Connect
is
not
the
worst
hotel
I’ve
ever
stayed
in,
I
have
stayed
in
very
“basic”
accommodations,
but
it
is
clearly
the
worst
run
hotel
I
have
experienced
in
my
many
years
of
extensive
travel.
Beginning
with
chaotic
check
ins
with
the
wrong
names,
keys
and
WiFi
passwords
given
to
the
three
of
us
requiring
multiple
calls
and
front
desk
visits
to
reconcile.
The
room
air
conditioner
not
working
requiring
3
calls,
2
front
desk
visits,
and
two
20
minute
waits
to
get
service,
only
to
have
it
fail
3
hours
later!
We
were
booked
here
two
nights
then
returned
two
days
later
only
to
have
all
the
same
things
happen
again!
Crazy!
Keys
names,
WiFi,
AC
etc.
Indicates
to
me
the
management,
and
as
consequence,
the
staff
don’t
take
pride
in
their
work.
Beyond
all
that,
the
decor
is
reminiscent
of
late
80s
Soviet
hotels,
not
clean
in
the
common
areas,
and
elevators,
and
the
rooms
are
run
down.
What’s
good;
althohgh
the
breakfast
is
only
OK,
the
restaurant
staff
is
great!Friendly,
fast,
and
efficient
and
the
doormen
greeting
you
are
sweet
and
friendly,
which
is
nice
to
come
“home”
to.
In
conclusion,
I
would
avoid
the
Zone
Connect
if
you
have
a
choice.
