Amazingly beautiful. Surrounded by greenery, peaceful environment. Rooms are spacious along with private gardens. Staff are well spoken and food is good too, though expensive. Perfect vacation spot for couples and kids for 2 days.

This was our 2nd stay at the Karma Chalets and this time we were able to access Karma Club as well. Although the pool wasn't accessible because of winters, we played indoor games as well. Cycling is an awesome time pass activity within their huge campus. They have 4 restaurants/ cafes within the campus and Under The Neem is our favourite one.

We dined at the specialty restaurant "Under the Neem Tree," of Ksrma Chalrts located on the outskirts of Gurgaon. The ambiance exudes positivity, capturing our hearts instantly. While I couldn't fully enjoy the food due to its saltiness, it's advisable to communicate preferences when ordering. Additionally, the pet-friendly environment adds to the charm. I highly suggest trying out this place.

It’s a great place to visit if you are a nature lover and wish for peace on a weekend. Something which i would suggest them would be to make the property visit complimentary, which was a paid service, that will attract only more clientage. I personally liked the food. The aura was beautiful. All the best

The property is quite neat & clean, beautiful and peaceful. It also houses organic vegetable and animal farms for which you can take a tour in their golf cart (your car is not allowed) which costs ₹1,000/cart + GST. I didn't find paying this service lucrative at all, just to watch their property. Rather, they should have made this as a free service. I found their food as average too. The breakfast options were also limited. They have a few in-house restaurants but I didn't find any of them as too good rather just average. For food options, I would also suggest if you came by your car, then McDonald's is just outside the gate of the property, and Haldiram's is just 7 kms away (15 mins drive). You can take a night walk in the property, it feels refreshing. There are few games but some are paid and some are free, They have 2 pools, one is Outdoor (free) and other is Indoor (₹1,000/hour/person). The pool is good during evening after 6 PM at this time of the year, since sunlight comes directly on the pool. Overall, it's a good property for a staycation.

Stay was good but room was dirty as we had pet with us despite charging hefty amount of 4 K only for pet room was smelling like rotten fish 🐠🐟, please take care of that. Rest breakfast was good, environment is good

Very good property.. Beautiful, clean and elegant. The food pricing is a little too much in my opinion. Food - super tasty 4.5/5 Service - okayish. Can be better 3/5 Rooms - 4/5 Spa - 5/5 - Vikas and Ms. Kedy - super amazing job!

A perfect place to visit with your family. Good hospitality with great food. Staff also very quick and ready for service.

Amazing Hospitality I went dere with my husband and 2.9 year old son. though i found the rooms were not too big but OMG the staff make you feel at home. I would specially like to mention the name of Mr. Jitin who treat our child as his own. We felt so peaceful bcz u know even in other 5 star hotels hospitality might be good but this level of comfort which Mr jitin gave us is worth praising. Warm Regards Pallavi Tyagi

Extremely bad cancellation policy. They should have some provision to amend the stay dates if there is any medical exigency. Really disappointed with Karma Chalet. On humanity grounds they should have some provision for such scenarios instead of holding the rooms and not be of any help. All customers are not same but most of them are genuine and are truely citing the situation and looking for help. I booked for my birthday, two rooms but had to cancel because of medical reasons and informed hotel one day in advance to cancel the entire booking which they could not due to their 7 day cancellation policy reasons. I still feel if they are part of hospitality sector then one should be considerate and make amendments to their existing policy. For these reasons, I don’t think I will ever visit or recommend Karma Chalet to any of my colleagues, friends and family. Thank you for not being helpful.
