Booked online yesterday and received a confirmation shortly after. The web page I got directed to from that confirmation EXPLICITLY stated my appointment was confirmed. I showed up for it, only to find the door locked; no one answered when I knocked multiple times. Come to find out, there was a button I had to click to reconfirm the appointment on an email they sent me 1hr before the appointment. After I'd already received a confirmation. When I tried to call, I got directed to an automated line that no one ever answered. 20 minutes later, I got a text by another automated service saying I was "no showed" for an appointment no one was there to accept. EDIT (Nov 19): the owner is now claiming that they never had me in their system as a client. This is interesting, considering that Dimitra herself texted me almost an hour after I posted the original review saying she wasn't there because she was running late (screenshot attached). How curious that she should have the phone number of someone who was never in her system as a client...

She was the most patient and kind woman I’ve ever had doing my hair. She performed a real miracle and worked with me so well. My hair was completely matted and there was a part I was convinced that would have to be cut out. She was able to get it out and save my hair! Thank you so much you’re the best and I still can’t thank you enough! I wouldn’t recommend anyone but her because there’s no one as good as her! Pleasant conversations as well. :)

My Stylist Dimitra is outstanding. Her technique in handling and treating my hair was amazing. I've been looking for someone able to take care of my thinning hair on my crown and she has done a fantastic job. I love the way my hair looks. I will be sticking with her from now on.

I found Dimitra Vaida online on a Thursday and contacted her, told her I was looking to get a hair straightening treatment before Sunday. She fit me on her schedule and even stayed late for me. She did a hair Botox treatment with a trim. My hair is so silky, straight and shiny. She’s so good I even scheduled for tape-in extensions.

The service was amazing I felt comfortable and she was so confident, and knew what she was doing she worked with me on getting as much hair so I can donate and styled my hair exactly how I wanted it. 1st time I've ever been to a hair salon, so I was a little anxious but she made it simple and welcoming. Even giving tips and guidance on how to manage my hair. She did a great job on the Brazilian blowout and made sure to not burn me. I hardly even noticed her working on my hair. Great work.
