The manager and associates are very friendly and there is an interesting selection of merchandise in all departments. It definitely is a favorite place to shop. Great quality items with excellent prices. Glad they came to Winter Haven. Now come to South Lakeland too!

Love this location. Tidy shelves, friendly staff and not usually long register lines, but the store never seems to have any high end items and the they don't have "the runway" rack. Mostly pretty modest, standard stuff.

Not a huge selection, but I got what I needed for a great price.

I usually shop at this store and so far no issues, pretty much you come for one thing and end up buying stuff that you might not find anywhere else. The only concern I have is what is the point of having clothes hanged nicely and neat and when you get to the register the way your stuff get thrown in a bag not caring how wrinkled they will get. Some cashiers will give you an attitude when you ask them why, others will just fold them with no problem. I sometimes wonder if thats how they handle their own clothes at home.

Good size parking lot, plenty of variety of clothes lots of different styles and options they have a really good clearance section as well. I would definitely recommend going here for your clothing needs they also have a wide variety of home decor and home supplies good place to save some money on higher end clothing

It takes.me a while to find stuff that I love that fits me well. But they have a good selection.

Store very clean - aisles clear. Items relevant to my wants / needs. Inventory well stocked. Prices as expected - very affordable.

I went there on a Monday the parking lot is always busy. T.JMaxx had some really nice stuff alot of Christmas stuff out. I was looking for and found the spoons you mix your coffee with and they dissolve and flavor your coffee. Had some really nice prices on shoes.they did have 6 cashier's on and the line was moving the store was pretty clear or carts and racks, and staff was helpful when I asked questions.

Can always find beautiful jewelry here, designer purses and sunglasses for good prices

My wife was found hair pins she wanted here. Reasonably priced clothing and home goods. It was very busy. Yet the staff were helpful and cheery.

This was the best TJ Maxx I have ever been to. I visited it while on summer vacation. The selection was fantastic. I needed new clothes and spent $175 here. I wish suppliers sent the same quality of items to the rural, small town Midwest locations. I usually walk in and out of a TJ Maxx in Indiana with nothing or very little due to the selections.

This store Is a family favorite when it comes to household goods, clothes and shoes. The staff is always pleasant whether you need help, you are making a purchase or simply doing a return. Name brands at great prices can be found here!

Idk about you but I am not rich. I work hard at 2 Jobs and still live pay check to pay check. However when I go to TJ Max and find items for the house, find jewelry, or find some clothes for the family i feel a little bit like I have more class than I did when I walked in.. LOL. I guess because The items at TJ Max are nice and for a low price!! Nothing like shopping at Walmart or one of the Dollar stores. Maybe it's just me , and my southern self ,that feels this way. Lawd, I hope not though... 😂!!

Place was clean and organized. Prices are reasonable. There were about 20 people waiting to check out, all of a sudden 4 additional employees jumped on the registers and we were out in 5 minutes! Great customer service, thank you!

Fun store to walk around in as the merchandise is turning over fairly rapidly. Of these type stores, TJ Maxx is my favorite as the store is usually much cleaner and more orderly than say a Ross or a Marshalls.

My experience @ the TJX in Winter Heaven store with Debbie in the jewelry department was far beyond excellent. She was so attentive to me and my husband. Her customer service was superb, she gave us eye contact @ all times and her smile was like the force of the sun. I will never forget her or the service she provided to us. Great employee!!!
