Continuing my birthday week shaningans, I redeemed my offer for a free dessert. The two choices were Fried Cookie Dough Flautas or Fried Churrk Bites. I went with the Cookie Dough because I am "Cookie Monster's" brother. From the moment I entered, there was not a long wait and I was greeted with a smile by multiple staff. The cashier explained that I would just need to give her the redemption code from the Tijuana Flatts official app. I ordered it to go and it came out freshly fried. They tasted as delicious as I remember. The tortilla had a nice, crisp texture that contrasted greatly with the gooey, chocolate chip cookie dough. This was all I ordered, since I had lunch already. The restaurant was very clean, new signage has-been installed since our last visit about one year ago. You will see it in my pictures,, plus some other views of the restaurant. I would come back before you can say "Queso".

Love going to Tijuana flats! Tried the Mexican street corn tacos tonight and my dad had the burrito! Was so good! Fun little place to go to if you don't feel like cooking!

Soooo good! Clean, food was hot and tasted great! They give you A LOT of food! Definitely coming back here! Oh and they’re chips are on point!!

Always enjoyed Tijuana Flats. This location is just down the street from LEGOLAND. If you are looking for something outside if the parks. It's always delicious and a better alternative to the parks. Fresh and yummy!

Excellent service, interesting menu items, attentive staff concerning refills, productive rewards program, and top notch tortilla chips (not greasy). Only downside for families is that some of the self-serve salsas have names with profanity on the placards. Would love if they removed those. The cookie dough flautas are a rich way to conclude the meal, and a great example of this restaurant’s creative offerings.

The staff here go out of their way to ensure you have a great dining experience. It is counter service, but the staff is always friendly and walking around to see if everything is good with the meals and to get refills. The food is always on point authentic Mexican. We go ere regularly.

This was my second time visiting, this was my favorite visit so far. Kyla has amazing customer service and was even all dressed up for Halloween, I didn’t get the name of the other cashier that helped me but they both were sweet. All the staff were working together and constantly checking on customers. I will definitely keep coming back, thank you!

Great Taco Chips. The food is usually pretty good. The sauce island is good (when they're available... meaning the staff has taken time to have them filled). Don't bother filling out the survey on-line (on the receipt) to get a code and a free Taco, they didn't honor it and ignored mine. It's just a Taco... right ? But hey, don't offer it if you're not going to honor it. Some visits the servers have offered refills on drinks, and in exchange they get tipped. Other nights they don't bother. Guess it depends what sort of mood they're in. Lol . Oh well, that was my last time there. They don't need my cash I guess.

Ordered food on a Tuesday. Taco special is a good deal $6.99. Chicken tacos were good. Steak ones did not have much flavor. I don't think it was seasoned at all. Had to go back because I was given chips with no salsa. Not bad for the special but other than that would not normally go here.

Cool and fun place! Free hot sauce samples of over 12-15 types from mild to blow ur head off hot with hilarious names. Buy bottles for charity. Our food was so good after just a single bite, we chowed right down before getting pics! One order of chicken burrito and one order of Baja fish tacos. We ordered as listed on menu, no changes. Hot, fresh, good size and presented well on little trays covered with side of salsa and tortilla chips. Leave name to pick up order but staff delivered right to our table, then periodically checking to see if we needed anything. Brought us water we forgot. All staff was smiling and very helpful.

Mama had the two taco meal and I had the beef burrito. The tacos were a pretty good size you can see the picture and the burrito had some heft to it. The flavor was good and the salsa that came out with the chips was really good also. There was a really large selection of different hot sauces you could try with colorful names. The place was clean and the service was friendly. They have Coke products I always get a diet Coke. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice lunch or dinner.

The staff and service was great! The atmosphere is fun and we really enjoyed the covered outdoor seating. The food was good, only complaint was that it was a little cold. Flavor and freshness was just what we were looking for. The variety of hot sauces is fun as well! The chips were not the best, but not the worst either, just average I guess. Would definitely eat here again.

Great service! We went on "Taco Tuesday" the prices can't be beat! Quality, friendliness, cleanliness, Hard to find these days.

We got the chicken taco, fish tacos, and carnitas chimichanga. All were really good, but the chimichanga was our favorite.

I always liked Tijuana Flats ever since I lived in St Pete. I know that there might be better places that serve "true" Mexican but I like the atmosphere and friendly service I usually get in this chain of restaurants. Winter Haven is no exception. I like those sauces and am glad they have stuck to that theme for many years. This is convenient. Just park in front and enjoy your meal. The food I ordered was fine but I feel like they should warm up their tortilla chips. But, hey I still liked them! Simple gal here.

Ordered curbside. Order was supposed to be ready at 11:20. I waited in my curbside spot for 20 minutes after checking in (at 11:15). After the 20 minutes had passed, I called inside just so that they knew I was there. They said they would bring it out. 20 minutes later, nothing had been brought out to me. I went inside and they gave me my order. There were 3 other groups of customers in the restaurant, nobody standing in line. My food was cold but I did not have time to reorder. Just very frustrating for them to have curbside as an option if they don’t pay attention to curbside orders and I won’t be returning anytime soon!

To start the service was wonderful the cashier was pleasant which do don't see too often. The food was perfectly made and tasted great. The restaurant was constantly being cleaned and the staff was very helpful. I would also recommend downloading the app for the free stuff and all the info on the constant deals they have. I would definitely recommend this place.

Such a fun and delicious experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and so sweet to my kids. The restaurant is very casual and a perfect place to stop after a long day at the theme park. I love that they put their nachos on a long tray so that the proportions of toppings to chips is perfect. Honestly all the food was amazing! Big thank you to Sara for going above and beyond to just make our day.

That are pretty fast getting your food out to you. The food for me could have come out pretty hot, but the chips were just ok. They have a lot of verities of hot sauce and I am a fan of hot sauce. I had the jalapeño lime Buffalo wings and that was very good, not very spicy. My wife had the garlic and parmesan wings and had a very weird tastes. That one we will not order again.
