Had a burrito supreme and a taco it was pretty good. My wife had the quesadilla and a taco she really liked it. The store was nice and clean and the employees were well kept and friendly. The washroom was clean and stocked. Went back again today and had a burrito supreme and a Mexican pizza. Good stuff!

I have not been to a Taco Bell in a very long time. I decided to try again and I was highly disappointed in the overall experience. I went inside and was able to order fairly quickly. Then I had a very long wait. They also did not look under staffed. That was frustrating enough. Then after I received my food they seemed to ensure they gave me just lettuce & tomatoes. I ordered chicken combo. I think maybe 4 little pieces of chicken mixed in. For the prices they charge ($9 a meal) that was beyond disappointing on portions and service. I truly hope this was an isolated experience, but I don't think I will visit again in along time.

The food is good, but the night manager is very rude. Tje store closes at 11pm, we arrive at around 10pm and order the food. Just before we got our order, she start saying that she has to close the table aerea at 10. Then she told us to leave while we were eating and told us that she will call the police if we didnt leave. Very rude ans nasty.

Nice and clean place, friendly workers, fast service and decent burritos. I love this business and when you are served in places like this one, you are blessed. Thank you guys.

This Taco Bell in Haines City always get your order right your food is hot they give it to you with a smile and you don't have to check the receipt when you leave like every other place these days great staff I see them at least three times a week and never had a bad experience

My food was ok except made haphazardly and incorrect to my order. They also asked twice if I wanted sauce yet out none In the bag. There are PLENTY of other fast food options along this stretch that would likely be a better xhoice

I ordered a power bowl with extra Avocado ranch, and is disgusting how the empty out the bottle of sauce in my bowl.. I couldn't even see any other ingredient not only that I'm not able to eat it, is only sauce, like how come add a little extra sauce became a whole damn bottle...

The kitchen was well staffed, but the counter was not. The SELF SERVE kiosk is located more in the middle/back of the restaurant. I was surprised to see someone delivering the food to tables. But was more taken back by the food on actual TRAYS. It's been a minute since I've had fast food on a tray and not a bag.

I actually went in to dine in, amazing my food was hot and delicious. The place is a tad small, but holds enough to its capacity and most of the time people do drive thru. So I wonder is it best to order your food and pick it up versus the rush on the drive thru?? I will test out other fast food chains and compare.

DONT EAT HERE! Nothing but problems everytime I have every went here. Either you wait 40minutes for 1 taco or they don't give you the food that you order or the mess up the order, every single time! You want Taco Bell, I highly recommend another location.

The girl at the drive thru was amazing my ticket said the name is Gregory but I don't think that was the girls name. I wish every experience at any place would be as nice. She was pleasant and patient.

When I tell you the workers here are awesome!!! Always professional, have great patience, and gives good recommendations. They all need a raise and serve delicious breakfast.

Long story short Food was horrible Service was horrible Cashier attitude horrible The rug in the floor smelled like straight cheese. Got an order wrong (was a big order) about 4 of the boxes they had, two of each and 3 crispy chicken tacos without cheese due to an allergy and quite a few other things. Cashier lied and called some guy the manager, if he is the manager he needs to be fired, heard his name was Jerry. If I spend roughly $80 at Taco Bell I mean come on. Don’t bad mouth customers and expect us to know what your job description is. Anyway on a lighter note, the gentleman that wore the mask and has dreadlocks showed courtesy even when we showed frustration due to waiting 30 more minutes for 3 crispy chicken tacos with no cheese. Whoever that young man is please give him the manager position and train the others

I tried their $10 box with 4 soft tacos and 4 burritos. Well Taco Bell really has started serving some real bad stuff. It look like a 2 year old made the tacos. The burritos were visually eatable the tacos were just awful. The taco filling is a pile of goo in a large flour tortilla.

Terrible hardly anything on the taco barely any meat. Not worth the 8.79 i paid for my combo.

Rarely do they have strawberry lemonade, it's watered down drink. I must say I finally got my strawberry lemonade. They used the machine upfront rather than the one in the back. Ok guys fix the machine in the back. Duh.

Ordered 2 of their new Spicy Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito and to our disappointment, both were missing the Jalapeños and the Fiesta Strips. It's hard to try one of their new menu items when you don't get what comes IN them.

So tired of the place. They never get a drive thru order correct. Never sending my crew there again. Plenty of other places to spend our money. Nothing will change. Drive thru workers are a joke. Avoid if at all possible.

The night manager tonight is very rude! He/she does not care about the customers that pay to help keep that store open. I spent a lot of money on my to go order from Uber and I had ZERO sauce included when the receipt shows what I requested. He/she doesn’t understand that a Taco Bell meal(s) go hand in hand with the different sauces. He/she hung up on me when I asked his name. He/she needs new training in customer service and what the name Taco Bell represents!!

This location is a toss up. I will sayvthe food is usually pretty good (even if they don't always leave things on the grill long enough) my biggest problem is that a decent amount of the time we end up missing something or theybput a wrong item in. Not worth the gas to go back but it has added up for sure. Best during the day or right before they close.
