APRN Valadez is great! She listen to my concerns and made me feel seen! I would have given 5 stars but when trying to sort out an issue that occurred with the lab, the lab changed the way some diagnostic test were processed which caused my partner’s labs to left undone. When I asked for how to fix this and get the labs completed, I was told by a nurse to ‘come talk to the lab’ which is unacceptable. My doctor ordered this diagnostics lab and my doctor’s office should be able to provide me the correct information so that the lab can be completely in a timely manner. I should not have to go on a hunt to find information on how to get the lab (which is down stairs from this office) completely!

I went to Dr. Gabriel‘s office during Covid. I had cystocele and rectocele. Was Treated by Jennifer Valdez. She explained everything and fitted me for pessary. Even with that I was experienced problems. She suggested better bladder therapy in their office. I was skeptical at first, but it was a best experience I had. I have some problems still but not as bad as what they were. I highly recommend Dr. Gabriel‘s office, very knowledgeable staff Is great and friendly. Thank you Jennifer for making my life much easier. As an added feature, I am a female 81 years old.

The LPN Jennifer Valadez was great! I felt very well cared for and all my concerns were listened to. Both nurses were very knowledgeable and had great positive attitudes. The front desk is fast and efficient also very friendly. One of my best experiences at any medical facility ever. The office, waiting room, and bathroom were all very clean as well. I love the fact that they give you a number to text them with any questions, I did have a question and was texted back with my answer immediately. Asked for the doctor to see me and when gets there the ARPN came to the office. Because I said I will like the doctor they told me that if I do not want her to see me I have to look for another doctor office. After I lose time, money and energy.

Clean, friendly, professional office and staff. No waiting. Dr. Gabriel called me and spoke with me for 30 min after my appointment with his ARNP to clarify a few things. Then wanted to c me himself. Most visits last 15 min at the most. He spent over an hour with me. Best doctor ever! I wish he could be my primary. Easy to talk to and explains all your options.

I was pleasantly surprised because I was very apprehensive. Everyone there is so friendly and they put you at ease. I would encourage anyone who is having a problem to go. I thought about it for year's.please, just go don't suffer. The office staff is so nice too. PLEASE GO.!!!
