My mother-in-law Enriqueta and my mother Belén have lived there for several years, my mother until June of this year when she passed away. We have been able to see how they have received the best possible care and we have received the attention and information that we required at all times, even in times as difficult as this year. My father has been totally dependent there for more than a year. We needed one with a 24-hour infirmary. In the director, doctor, nurses and caregivers we have seen professionals with extraordinary human quality. He has felt treated with love and care and thanks to all of them we have also been a little better during this difficult stage. Thank you.

The experience with the healthcare staff has been very positive, both the assistants and the physios are good professionals and work with great dedication and kindness. As a resident's family member, I value the information received and the work carried out by the center's social worker.

My father was there for 7 months, he came out of a depression very weakened in 2022 and it was a success to have housed him in the Sanitas de la Alameda residence. The staff is very attentive and affectionate beyond their duties, the care of the residents is very good, and the center's management was wonderful with all our needs and procedures. My father recovered after 7 months and was able to return to his apartment with his family. Highly recommended residence, the only thing that would be missing is a small natural space, like a garden or park to spend the afternoons under the shade of a tree.

Unbeatable attention and treatment from very professional and friendly staff.

After a stroke, my mother began a progressive deterioration that required constant and specialized care. We finally decided to go to the Sanitas Alameda residence which, due to its proximity to our home, allowed us to stay with her as long as possible. We found a cozy and happy place, with well-kept facilities. To mention the excellent professionalism of the people who work there, all without exception, would be an understatement. The kindness, empathy, and humanity that they have shown us in the difficult process of their illness has been commendable. We can never appreciate your support and company enough in difficult times.
