally the two week wait... the result.... we are currently 21 weeks pregnant with 1 baby boy and 1 baby girl due in March 2021. We are so delighted with the treatment we received and we will be forever grateful to Sofia, Marissa and all the team at Eva Fertility Clinic Madrid. They have made our dreams come true. I cannot recommend them enough.

Eva clinc how can I ever thank you . I have been attending eva clinic for over 2 years and had my miracle come through As a sinlge 42 woman from Ireland that had donor egg and donor sperm and am now 15 weeks pregnant I can not thank the staff enough doctor marissa left no stone unturned till we got a positive result.i would highly recommend eva clinic as they are so professional in every thing they do they care so much for there patients and As most of the staff speak English this was great for me and made my experience great. My nurse Sofia could not do enough for me and still in contact they are just great staff. As an international patient the cost was a big factor for me as eva clinic gives you one less thing to worry as there costs are very reasonable and no hidden extras. Thank you so much e a clinic

We will not contact the quality department but we will present our complaint form at the Madrid offices. I do not recommend it. MONEY PREVAILS and that their clients leave them good reviews... there is no professionalism, ethics or morality with women who are wanting to be mothers. It plays with feelings and emotions. They keep patients on medication longer than they can without taking into account the side effects.

I am also very happy with my treatment from the wonderful Dr. Marisa. She is a very skilled doctor and a very kind human being at the same time. I am additionally happy with the treatment I received from the nurses, anesthesiologist, and the embryologists even though I did not get to know them as well as Dir. Sofia and Dr. Marisa. They all put me at ease on the day of my egg retrieval and I am very happy with the results I received. I think the clinic believed in me more than I did myself and never made any issue with my age or tried to force donor eggs on me at any point! Thank you for your care and consideration during this time with you. My wife and I had previously gone through differing rounds of IVF treatment with the NHS in England. Unfortunately, both pregnancies did not go to term and was a source of upset and anxiety. After these sad events we discussed this with the NHS staff and was told that my wife’s chances of becoming pregnant was about 5% due to her age and a pre-existing condition. They did not inform us of this before the events After some time, we decided we would need a fresh approach and look at abroad. After exploring, researching and taking we decided to go with Eva in Madrid. Everything has been going to plan and at a good pace since we made that decision. We had an IVF process, this time with a donor egg-increasing our chances to around 60% success rate. Dr Azulay really helped but my wife at ease and explained all the steps whilst putting plans into action. Janire our Nurse, has always responded to questions, calls and e-mails. She has been very helpful all along the way sorting out medication and making decisions with us. We are now waiting for a scan after recent blood test showed my wife is pregnant. We are International Patients of Eva Clinic from England, and have received help from them on 2 separate occasions. I have only positive things to say of the Clinic, the Doctor, the Nurses and all the staff that we have had the pleasure of dealing with. They are all very friendly, very helpful, very patient, very understanding, and make the whole process easy and comfortable for couples to go through. You can tell Eva Clinic is very experienced in what they do, as they run a well managed, well organised and professional clinic. At Eva they plan everything for you, taking into consideration all your needs, wants and requirements, and plan it all around you down to the very last detail. As in our case, they are able to change and adapt these plans right up until the last minute to accommodate your needs. Dr Azulay is very confident in his ability, not in any sort of arrogant way, but in a way that puts you at ease straight away. Given that we had 1 chance with IVF, the fact he had to work out the correct medication and dosage to suit a very specific case with my Wife, and came out with 100% success rate in our case, shows just how good the Doctor is, why he is confident in himself, all the staff and their clinic, and why we are very grateful to them for their help. We cannot thank Eva Clinics enough. We considered staying in England for treatment, but as we required further assistance we did not hesitate upon returning to Madrid.

The pitiful center has Eva clinics at the entrance, nowhere does it have original clinics. I went to find out about a psychology treatment so that they could give me some advice for myself on a daily basis since that is what they report on their website. And the person who helped me, a certain Mónica, didn't know how to help me, gave me a meaningless lecture. So if I went to another clinic closer to my house and without so much renown to request the same thing and they didn't help me at all, they gave me a dossier at the first appointment, which was free, they gave me a support number, several links... The truth is that they helped me and I am going to continue the treatment with them because of the gesture and the detail they showed that the person who treated me was a professional person, with studies or at least with experience. I asked the clinic next to my house about how to know if the person advising really has studies or something with psychology to be able to recommend and they told me if I saw the membership number, a diploma or something. Honestly, the person who advised me, an older lady, did not have anything hanging or displayed in her desk or office. He didn't even know what day we were on so he had to ask me several times.
