Location is kind of hard to find. But this restaurant is a gem in the heart of CP. Food is amazing. Ambience is great. Pricing is very reasonable. Cleanliness is 5 stars. Washrooms are very clean. Service staff is courteous and service is good.

Located in the middle circle of Connaught Place, this is one of the rare eateries on the ground floor in this area. Persons with reduced mobility can access with relative comfort. Staff is very professional and food is served barely within moments of ordering it. Everything tasted good & nothing seemed like it had too much oil. Air conditioning worked well and all tables were immediately wiped clean as soon as the guests left. Also, this is the only South Indian joint I've come across that serves alcohol too. Will definitely go back again.

Have went there with my friends and just loved the ambience as well as food. They serve amazing range of South Indian, North Indian and Chinese cuisines. Medu Vada is a must try. They serve in a traditional way in banana leaves. The staff were also so courteous. Wonderful experience.

I had heard quite a lot about this place and the first visit did turn out to be great! The ambience felt nice, but the food that we had was superb. Essentially, we ordered 1 plate dahi vada and 1 portion gun-powder idly. The dahi vada was superb! ❤️ And the gun-powder idly was equally good. Although, we did not try their dosas, but going by what we did eat, their food was superb! Definitely going back there very soon to try their myriad dosa options! 🤘 Of special mention are Jagdish & Jyotish who are absolutely amazing when it comes to taking care of us patrons. ❤️❤️

A few days back I was visit this amazing place, restaurant ambience so pretty and cool, great hospitality, it's a multi indian cuisine restaurant, all food and drinks are totally delicious and yummy, I ordered South Indian platter, lemon rice and many more, they used fresh ingredients when prepared food items. Presentation was soo excellent and good. Heavy crowded area, all are reasonable and affordable rates.

The best South Indian vegetarian restaurant in the heart of Delhi, Connaught place which can serve authentic South Indian dishes. The breakfast buffet was delicious and cost effective. Rava Dosa was crispy and tasty. Fully air conditioned hall with seating capacity of 50+ people at a time.

🙋‍♂️Ask any Delhiites about Connaught place and they will vouch for it. 🙋‍♀️ 🏩 Connaught Place is one of the largest financial, commercial and business centres in New Delhi. People call it as C.P.🎈 🚝 The main commercial area of the new city New Delhi occupies a place of pride in the city and are counted among the top heritage structures in New Delhi. A metro railway station built under it is named Rajiv Chowk🚈 is easy to travel. 💫 There is a vibrancy all over, shopping, restaurants, street hawkers, well connected with metro, buses and public transport, roam about in inner circle, perfect outing and you'll totally love the place. 😍 🏣 Connaught Place is a frenetic business and financial hub, centered on a ring of colonnaded Georgian-style buildings🏛 with global chain stores, vintage cinemas, bars and Indian 🍛 restaurants.🏣 👗 Stalls at Janpath Market sell saris, embroidered bags and trinkets.👕 🕌 The peaceful Sikh temple Gurdwara Bangla Sahib is known for its reflecting pool, and Jantar Mantar is a 1700s observatory with huge astronomical instruments. 🎺🥁 🙅‍♂️Connaught Place hosts various cultural events in the central park area such as the Urdu Heritage Festival, One Billion Rising demonstrations, Delhi Government's Youth Festival,🙅‍♀️ Awam Ki Awaz (Voices of People) concert and many others.👨‍🏫 💁‍♀️Most of the youth can be seen here... Food is delicious but overpriced even for an area like Connaught Place. They serve mostly South Indian. I'm not sure, but I think liquor is also available. It's located on the outer ring of Connaught Circus, difficult to find, but the space inside is quite large. It has two floors and can seat upto a hundred guests, but there are only two bathrooms, which is a severe handicap.

Great hospitality and Ambience in my opinion. The staff members are also very polite and cordial. Of course, prices are kind of high, but its worth it considering the food quality and quality. The meals were really good. Would surely visit again.

I recently dined at Dasaprakash, a South Indian restaurant, and overall, I had a satisfying experience. The restaurant's ambiance had a traditional touch, which added to the authenticity of the dining experience. The menu featured a diverse range of South Indian dishes, and I appreciated the variety they offered. The food was well-prepared and showcased the flavors of the region. The dosas were thin and crispy, and the sambar had a nice balance of spices. I particularly enjoyed their coconut chutney, which was a perfect accompaniment to many dishes. The service was attentive, and the staff was knowledgeable about the menu, helping me choose dishes that suited my preferences.

This is my favourite spot for authentic South Indian food in Connaught Place, New Delhi. I have been here several times though this is not very reasonable when it comes to pricing. Order a masala dosa, the most authentic and demanding South Indian dish. Believe me you will not be disappointed. I appreciate their South Indian Thali as well, though it sounds costly. Lovely South Indian veggies which taste authentic and different. This is what I am always craving for. They serve just two poories, sometimes I find it less. One can order more poories but each piece comes an exorbitant price of rupees fifty. So I refrain from it. Buttermilk (chaach) served with thali is enough to fill your stomach. Then you have plain rice and a small bowl of lemon rice. The best is a small piece of mixed uttapam. In the last you get a hot coffee in traditional style and that compensates for everything. Overall thali is heavenly. Sometimes I miss extra green vegetables. I wish they give a choice of one extra serving of any two items ( besides that extra katori of sambar) in the thali to satisfy your taste buds. You also get some refreshing mocktails. Try them, they are good. AMBIENCE: The ambience is nice but does not transport you to the south. They could create a mini South India inside with some guidance of an interior designer. SALE POINT: A humble suggestion. Have a sale counter for South Indian stuff like sambar powder, papad (appalam), sweets, snacks like murukku, mementos like kathakali magnets, shell key rings etc. Food packets for people on the move could be great. A person in a hurry or going out to catch a train or flight can purchase one or two packets and eat them during journey. This is an excellent place to be if you love South food. Yes, they also serve north Indian stuff like paneer, dal tadka, naan, etc. Chinese stuff is also available though I haven't tried it so far.

