As
far
as
seeing
the
doctor,
he
was
great-
however,
when
I
got
the
appointment
scheduled-
I
received
both
EMAIL
and
TEXT
confirmation
that
my
appointment
was
at
the
Clermont
Location.
I
live
about
an
hour
from
there.
Upon
arrival
at
the
location-
when
I
went
to
check
in
the
receptionist
told
me
I
didn’t
have
an
appointment
there.
She
told
me
in
her
computer
I
was
scheduled
in
the
Winter
Haven
office.
I
showed
her
my
email
confirmation
and
she
said
that
it
was
strange
that
there
was
a
discrepancy.
She
told
me
she
could
reschedule
me
for
August.
I
really
needed
this
appointment
and
was
frustrated
that
I
already
waited
the
couple
of
weeks
for
this
appointment.
I
then
asked
if
there
was
any
way
she
could
call
the
other
office
and
see
if
they
could
still
see
me
today
even
though
I
already
wasted
my
time
driving
from
one
end
of
Davenport
to
the
other
end
of
Clermont
when
if
only
I
had
been
originally
informed
that
my
appointment
was
actually
in
the
Winter
Haven
office
30
minutes
from
my
house.
When
the
receptionist
called
the
Winter
Haven
office
to
ask
if
they
could
still
see
me
that
day,
she
made
it
seem
like
it
was
my
fault
that
I
was
in
Clermont.
She
stated
on
the
phone,
“I
have
a
patient
here
who
had
an
appointment
in
your
office,
but
she’s
here
instead.
Is
there
anyway
she
would
still
be
able
to
come
in
today?”
She
then
looked
at
me
and
asked
“How
long
would
it
take
you
to
get
there?”
I
looked
at
her
puzzled
and
was
like
“I
don’t
know?!
How
far
is
it
from
here?!”
An
hour.
An
hour
and
4
minutes.
My
appointment
was
at
2pm.
This
phone
call
from
office
to
office
happened
at
2:05.
The
receptionist
then
looks
at
me
and
asks,
“Can
you
get
there
by
4?”
Like.
Lady.
If
I
leave
now
I’ll
get
there
after
3.
So
yes.
I’ll
get
there
by
4.
They
rescheduled
me.
I
went.
Walked
in
to
the
office
for
my
appointment
at
3:55.
Wasn’t
brought
into
a
room
until
4:45.
The
staff
at
the
Winter
Haven
office
wasn’t
friendly
or
welcoming.
I
left
their
office
at
5:26.
The
entire
day
was
wasted.
Very
frustrating
experience.
