    Incompetent and not courteous. This clinic, specifically the allergy department NEVER answers the phone. It took me months to reschedule my appointment and they were suppose to put in a prescription for me but forgot. It's always something with them. It's so frustrating. I just want to know what's going on with my child's allergies.

    Went to my first appointment and stated they stated they would call me for allergy testing and follow up. Never received any calls. Called the office for 3 weeks straight and left multiple voicemails and not one was returned. Don’t be fooled by their voicemail that states they will call you back within 24 hours because I’m still waiting.

    Was supposed to get a explanation on usage of the nasal spray I was prescribed but was given a paper with instructions on holding my nose and blowing to help with ear congestion and on the back ws the three items I needed at the pharmacy. When I got to the CVS only one was filled the other two was over the counter. Well two needed a prescription so I came home and called the office. Was on hold for a long time and was told to leave my name birth date and phone number and they call me in 24 hrs. I still have not received the call and it's been 51 hours. Will not go back. Liked the Dr but staff needs help.

    I recently transferred from the Clermont Clinic to Winter Haven. This was my first visit and I must say that although the wait was a bit longer than expected, it was worth it. Dr. Larrea was very kind and knowledgeable. She actually LISTENED to me and took her time to address each of my concerns. The staff members were also very courteous and kind. I would highly recommend the Barranco Clinic, Winter Haven.

    Despite them being behind on their busy schedule, they make sure that I was aware and important to them. They were friendly, hard-working, knowledgeable, and proficient. They took time for each person. No wonder they were recommended to me!

    They have dropped Ballin three different locations booking at Winter Haven hospital was not completed for over two weeks at the test and they messed up and ordered another test. Then they messed up the office to do a test there. They shouldn’t do before the swallow test one hand doesn’t know what the other ones doing I’m not confident with this location. This is my second episode in over three years but I didn’t go back to the only game in town right now.

    Great care from Lea Rakesh PA. She takes time to listen to her patients and explain your test results, symptoms, and medications. She will refer you for test if needed and follows up on your condition.

    I've been twice to this doctor's office. The receptionist act as you're disturbing them as well as having a Do not bother me attitude. The technician or doctors assistant was trying to get me to do a nasal X ray, and once I asked why she informed me it was office policy, which I refused bc there was no need for it ( just to get to bill you more $$). In reality on both times I been there I left w a bad taste due to the rudeness and lack of courtesy from the non clinical staff.

    This was our family's first time here and we encountered some worrisome issues when bringing our son in for possible hearing issues. Before the appointment we asked how much the visit would be and we were told that they wouldn't know until after the visit, they could not give us a rough estimate either. This is a violation of the patient's No Surprises Act. Additionally, the office staff did not bother to bill it through our insurance and then gave us attitude and a very difficult time about trying to set up a payment arrangement. If they had just billed it through our insurance, they would have saved them and my family the headache. The doctor we saw was pretty nice, helpful, and informative, the only good thing about the visit. We will definitely NOT be recommending this office or going back.

    As far as seeing the doctor, he was great- however, when I got the appointment scheduled- I received both EMAIL and TEXT confirmation that my appointment was at the Clermont Location. I live about an hour from there. Upon arrival at the location- when I went to check in the receptionist told me I didn’t have an appointment there. She told me in her computer I was scheduled in the Winter Haven office. I showed her my email confirmation and she said that it was strange that there was a discrepancy. She told me she could reschedule me for August. I really needed this appointment and was frustrated that I already waited the couple of weeks for this appointment. I then asked if there was any way she could call the other office and see if they could still see me today even though I already wasted my time driving from one end of Davenport to the other end of Clermont when if only I had been originally informed that my appointment was actually in the Winter Haven office 30 minutes from my house. When the receptionist called the Winter Haven office to ask if they could still see me that day, she made it seem like it was my fault that I was in Clermont. She stated on the phone, “I have a patient here who had an appointment in your office, but she’s here instead. Is there anyway she would still be able to come in today?” She then looked at me and asked “How long would it take you to get there?” I looked at her puzzled and was like “I don’t know?! How far is it from here?!” An hour. An hour and 4 minutes. My appointment was at 2pm. This phone call from office to office happened at 2:05. The receptionist then looks at me and asks, “Can you get there by 4?” Like. Lady. If I leave now I’ll get there after 3. So yes. I’ll get there by 4. They rescheduled me. I went. Walked in to the office for my appointment at 3:55. Wasn’t brought into a room until 4:45. The staff at the Winter Haven office wasn’t friendly or welcoming. I left their office at 5:26. The entire day was wasted. Very frustrating experience.

