    This place is a disaster! Super filthy. Nobody cleans nor changes the duvets of the bed. We literally found a note attached to the bed that said, “if you’re reading this, that means it hasn’t been changed”. Spiders, cockroaches, everything is super dirty! They should at least have the decency to clean this place up if they charge so much money for a one week stay. We have several babies with us on this trip and I am truly disgusted. Do not waste your money on this dump! Go somewhere else.

    The property is gated and very secure. I rent from a private owner off Air BnB. Only stayed overnight for a concert. Not too far of a drive from downtown... About 30 minutes. Close to everything... Dining, Parks, and Outlet Malls. The unit was a bit outdated and definitely could have been cleaner. Just be careful before booking online. Make sure to ask questions about any additional fees or charges. I booked one with a hot tub after booking... They tried to charge me additional for use of the hot tub. Never heard of that before. Also had issues upon arrival with the gate code, even after expressing concern with this matter with the owner.

    This resort is not consistent with photos on the internet. The townhouse I rented # 3138 was musty. The rugs were dirty. The greenery was dead and unkempt. The private pool was not clean and weeds on pavers. Interior decor was eclectic and crowded. Couch was very used. The entry area door was dirty and concrete steps unkempt.

    Great location being close to both Disney and Universal. Large resort with all the facilities that one wishes for on a holiday. We had a spacious apartment with all the equipments needed for a family along with a private hot tub and lake facing conservatory. Staff are very nice and helpful with special mention for Vanessa at the front desk. I am not surprised to see that this property was full. Great service. Thank you for making our stay memorable!!

    We bought a house here. Stupid rules, staff is constantly changing, there is no order. The pool is not cleaned. Closes at 8pm. I don't know what logic guides management. They just maximize profits, with disgusting service. Legal deception. The fitness room is never cleaned

    I normally write about good things, but this time it was really bad. We booked our room almost seven months ago. When we arrived we were sent to a resort townhouse that was bug infested. We went back to the front desk, they gave us another townhouse that was filthy like it had not been cleaned from the last guests. We complained about that and they sent us to look at a third townhouse that was also bug infested. We had to settle for the dirty apartment. Trash in drawers, lack of towels for the family, mold in the cabinet under the sink, floors so dirty that everyone's feet were black after walking on the floor. There was a dirty sock on the patio table nothing was wiped down and the sheets look like they were not washed. We were promised to have everything cleaned the next day and when we returned from a day at the parks, the floor was mopped but the dirty sock was still on the table and trash still in the entertainment center. Still no clean sheets, we will be here for a while and we will wash everything. This is our fourth visit and might be the last. As a military family, we have slept in some wild places but this is not what we expected from a resort. SMDH on how disappointed we are, we can only hope that it gets better over the next 10 days. How can we be sure that the jacuzzi was even cleaned after the last guest? You would think after all of this the Manager would at least come by to check on us but I guess its all about the money and not the paying customers. Today we are in for the day for Thanksgiving. We called the front desk (from our own phone since the phone in the room is broken) at least ask for the clean linen we were promised. (Four towels, one towel with a glob of black hair folded inside of it, are not enough for the amount of people we booked for). The front desk rep told us that they don't give more linen once you have arrived and you only get what is originally provided in the room. We reminded them that we were placed in the dirty room and never received the clean linen or towels to accommodate the amount of people booked. They apologized and apparently are going to be bringing us some today. We just went to get something from the car and noticed a bag of essentials but it has been two hours and they came without letting us know or they tried but the door bell is broken. Customer service is lost and I wish it would return. When we leave I will update my report.

    Pretty poor experience, rooms cleaned once in a 2week stay and only because we kicked off at the state of the house when we arrived. Hot tub (or should I call it a cold tub) wasn't working. Only had 5 towels in a house that comfortably sleeps 6 and we even ran out of toilet roll and had to go a buy some ourselves. Don't waste your time with reception either they are about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. Stay somewhere else unless you want a thoroughly disappointing stay the Site manager Hector and his staff want need to book there ideas up

    Townhouse is really nice very clean and has everything but the resort is a disaster. It has absolutely nothing. There is a pool, and a bar open from 11-6 5 days a week but that is it. Turn up to check in after 7 and you are on your own. Worst place ever.

