Very nice venue and very intimate setting for just about any function you may have. Staff was polite and the catering selected was amazing! A well done job and I strongly recommend for any event you may have.

I will never forget Harmony Haven! My wedding was on 10/22/2022 and it was an absolute fairytale. Everyone mentioned how seamless it went, and swooned over how beautiful the venue was. It truly was a slice of heaven. Kelly did a wonderful job helping me set everything up. I wouldn’t pass up the opportunity to hire her as the day of coordinator. Her team left me without a worry in the world and communication was top tier. We will never forget you guys! ❤️

Went there to view the property for our wedding. Location has a lot of potential for what we're looking for. Everyone was kind and answered all our questions. P.S. I just wanted to add this as an update for Harmony Haven, after having our wedding ceremony and reception with them. This review below was written by myself and my wife! Harmony Haven Events was always top notch from the moment we stepped on their property, to their responsiveness and openness to our needs at their beautiful venue! The owner is a teacher and her husband is a Lakeland firefighter, which is awesome because Stef is a teacher, and I am a Firefighter. So my nerdiness quota was met lol. But also, Having that hurricane just a couple days prior and the event being hit, losing power, their fence, a tree and tree branches. Even having the inside get flooded when a door was pushed open by the wind.... Y'all had the support of the fellow firefighters coming off shift and so many other people to help out, early in the morning. Y'all made a miracle happen.... It brought tears to my eyes writing this. You all saved the day, and we are forever grateful. Heath even came in the day of the wedding to hook up a generator since the power still wasn't on. He got us lights and extension cords to do our hair. He even brought in extra help to look at the breaker box and try to fix the power. Heath and Kelly kept calling the power company until they finally got through to someone who was able to fix the power just a couple hours before the ceremony.

This is a beautiful venue to have an event at. It’s spacious and gorgeous! We toured them to potentially have our wedding here.

I had my wedding last month at Harmony Haven, and it was the best day of my life. The venue is absolutely an all-in-one perfect package when it comes to your ceremony and reception. Kelly was amazing to work with, and she thoroughly explained the whole process to me as I personally did not have a wedding planner. The venue is always communicative and happy to help when you have questions/concerns. The venue itself is BEAUTIFUL! The outdoor gazebo is where I had my ceremony and it was gorgeous at sunset with the outdoor lights, the inside of the venue is even better. Beautiful white washed walls and gorgeous lights, it’s so spacious and I loved how I was able to separate the food area from the dining room. The suites to get ready in were perfect as well, so spacious for me, my bridesmaids, and family. I love the new bar they built outside, it really helped the bartender as they had their own area to work with. I’d recommend this venue to everyone! Not only is it so beautiful and rustic, it’s very affordable as well!

I hosted my daughter's sweet 16 there and it was magical. Our theme Beauty and the Beast and the venue fit perfectly inside and out. To say that it was the perfect place is an understatement. Mrs. Kelly was the sweetest most kindest and understanding person we've meet. I look forward to hosting another event there and working with her again.

I just had my wedding there, and I loved every minuet! Kelly was so helpful every step of the the way, and then her and her crew were amazing the day of, making sure everything was running smoothly and people were where they were supposed to be, things happened when they were supposed to and that everyone was having a good time. The rooms for getting ready in were spacious, and I loved that they had a room just for the groom and groomsman. They set everything up and it was so beautiful! I was so pleased with how everything looked!! Kelly is amazing, this place is gorgeous, it was well worth it in the end!

It’s been a week since the best day of my life and I’m still speechless! Kelly and her team were amazing from start to finish. The moment we set a date for our wedding, it seemed that our worlds were turned upside down— professionally and personally. The stress of it all was extremely overwhelming. I kept pushing off wedding details because in the grand scheme of things a “party” seemed so low on our list of priorities. From words of wisdom to a “gentle” kick in the hindquarters— and even taking matters into her own hands— Kelly was there for me every step of the way! Her calm but firm demeanor set my mind and heart at ease. From the moment we decided on Harmony Haven Events for our wedding, we KNEW it was gonna be perfect. The venue is simple and gorgeous just the way it is. I opted for no flowers (They’re not really my thing and they are super expensive) and yet— I received 100+ Compliments throughout the night of how beautiful the venue is. Kelly suggested, vetted, and coordinated with all of my vendors— catering, DJ, and bar! I truly believe if we had chosen a different venue or coordinator, we probably wouldn’t have gotten married last weekend. We would still be dreaming of someday. Harmony Haven Events brought our dream to life and made it even more special than we could have ever imagined or hoped for!

Harmony Haven was the perfect event space for our sorority anniversary party! Kelly is WONDERFUL!!!! She is the best party planner and decorator there is!!! Hiring her for the day of the event was worth every penny and she made sure everything went seamless from start to finish!!! The way she decorated using a mixture of her ideas and the sororities, and the attention to detail just made the event!!! Every event I host will be at Harmony Haven!!!

This little jewel in Bartow is an absolute beautiful venue both indoors as well as outdoors!! Could not have been happier with the service received from the owner Kelly who made us feel welcome from day 1. She went out of her way and over the top to help make our daughter’s 18th birthday a very special one!!! Would recommend this beautiful place for any type of celebration!! 💕🎉🎂👰‍♀️
