Central Florida Health Care in Haines City is a terrible provider for pediatrics. The call center is rude and unhelpful. Some of the nurses are terrible with children, and make the visit so much more stressful than it needs to be. The wait time is ridiculously long, and especially tough for little ones. At a time when my little one was most sick, I could get no help from this place. I do not recommend, and despite the fact that I really like Dr. Maria Anchundia, I will never go back there.

I had the pleasure to bring my kids to this office. I’ve read many negative reviews here and honestly this clinic has exceeded my expectations. Dr. Anchundia was great, listened to all of my concerns having a child with a congenital heart disease. She took the time to examine my kids a thing that none of these other clinics did since moving here from NJ a year ago. My experience was pleasant and the wait time was less than two hours with two new patients! Great Job!

Avoid this place at all cost please. Went to the dentist dr N8ck Suri and she was absolutely awful, destroyed my teeth giving me wrong prescription. Do not go here, do not use the dentist nick suri she doesn't even have a degree in USA and I doubt she is really a dentist because she totally destroyed my teeth. Be aware, avoid this place at all cost.

I want to thank Karla Bonetti for taking care of me during my pregnancy. She is the best provider I’ve ever had. She’s patient, informative, and super helpful. I wish I could finish my pregnancy journey with her, but because of my hospital preference I had to switch to another OBGYN office. I had my first visit with the other office today and I immediately miss going to Karla for my appointments. Pregnancy is such a vulnerable and emotional time that it’s important that your provider listens to any issue that you may have. Honestly, I may just return if I continue to get such mediocre treatment and care from the other clinic I transferred to. Also, Dorothe in the front is just the best! Also super nice and helpful.

I didn't know about this place and I needed to see a doctor urgently. They treated me very well. They have several services in the same place and compared to other places you can pay the deductible.

I and my family have been going to Dr. N. Suri. in Florida for over 20 years. During that time, I have without hesitation recommended many friends and business associates to be treated by her. All who have been treated by her have been very pleased and continue to be treated by her. Factually, she's highly ethical, very kind, articulate and truly excellent in diagnosis of dental problems. I've had friends who have gone elsewhere for a second opinion but came back to Dr. Suri for the dental treatment procedure. I know by fact children love being seen by Dr. Suri. She truly is a dentist of the highest quality, a New York University Graduate and well experienced in her field of practice!

I’ve never seen more professional service than at this clinic. Dr. Maria was very understanding and compassionate, and the office itself was well kept, tidy, and organized. I’ve only been to the office since covid has started, and they’ve adapted well to the public health emergency. My kid loved it here and I’m finally happy to find a pediatrician that cares

Dental place was shortstaffed I had an emergency, just broke my tooth they told me if I wasn’t in pain then it didn’t count for an emergency then told me I would wait 4 hours and I was willing and then they told me they wouldn’t be able to see me at all, worst Experience ever, turned away within minutes.. truly devastating…

I want to publicly say thank you to Nurse Sharon for her help. She was patient and understood my concerns. My father has been coming over a year seeing an APRN. My father has been addressing his symptoms and concerns and nothing has been done. The APRN has just constantly given him medications without doing the proper exams and/or sending him to a specialist. My father concerns was CONSTANTLY ignored. My father has been hospitalized numerous of times for a lack of care which wouldn’t have gotten worse if he was sent to a specialist. Some people in this location are great but some just has no compassion and are just there for the money. Please look over at your staff

The pharmacy is extremely nice. They help you in anyway they can to make it affordable and some times free prescriptions. A++++

Terrible service and care!! First I was told my insurance was welcomed, I saw the doctor and had some blood work done, went in for my follow up on results and was told they don’t take my insurance. I had to find another pcp so I could get my diagnosis and start a treatment but they won’t release my med records, saying it will take 3-5 business days ; and all this is after they first told me all I needed to do was to just sign my release form and it will be done in a matter of minutes. My health is getting worse while they make me wait!! Why not just call our patients and inform them of any changes regarding their files before hand since you have them in system?!

I came to this place for the first time to receive dental care and my experience was terrible starting from the moment I arrived the person who attended the front desk was unfriendly, when I went inside the dental assistant was very rude the treatment was terrible on her part and finishing with the dentist who when he saw me told me that he was going to give me a treatment of antibiotics for a possible abscess in my gum and when I went to the pharmacy they told me that the doctor had not prescribed anything. I did not receive good medical treatment and the staff is not kind to the patients I’m no recommend this place

I have received several exams and x-rays with Central Florida Dental over the last 2+ years at 2 offices, downtown Haines City and Davenport. They missed a mouthful of cavities and 4, now dying teeth for which my new dentist is saying I need an oral surgeon and extractions. How is this possible? Besides incompetence, the dentist in Davenport was sadistic-level rough during my periodontal exam which caused me a great deal of unnecessary pain. I've undergone this particular exam many times before; it was never as excruciating as this, and his poor attitude added to the horrible experience. I am advising friends and family to seek dental treatment elsewhere.

Best cleaning ever! I had very bad stains and crowded hard to floss teeth. Anthony was really amazing, now my teeth are so clean and bright and no more stains! My smile is 100 percent better, thanks so much!

called to get my 1 yr old in because she had thrush and was refusing to eat and the person i spoke to was absolutely terrible she kept saying she understood my concern but couldnt get me in until august 4 because of school physical but i could do a walk in but wasn’t guaranteed to be seen which was of no help like come on a baby thats refusing to eat is not of concern but school physicals are!!!

So I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment as per regulatory procedure, and the lady behind the desk, playing with emojis on her laptop, said I needed to wait another 5/10 minutes to start my check in!? Not exactly customer friendly or professional.

I go here for dental services. Very clean. Professional staff. Once you establish a relationship with professional staff, it's hard to consider a change. Never a long wait.
