they will put some chips and biscuits packets inside the room for display no tag nothing and at the time of checkout they will charge for these if you consume it's very cheap policy I found. In this price range you can book a good hotel with all the amenities, its very very expensive and they charge very high amount the outside food is not allowed and the in - house kitchen is very expensive, better to look for some other stays in this range with all the facilities. washroom roof leakage Room door lock was not working too expensive they took 680 something from us for 6 cups of tea Hotel not having any basic medicins available at their end (Ointment- (Viks) ,first aid kit) , we had to book from outside local delivery app, no assistance not support. They took 1500 from us for 2-3 hours extra stay, which is again not justificable.

This place is situated at a very good location. It is in sector 27 Noida. GIP and DLF malls are nearby so if you want to explore the mall culture of Noida this is a good place for you to stay. Noida Sector 18 metro and Botanical garden metro stations are nearby. Rooms of the hotel are good and clean but you can find it a little non spacious. Staff is good here, room service for 24 hrs., Breakfast is complimentary. Kitchen service is inside the hotel so you can order and eat whatever you want.

Very good service by the hotel. Breakfast taste is little average. room cleaning is good. enjoyment with friends can be a good place to be here. This area is fully luxury.

Customer support is not upto the mark....How do hotel know that I stayed there or not? I booked hotel for my foriegn guest and other colleagues only. I tried to connect with hotel manager so many times to check and confirm the stay arrangement. But they they never revert back. Hotel is using same reply with all, whoever giving lower rating to hotel for their bad services, without checking the truth that resident are insisting other guest in the room. It is awful. It is advising to hotel management to check the incident and review the same prior to give any reply on the online portal...

This place is somewhat expensive for bachelors. But this place have good living facility , good room service. Food is also tasty there.

We booked 3 rooms online considering the 3 star rating which means all basic things should be adequate. It appears rooms are not deeply cleaned since long...observed dust & dirt all over....abnormal sound from central AC, Bed sheets , pillow covers does not seem fresh. Would not recommend. We will stay for another 2 days....not a pleasant experience

Quite decent, good service, hotel at Noida for staying with family in need. Location is also good to commute other places in Noida and Delhi.

It was not a good stay with this hotel. Even the hotel staff was not looking happy to see us there. Although we have booked the room for double occupancy, but there were no arrangements in the room for 2 people. For every basic thing like suger pouch, toothpaste and footwear we have call them. They were not even to provide the things which are in their menu. I didn't enjoyed the food even.

Loved the stay here with bothering from the staff. Rooms were neat and tidy and have a small refrigerator. At a walkable distance from sector 18 metro station and decently priced as well.

The food menu has no tandoori items.available till 7pm. When you call with the order , it's a straight cut answer , not available . No sense of acknowledgement or notification made on menu. Had to wait at reception for 10min to process checkin, although the booking was made in advance , because there was no one available at reception. Staff and service looks dull, laid back and non supportive. The shaving, dental kit , hand towel would not be found. You have to ask for it. Tea bags without cover. Food order was to be repeated thrice, as they seem caught up over phone, and are in a rush for something. Yet to see if it arrives with the correct order. If you are looking for greetings , respect, courtesy, etiquette and staying with family, you may want to rethink your options.

I stayed here for 10days and rooms are good but slightly will get a smell from outside which can be managed by room fresher. Service by staff from day watchman, housekeeping, and kitchen staff are excellent and helpful. They provide food even if it's not on their menu card. With location wise, it's walkable from Sector 18 metro station and all cab drivers are aware of the location. Since it's just beside the expressway you don't even find a panshop nearby, so mind this. I believe the food is slightly overpriced and needs a correction. And the complimentary breakfast should be very much improved as we are paying for it too indirectly

It was value for money. Of course a lot can be improved but overall a decent one.

It was an ok-ok hotel. We had a small room of 4500 rs which was pretty expensive.. This hotel was not worth of their room tariff. Although, when you enter the room, it seems luxury but when you enter the bathroom, you see all metal 100 percent rusted. Only the location was excellent.. The hotel was between full greenery. Park is small but sufficient. The room was not lacking with furniture.. 3 chairs, 2 tables etc. The extra bed was pretty big so there is no negative point in terms of furniture

It has a great fitness centre, and every time I've gone there to use the free weight machines, the staff has been friendly and helpful.

Located in residential area, where you don't get the pulse of the market. Good food, awesome service. Rooms are well maintained. Ideal for office/corporate travelers within budget.

Worst hotel I can think off. They don't even listen to your queries. I asked them to cancel my booking 3-4 days prior to my arrival there and they strictly said no to that and there was strict no for refund. Also they don't talk professionally over calls. I won't recommend this to anyone.

Didn't get a good room in the first place. Had to wait for a long time. Later I called up the owner and got the matter resolved. Owner seems to be a decent man. Did help me out.

Staff are very humble and ready to co-oprate, they can even customised you all service as per demand, one of our friends stayed near my room can't eat outside food so they allowed her to cook in the kitchen for the entire stay.

Average property. Location is good but almost hidden. Difficult to find without Google Maps. Rooms are ok, staff is good for this property. Breakfast has very limited variety almost same menu everyday....