    We have been coming here 2 times a year since 2018, every time we come our experience just gets worse each time, customer service is awful now. We have a paper in our resort stating if we need anything, wether it be clean towels, toiletries etc to let them know and we have and they refuse to give us anything. We asked for pool towels that should be in our resort and they refused to give us any. We had a emergency and needed something printed/faxed and we called the front desk 2 times asking if they had a printer or a fax machine we could use and they told us no. So we went to the front desk and they had computers and printers in there for guests to use but they told us no on the phone. The last time we stayed here they gave us a room that was filthy dirty, even blood and tampons on the floor when you walked in. When we checked in it was when the front desk was closed so security took our credit card information and the next day we had fraud on the card that was used multiple times so our credit card information was stolen from security. The front desk lady named yori got really mouthy with my mom when my mom asked for pool towels and a single roll of toilet paper and told her “this is it, do not ask us for anything else” when again we have a paper in our room that says if we need anything to let them know. They are very rude here now and they don’t seem to care about our concerns and how many times we stay here over the last few years and the amount of money we spend to stay here to not be treated well. Very disappointed in how this place has been going downhill over the years we have been staying. They even used to have face paintings and activities for the kids and they don’t anymore. There’s too much competition of nicer places and nicer staff to be staying somewhere like here. Will not be staying here anymore and I/we will not recommend this place to anyone else anymore.

    Mehh. We stayed in a 3 bedroom for 2 weeks, found several roaches throughout the stay. bandaids in the pool along with cigarettes. The carpet in the steps/upstairs was hard from old dirt. Couches and the pillows on the couches were dirty. It was just very humid and musty air. Showers/bed had hair from previous people. Very limited cooking pans, and in horrible conditions. Not sure i would stay there again.

    Booked a two bedroom with a hot tub, got a three bedroom with a unheated baby pool. Having a hot tub was the main reason we booked this place. Big disappointment for adults staying for two weeks. Desk said they were overbooked and we could use the two hot tubs at the clubhouse. Unfortunately the clubhouse closed at 6pm along with the hot tubs and pools. in addition, the Guest Registration Form stated that guests staying 8 nights or more were entitled to a mid-stay cleaning. After a week into our stay, we inquired about this, the person at the front desk didn't know what we were talking about and after checking offered to replenish the hotel-size hand soap and TP, no cleaning. The Form also stated that no animals or pets are permitted in any accommodation, but we frequently heard dogs barking. Overall, the facilities are about what I expected from a rental but the bedrooms lacked a dresser so unless it could hang in the closet, cloths had to be repeatedly shuffled in a suitcase. Also, If you bring kids, keep them away from the street, observed several speeding cars in the complex. We'd stay here again if we can get what we booked.

    Rented a townhouse in this community. The house was well kept, community was quiet, had playground area and permanent residents. Close to shopping, restaurants and Disney parks. The front gate security was down we always had to wait on a guard to let us in. And that is to be expected but after a late night at Disney, we had to wait for him to come back and let us in vs just entering a code.

    The resort was verry clean well kept, but the night time security was very slow. Took atleast 20 minutes to get through the gates and i whiteness said guard being unprofessional towards other guests.

    The resort needs to update the parking situation as there are not many handicap spaces near some of the condos. Many were parking right outside our door and walking to the pool or up the hill to the next condo. This made it very difficult to get our handicap child into the condo. We called security one night about a person touching and looking in our vehicle for them to never show up and check it out, so security is worthless. Maintenance needs to be more efficient when updating the condos.

    Very nice place. Each town house has its own pool along w 2 community pools. Very spacious and well looked after. Great price for a weeks stay. We will definitely book here again.

    More of a timeshare or condo than a hotel. Some staff friendly, some not so much. Nice modern furnishings, community pool area clean. TV didn’t work very well…patchy reception, outside furniture not cleaned at our unit. Quiet, supermarket nearby for things you’ll need, as they Dont provide much. (Minimal coffee (2cups) and toilet paper). No refills like a hotel. My bed could’ve used a new mattress, and extra blanket.

    Late check in as we planned this trip at the last minute as a surprise for our children. We arrive at 1:30am to check in we get our information door code DOESNT WORK SO MY FAMILY IS FORCED TO SLEEP IN THE CAR UNTIL 8am when someone arrives as the on-site security isn’t able to help get us in our BOOKED ACCOMMODATIONS

