Good hotel to stay. Located in the midst of Karol baug. Hotel has a good and friendly staff

Safe place to stay in KB, good location. Facilities were not up to the mark, Wifi does not work well on the 3rd floor, very slow and no response from front desk on the same. Also, we did not get hot water in peak December winter for 1.5 days. Front desk refused to do anything about it saying they were fully booked. Rooms got changed only post 1.5 days. No discount or remediation provided for the inconvenience. Even post that, hot water wasn't available 24*7. Front desk also kept requesting for payment even before checkout. In cash. Even though advance was paid a week earlier. Late check-out was charged even though they did not have any bookings for the next day. Overall, would not stay here again.

Fairly good hotel with supportive staff. Laundry, food, pick up services are available. Met with the manager, Mr Gaurav, he is humble and diligent, and he is always available for any kind of support. Grocery shops, restaurants, and cafes are nearby. Nice place to stay in budget.

I didn't like anything.Don't go on the pictures provided on the site and the internet. They are fake. The hotel is very poorly maintained. And the staff will poke you everyday to pay the daily rent. Which they should collect at the end. They also don't provide basic facilities like drinking water. They also don't have their own restaurant. They will order food from outside and serve you. And the price of the food is way too high. And they also don't provide plates and glasses for the food if you order it on swiggy Zomato etc. Moreover they only have 8 rooms in the hotel and the sizes are very small, no matter you book a regular room, a deluxe room or a premium room, you will get the same room. This hotel doesn't have proper staff. While I was staying it only had 2-3 staffs.I would recommend not to stay here. It is much overpriced as per the services provided.

The rooms are good. Room service are available all the time Owner(Mr. Shivam Pandey)is very polite and supportive. It's a good place to stay.

Spacious room with adequate living hotel sun court is a perfect place to stay . Reception manager Mr. Shivam is very good humble and helpful person kindly visit the hotel sun court for your holiday stays.

Detailed review: Cons: (I list them first because these are what I noticed first, but please read it all as my opinion changed later)- 1. The rooms are dirty, quite a lot actually. 2. Only 50% of the showerhead works, the other pores are blocked. I had 2 rooms and it was the same in both the rooms. 3. My first night, electricity went out for quite a long time. 4. The dining area is dirty. 5. The floorboards were coming out in one room. 6. Some of the electric sockets don't work. the pros: 1. BEST STAFF BEHAVIOUR. The manager and even all the helpers and other staff are extremely well-mannered. They treat you right and go out of their way to help you out. 2. I wanted Veg Thali, they don't have it on the menu but offered to bring it for me somehow. 3. During breakfast, if something isn't available they get it for you one way or the other. Overall review: So, the owner of this hotel has like 6 other hotels. In my opinion, he probably just stopped caring about this one. It's not the staff's fault and there's nothing they can do. I wouldn't stay here again but I"d say if Hygine isn't a major problem you'll love this hotel. The people were amazing <3

Surely one of the best hotels in Karol Bagh area. Rooms are clean, hygienic and have every facility you can think of. Staff is polite and well mannered.

Sunstar heights is the best hotel in karol bagh with clean and beautiful rooms, the prices are very affordable staff is very friendly and always keen to help you. When i was visited Manager Mr. Gaurav is very helpful and generous guy.

I feel comfortable and joyful during my stay at sun court corporate hotel in Delhi though the hotel needs to improve the internet facility in the building and pick up service so that guests can arrive at the hotel in a comfortable way. Feel a very nice and decent stay in hotel. I stay 2 days. It's a pleasent atmosphere with very polite staffs and front desk team, they are always ready to help you beyond the limit. Rooms are awesome with all required accessories . Foods are very delicious and with lots of Verity, it's show very hard work of kitchen team. Special thanks to Mr. Shivam who did his best job to serve the delicious food during our meal time and always ready for taking order with pleasure. I appreciate their efforts to make our stay happy and memorable.
