HIDDEN GEM 💎 in Winter Haven! Kaylin is an incredible artist. She did such a beautiful job on my nails, did what I expected and asked for on top of the exceptional customer service and staff! Great environment and great service! And reasonable prices. (Not to mention I got a complementary Vietnamese coffee which was delicious.) I have been searching for “my place” to go for nails; and it will only be there!

I've been here twice. The first time was excellent. So I booked another appointment when they opened so I could beat the crowd. I had an appointment with one of the techs and when it was time to paint my nails, she got the front desk lady to finish the job, while the one I booked my appointment with was refilling the essential oil machine. After refilling the essential oil machine she started standing over the one painting my nails "supervising" So I didn't really like the fact I book my appointment with the lady and she has someone else finish the job.

Today was my first day coming here and I will be coming back every single time. Everyone was so nice. My nails look amazing. I feel so relaxed. Everyone was making sure I was comfortable at all times. This is my go to spot for now on!! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Moved back to Winter Haven after 30 years and have had a hard time finding a reputable nail spa. Finally visited New World for the first time today after 2 of my patients recommended them and was very happy. Kailyn and Queenie did a great job and prices are fair👍🏻😊 I definitely recommend these ladies!!! Thank you so much 😊

I’m new to Winter Haven and I recently visited New World Salon based on the reviews from google. Unfortunately, my gel manicure/pedicure was not worth the visit. As seen in the photos my nails look as if I did them myself. I requested Kaitlin to do my mani/pedi as this was recommended and my gel nails were ok but a professional would clean up the nail bed when done. My Pedi was done by another young lady who for some reason understood English but didn’t understand when I asked not to cut my cuticles as I know my nails and I have very thin cuticles that only need to be pushed back, not cut every time I do a pedi. The place seem friendly and clean as I observed the other two ladies that had their pedi done next to me by two male tech feet look awesome.

They are excellent. True nail artists! So easy to make an appt and they are super friendly and did an excellent job! Full set of acrylics and polish. Excellent priced as well.

Nails and toes turned out great. She took her time to make sure everything looked good and made sure I was comfortable. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, will definitely be back for my next nail appointment.

Absolutely wonderful experience getting manicures with my granddaughter. The women were so patient with a 7 year old! Clean and professional. We will definitely be back.