Dasaprakash in Connaught Place is a gem for South Indian cuisine lovers! Their unlimited breakfast for just Rs 199 (+taxes) is unbeatable. The ambience is fantastic, and the food is top-notch. The staff provides good service, making it a must-visit spot for a delightful culinary experience.

Average place with food and service. Have tried their South Indian dosas which were good but their north Indian veg tandoori platter was not good in taste and also in portion size. Avoid the dish for sure. Another thing you can avoid is their South Indian filter coffee. It was just pathetic in taste and to top it up their service was very average were not able to handle the number of tables they have added

Food was decent however the specials were not clearly mentioned in the menu. For eg. We ordered paneer tikka special, it came with cheese and all which we weren't expecting in a paneer tikka. When we were ordering the special dosa, we asked for the description and the service was very impressive. We highly appreciate their hard work and pleasant behaviour. All the staff were welcoming especially Mr Jagdish who served us was very kind and helpful. The ambience was quite nice as well. All in all a very good multi cuisine restaurant. I went with my family and they made us feel so welcoming. I observed people come in as a couple, friends group, solo. Everyone was made comfortable in the restaurant. Thank you for the amazing time as we celebrated one of our family members b'day, we had a great time. Cheers!! (:

They are chain of restaurant with pure veg fine dining and bar facility. They are offering good food with reseanable rate. Only constrain is staff, Service is very slow. Senior persons those who are punching orders are in hurry to go home. We went to dine in around 10.00 pm. Due to slow service we were their till 11 pm. 4-5 families were having their dinner and their staff started leaving the restaurant. Around 10.45 pm they even stated refusing the customers to enter in to restaurant. Highly unprofessional in terms of service. Over the top they are charging 10% Service tax with no good service.

It was a lovely experience visiting Dasaprakash CP and our host Deepak made sure we were comfortable. Though we wanted the South Indian cuisine, some of us who tried the North Indian Thali felt it was amazing too. Overall great experience and worth visiting again. Keep it up.

I love this place for it's food, amazing experience with North Indian and South indian both. I haven't tried other cuisines. But this place is noisy. My 2nd visit was really bad in terms of service and noise. The staff hardly took care of our order it took us 45 minutes to get one glass of buttermilk. But food is really good and ambience as well.

Visited this place for the first time and decided to have their special Thali and unlimited meal thali on a banana leaf. The food was really good and I enjoyed the different dishes served in the thali. The service was a bit mismanaged but the staff was friendly. Also, they charge service tax as well.

Green Park outlet is better than CP in terms of service and ambience. Located in the heart of Connaught Place, Dasaprakash Restaurant offers a mixed experience of South Indian and North Indian cuisine. Food Quality: We opted for the Dasaprakash special Dosa, which unfortunately did not meet our expectations. The texture and taste were not up to the mark. However, the Paneer Tikka Masala paired with Missi Roti redeemed our dining experience. The flavors were rich, and the roti was perfectly cooked. The Manchurian Dry starter was flavorful, albeit slightly lacking in crispiness. Service: Regrettably, the service fell short of our expectations. The waiters appeared inexperienced and unskilled, resulting in a longer-than-anticipated wait time of over 25 minutes for our order. Furthermore, all items were brought to the table simultaneously, which disrupted the flow of the meal. Ambience: On a positive note, the ambience of Dasaprakash Restaurant was pleasant. The interior decor created a comfortable dining environment, contributing to an enjoyable dining atmosphere despite the service shortcomings. Overall Impression: While Dasaprakash Restaurant offers a decent selection of South Indian and North Indian dishes, our experience was marred by inconsistent food quality and subpar service. With improvements in service efficiency and food consistency, Dasaprakash has the potential to provide a more satisfying dining experience for its patrons.

A very popular South Indian eatery in CP. The food quality is really good. The dosa was crispier than usual which wouldn't suit everybody's taste (I personally like a little thick). The dosa prices don't justify the taste. Idli, sambhar and other chutneys were fine. The filter coffee was absolute best with strong flavour. There are other North Indian food options too. Worth visiting once.

I visited this place recently, it was too good that I revisited it the following day too :) Firstly I would like to mention the Masala Dosa that I had; it was to fall in love with, the crispiest I have ever had. I happened to try mini idlis too which were nice. It is definitely a must try place since they serve it too nicely with warmth.. all the staff was very nice. Special thanks to Peter and Rajesh ji who made sure I was served nicely. They served Dosa with lightning speed ⚡️😊 . I noticed they have an unlimited breakfast menu option too for certain time slot, you can check out that too. Thank you for making it a great experience with amazing quality food. Keep it up :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was used to like Dash Prakash and its food. However this time felt services not at par even at off peak hours. It was difficult to place order. Even simple things like cutlery and Sambhar were difficult to get. Parking is always issue at CP. Ambiance of restaurant is good however high noise was making the atmosphere bad. Overall it was not matching with its reputation and past experience.
