Overall experience was good. It is having lounge available where you can rest while your car is having service. Water, Tea and coffee available in lounge to it's customer's. Service was also hassle free

I have taken a Car from this venue. I had a very good experience from the staff as well as the company. They always make sure that the customer is treated with respect and provide basic tea coffee whenever a customer arrives. They ensure the customer gets what he expects. down to earth customer care and reliable people. Mr Koshinder was very helpful. i can recommend this outlet for haslefree and reliable purchase of car.

Yesterday visited this car showroom and was impressed as they have both Nexa and Arena range of cars lined up in section next to each other which is a rare setup. This helps to see them all at one spot. My purpose was just to explore the range and then to decide later at a leisure; the staff there were friendly and knowledgeable, and were able to answer all my questions regarding the features of the cars. One Mr. Deepak convinced me so much that I purchased one Baleno (A/T) there and then only. The showroom was very well presented, with a comfortable seating area and a clean, modern environment and found the experience to be very enjoyable. All in all, I had a great experience at the car showroom and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Service quality is very poor. They charge customer even for the repair/maintenance/works that has actually not been done. I have faced this atleast twice or thrice.

I had booked a XL 6, and requested an early delivery. R.M Ravikant was very helpful and made it sure the vehical was arranged in time. I would like to share that we took the delivery in late hours of the day, still the staff was in a good mood, and ensured the process of delivery was smooth and a nice experience for us.