    Friendly staff. On time with appointments. Dr. Bird was nice and on first visit he suggested a reason for my hoarseness and set up a test. Don't have results yet. I recommend.

    The lady’s in the front are very rude, I can’t tell you a single time I’ve called and actually spoke to someone who wasn’t rude . The dr acts like he doesn’t have enough time to spend with you to go over any results or for any questions . I’ve had to call 2 twice before for after hrs for a concern and neither times did anyone call me back. I feel like all these drs do here is guess .. very annoying .

    I have been receiving allergy shots at the Barranco Clinic for years. It has always been slow when trying to get a new allergy vial but in the last year it has gone from not good to horrible. I called for a new allergy vial 6 weeks ago and I’m still waiting. I have called every week asking about it. I called last week and left a message with the nurse hoping that person could light a fire in the allergy department. I called again this morning to both areas. I’ll be moving to another dr.

    I had heard some unfavorable reviews before I went to the clinic. I don’t understand why as I found everyone at the clinic to be very professional and very friendly. Dr. Stuart took time with me, answered all my questions, and made a plan of action. I am very pleased with the clinic.

    I came to your office because I get vertigo off and on and will align my crystals to make it better. But I do also have allergies- I just feel like you guys aren’t looking close enough. The issues precisely happened after I got an ear infection, years ago. Now, when I turn my head, I feel funny, when I talk, I can hear the sound fluctuating in my right ear, when my ears get full, my neck hurts terribly. You guys said you would provide me immunotherapy - I guess we’ll see how it goes.

    I waited 2 months for this appointment. When Dr. Merritt came into the room he asked me what was going on. When I start explaining what's I'm experiencing, he rudly interpreted me. Telling me my issues were not related. I have issues with my nose( breathing) and my throat( swallowing). He was very rude and arrogant and this tone is very Unsettling. I alreafy have anxiety going to the doctors office and he didnt make it any better. I ended up leaving without any test ordered and no medicine. Because he Literally shut me down to where I was in tears. I do not recommend this doctor.

    Waited three months to get in to see the doctor . For an appointment at 9:15 I was not seen by 11:00 I asked to reschedule at that time after waiting an hour and 15 minutes. They offered me another appointment in three months . They are way over booked and understaffed. They cannot expect people to wait three hours to see a doctor especially the elderly that were left for longer than myself . Very unprofessional.

    I didn’t wait at all to be called back. The nurse practitioner came in quickly and removed the wax from my sons ears and checked for any fluid in the ears. Very satisfied.

    DO NOT request an appointment online. They will schedule you an appointment for any random time that you do not agree to and then badger you with texts and emails for weeks to confirm your appointment. I spoke to the office twice about how that date would not work for me. I responded to every text / email saying that appointment would not work for me. I was threatened with a no show fee for an appointment I NEVER EVEN MADE. Just save yourself the headache by avoiding the online system. I still haven’t seen this doctor because the scheduling people can’t get their act together.

    I was sent to this clinic by my primary care physician. The physician I see Dr. Brooker has done a thorough job of diagnosing my illness However the front office staff I don't know their names but the African American lady is beyond rude. Today the other lady was rude as well. God I got find somewhere else to go for treatments.
