The hotel is located next to the City Walk Mall with great stores and restaurants. The room was big and clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful. MR.Arjit from housekeeping was extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was good but emphasis is more on Indian items. I will really visit soon.☺️

I would like to thank staff first of all, that is what made me rate this hotel 5. Since the time I arrived receptionist welcomed me, took me to my room, it was spacious and nice. All facilities were available. Stay was very much comfortable special mention to front Manager Bhuwan who went up and down to make sure my stay should be comfortable.

It’s very close to Select City Walk mall, The staff are very helpful. Clean rooms, Spend 4 night as the Max Hospital Saket is walkable distance from this property. Food quality is very good.

In the hospitality industry what matters most is the warmth of the staff and I must say that the reception team of Mr.Akash, Mr. Bhuvan and Mr. Somdev were so warm and hospitable. Made me feel at home. Full marks to them for their excellent behaviour. Besides that the property was very clean , good facilities and even the security staff was very respectful and prompt. Will certainly go back again.

Zone Connect is not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, I have stayed in very “basic” accommodations, but it is clearly the worst run hotel I have experienced in my many years of extensive travel. Beginning with chaotic check ins with the wrong names, keys and WiFi passwords given to the three of us requiring multiple calls and front desk visits to reconcile. The room air conditioner not working requiring 3 calls, 2 front desk visits, and two 20 minute waits to get service, only to have it fail 3 hours later! We were booked here two nights then returned two days later only to have all the same things happen again! Crazy! Keys names, WiFi, AC etc. Indicates to me the management, and as consequence, the staff don’t take pride in their work. Beyond all that, the decor is reminiscent of late 80s Soviet hotels, not clean in the common areas, and elevators, and the rooms are run down. What’s good; althohgh the breakfast is only OK, the restaurant staff is great!Friendly, fast, and efficient and the doormen greeting you are sweet and friendly, which is nice to come “home” to. In conclusion, I would avoid the Zone Connect if you have a choice.

I recently stayed at this hotel for nearly 10 days to handle a parent family emergency and the proximity to Max Hospital in Saket was a real benefit. However what made our stay exceptionally comfortable was the attitude and friendliness of the staff especially as we treated them with love and respect and shared our situation to get adequate support. Muskaan & Indra at the front desk were always helpful, Tamanna in F&B made sure homecooked food from relatives was delivered to our room and my mother was looked after in the restaurant, to Adab Singh in housekeeping who cleaned the room and went the extra mile every single time to make things comfortable. There were numerous others (Bhuwan, Vinod, Sumit, etc.) and while I cannot recall all the names, it does not diminish their help. We will never forget the love and support we got. The hotel and the rooms are generally clean and well kept. The fitness centre is basic and one needs to ensure things are working properly before using. The food is also very good.

The property is great with very good location at the DLF Saket mall. People especially the Housekeeping guys like BHAN and his colleagues were very nice, with prompt service. Rooms were clean and hygienic. Well maintained. Food was good, but a little more variety on breakfast could be certainly done. Shall I come back, Yes for sure

WARNING: thief cleaner tried to steal my things! I had left my room to go to reception - cleaners asked me if I wanted the room clean (in very good English) and I said no very clearly. My girlfriend had stayed in the room luckily, and as soon as I got into the elevator the cleaner unlocked and went into the room and was rummaging around in my bag within seconds, before noticing my girlfriend and jumping back. I told management who were very unhelpful (who brings the accused cleaner down face to face with the person they’ve just tried to rob?!). Made me very awkward so we left it without pushing. No discount offered. Nice enough hotel otherwise, hence 2 stars. Just be sure to lock up ALL valuables even if only leaving the room for a minute or two!

Very quiet, peasant, relaxing hotel. 2 minutes walk to Select Street Mall, Our room attendant, Bubloo, was very helpful and never hesitated to assist with any request Hotel management was amazing.

This Hotel will be comfortable for both family and business visit people. The rooms are clean and hygienic. Foodstuff at this Hotel is good with various dishes. Kings bed with other amenities are properly provided as per details given in Google.

The food taste was acceptable but the breakfast spread was quite limited. The service of Miss Kiran stands out. She is friendly and attentive to our orders for fried eggs and pancakes. 👍👍👍

Stayed for a night and found it passable. Location is excellent and service was courteous. However, room cleanliness could have been better, such as the floor edges and corners weren't swept well. Ordered a kathi roll for dinner and it was nothing like a kathi roll. Can't judge the rest of the menu based on one order but I'd personally steer clear of their food based on this experience.

Fantastic hotel. The best part about them is their service. Starting at the front of the hotel to the staff at reception and up to the room cleaning service, the way they treat you is very special. Will stay here again.

I had a wonderful time at Zone connect, a great location, and everything is just a few footsteps away in the Select City Walk mall. A massive shout out to Sumit, he went above and beyond to help me with my booking and ensure I was taken care of. I will definitely come again. Thank you ZONE

We stayed here for a day but have memories lasting for a lifetime. We had informed in advance about our early check in (6 am) and it was without any issues. The room was spacious with a king size bed and two single beds. The beds were very comfortable. It is located near close to the select city walk. We had to leave early (7 am) for the airport (for the flight back home) thanks to all staff for all services during my stay.

We like your hotel, especially Mr Bhan Chan doing great in housekeeping works...breakfast is quite good with nice hospitality and nice staff
