Staffs/Salespersons behavior is not good. Other stores staff behavior is satisfactory but not this one. They do not help customers in finding cloths, even if size is available, they are like "whatever is there you can see". Staffs are always busy talking to each other. Worst experience in this store. Whosoever is manager there, kindly look into it.

I really loved their collections. Got coupons and also utilised my coupons. Purchased lots of kurti and trousers at cost effective prices. Left these 2 kurtis, waa confused so clicked picture. Purchased many others with white decent trousers. Supportive staff. Wall hanger was broken though in the changing room.

Entered from main road. Men's floor is at basement. The straight entry to basement is closed if a man wants to go to basement he has to go to ground floor taking full round of ladies garment counters and then there is the way to basement. Why are they compelling men to roam on the wrong floor? It may be their business strategy but seems unfair to men. Observed one good thing also. They have placed a wheelchair near the entry gate making it convenient for differently abled customers.

#Karol bagh store - Billing time is twice more than shopping time. Only two counters are open. Miss management of staff's.

Good place to buy clothes in reasonable price. Staff are all well mannered. Changing room are available for both men and women. Different section for both male and female clothing. Must visit if you want to level up your casual clothing style.

It was raining offers this time. They had a variety of designs and the cost was quite affordable. I had the intention to do window shopping but the design and price made me purchase three pieces

It is at a very approachable and convenient spot. Has enough inventory to provide choices across a spectrum. Removing one star as it lacks stock for XXL specifically, that is for large size people
