Gas prices seem to be lower than elsewhere. Their coffee is always hot and fresh . But their hotdogs are the very best

On this date the clerk working on 5,25,23 at 8 p.m. Older gentleman bold brother. Was very unprofessional . Disputing with customer.. Maybe it was his first day of work here,but customer were uncomfortable with his service.

Polk County’s unofficial homeless shelter. Doesn’t matter what day or time you show up, there’s always AT LEAST 2+ homeless people asking for money.

Used to be that you get the best gas . Now they are always the most highest and it seems they are doing something where you are getting less gas.

We were out And about and we stopped to get a drank and use the bathroom. Went into the women’s bathroom and there was blood over the stall floor and was very dirty toilets. It was dry not fresh. This was around 9:00 in the morning. They need to make sure that it is clean…

WHY is it that everytime I go to this Race Trac I can Never get a Frozen Yogurt (One of my favorite things in the world).. & the Reason I switch to Race Trac for Gas & Ciggs in the 1st place. So yeah anyway.. it would be so nice to walk in and be able to grab a Frozen Yogurt.. but that station is NEVER up & running. It's a shame!!!

Because of issues with my local racetrac I thought I try a different location with different people and maybe different and better service. 11:30 am I went to the hot food area and saw the pizza decided to get 2 whole pizzas but they had one made up asked if it was possible to get a second one made and the girl at the register said yes I'll call the other girl he rang a bell girl came out and her coworker said she needed a whole pizza The other girl responded with I just put out 2 whole pizzas 7 minutes ago ( there were 1 and 1/2 pizzas ) so I jumped in and said I'm sorry ma'am I need the whole pizza your coworker is referring to She asked if I looked at the pizza area and I said yes I have one but I need one more and there's only half she thought for a few seconds and then said I'm sorry sir but the oven decided to quit working so I can't make anymore sorry about that try a different location I was angry because I knew she was lying But I walked away saying nothing since I had touched the whole pizza I paid for it and threw it in the garbage can by the fuel pumps. These employees from Racetrac gas stations all seem to have the same work habits. Lazy must be a required qualification to work for racetrac or maybe its the training they get when hired PEOPLE JUST GO TO 7-ELEVEN AND GET 2 SLICES OF PIZZA AND A 20oz COKE FOR $3 AND BETTER SERVICE.

I love the brew hot coffee, great gas station ⛽️

Seems like this location is never open in the morning anymore might as well not be a store there cuz people handle their business first thing in the morning and on the way home. Being short staff is Management's job to hire enough people to operate the store.

Will not cash your lottery tickets if you win from this location. Refused to cash any thing over $250 unless you are buying more then $250 dollars in items. Lottery commission needs to look into this location if they are going to be a lottery retailer then they should follow the rules of cashing in the tickets.

The employee at checkout was rude called me a child twice in front of manager then doubled down and called me a man child while I was trying to talk to manager she also started in on me. Saying I was intoxicated, told her I wasn't that I had mouth Cancer and it was hard to talk due to the surgery my tung is oversized. She would not listen and they were both loud enough other customers couldn't help from Listening in. If you treat people like that you shouldn't be in those positions. Don't go if you have a disability you are not welcome there. Is this a case against disability act???? My home nurse does. I hope top management returns my calls

Lost my wallet here this morning, and had to head down south, I called up there to check to see if they had it and indeed they did, they understood I wasn’t able to return for a while due to work and kept the wallet safe until I arrived to retrieve it, I would like to personally thank the person that found my wallet and did the right thing! That person could have taken my wallet with my payday in it and that person chose not too. May god bless you whoever you are

Everything is overpriced except the gas. Food selection is terrible and not very good.

Good place to get gas and maybe a bit to eat. Can get busy around lunchtime. Popular place for service workers to stop in and get a coke or lunch.

How do you start serving breakfast but never have it ready been there two days straight no breakfast and it seems like they weren't making anything to eat since the food warmer was practically empty. So unfortunately the money that I would have spent there I'm going to go spend at McDonald's now which is further away from my house and cost more

The cashier was too busy leaning on the counter to play on her phone than to acknowledge anyone, myself included. When I said, “excuse me”, the cashier rolled her eyes and scanned my item. I’ve never been to this location and I can’t say I’ll be returning anytime soon after this experience.