    Based ourselves here for 16 nights whilst over from Scotland. Initial impressions were good. Arrived late and security checked us in quickly. Provided codes for entry gates and door access. Additional $150 charge was taken at check-in for cleaning - warned about this in advance. Positives - the house is large and spacious with all necessary facilities. Large fridge freezer, washer & dryer in the utility room which was great for refreshing clothes before we came home. Two bedrooms both with ensuite which was ideal with two daughters having their own space. Absolutely fantastic location for accessing Disney parks - 15 minutes and we were within the car parks. I can't stress how convenient this location is for the Disney parks! The communal pool areas could really do with a bit of a clean but we came during the off season so I suspect it might be cleaner during the hectic summer months. Food and drinks were very reasonably priced for our pool days. If you pop down to the pergola on the water some turtles will swim up and see you which the kids loved. Areas which let the hotel down; Our jacuzzi hottub didn't work properly. Raised the issue with reception on two occasions and didn't get resolved. Very disappointed as this was a major part of why we booked this resort. I was too tired by the time we got home to chase up with reception for a third time so I will raise my concerns with our travel agent. Despite being advertised as "sleeps 6" the 2 bedroom property doesn't come with bedding for the sofa bed. I want aware of this before travelling and ended up having our 6 year old sleep with us every night. This is perhaps something my travel agent should have made me aware of but again I am raising it with them. The garden area was generally very grubby and needs some TLC to bring it back to life. Dead lizard has been baked onto the ground and lots of disgusting looking stains on the walls and ground which needs painting to restore to former glory. Finally the property could do with a deep clean, despite charging an additional $150 it felt like oniy surface cleaning had been done and even then it wasn't good. Dirty marks on the kitchen units and tiled floor was filthy - made my kids wear their shoes to stop their white socks from being dirty before we even left in the morning. Overall the issues didn't ruin our Disneyworld trip - issues mentioned above did leave a sour taste in my mouth. Would I stay again. Yes. Based on location and large house I would consider it and hope my next home is fully functioning and in good cosmetic condition.

    Mini pool at the condo. Two large pools AND a hot tub jacuzzi at the main resort. Staff is friendly and helpful. Many tourists in his area from. All over the world. My family and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it. Prices per week is comfortable.

    Barebones place -decent enough to stay great sized. Great location. No staff on site. No amenities open to use no food on site. This is not a resort really its a townhome in a community for rent. not super clean towels were old the striped yellow and blue ones had holes. under beds disgusting and dirty. Minimal dishes knives dull buy your own to use. Hot tub is nice. missing screens from patio area with pieces hanging down into hot tub area. Beds are horrible like flat boards and pillows are awful buy your own or bring them. Didnt sit on couch cause of the obvious stains same with the dining area chairs they are gross use a towel to sit on or something. This is doable if no other choices avail otherwise look for another spot. This needs some improvements starting with new beds and linens and a good cleaning.

    Very bad overall experience. The day we arrived we had no water, and no one gave us a solution until the end of the next day. This meant that we couldn't even use the toilets. There is no emergency contact that can assist you, they only answer the phone during office hours. Then we had to go through the reception no less than 4 times and send several emails, to get us reimbursed for the cost of that first night. Likewise, the house had shortages and equipment that did not work, and that we also had to claim. Other than that, the house is ok.

    Great accommodation and staff were very helpful. Very close drive to Disney resorts and Universal studios was around 30 minutes drive. Close to Target and other retailers. Would recommend this resort.

    Amazing spacious townhouse. Huge king sized bed in big room comfort level is good, not too firm or soft matress in large room. Jacuzzi style or pool style homes. Washer, dryer dishwasher, nice large sized screened out patio, so no bugs, bathtubs. Went to the pool a couple times. Beautiful serene yet fun scene with music pretty landscaping a d perfectly heated pools and jacuzzi. Pool closes at sundown which I was hoping for a night swim and jacuzzi but either way I really had a great experience! Would not stay at a regular small hotel ever again after this. I'm staying here forever for my Orlando trips! Way better than getting a hotel room!

    Update Front desk staff EXTREMELY RUDE....crazy how a person can wake up so miserable and come to work...unfair to bring that type of energy around other people and especially customers...if you don't like your job go somewhere else or be grateful you have employment...if her attitude doesn't changes I would suggest hiring someone more suitable for the job

    Great location for visiting Disney. Our townhouse is in need of a little update and a little maintenance. However price was really good so still a very positive experience. We have learned that if you want to visit animal kingdom from this area take sherberth and it dumps you right next to it and saves you 15 minutes from any of the map services.

    The airbnb was nice but it and pool were not clean we had to wait for it b clean for a couple hrs after driving 10hrs. We also didnt have tv the whole 6 days. Apparently this airbnb is not a part of CLC Encantada they just clean and maintain it. The grounds are beautiful

    Third time here and rented a specific unit via AirBnB due to poor review of CLC managed units so we knew what we were getting - however the resort is looking great: clean, well maintained, really friendly reception staff, friendly and present security team. Gardners do a good job. It’s quiet and peaceful and much nicer than staying at a busy noisy hotel. Only constructive feedback would be that they need to double the number of chairs, sun Lou hers and parasols around the pool area.

    The service of Encantada Florida is terrible. No one picks the phones up at reception. The managers of CLC are useless to understand what is being booked and managed. The useless CLC resort when entering the rooms has no one show you to the rooms, no welcome booklet to show how anything works. There is a phone with no contact to reception or any service to help with anything. The safe does not work at all. We booked 2 weeks there and have just been told we now have to move out without any warning by email. We them called them to ask why, they had no response. Terrible service and would not recommend staying there. The reception is only open from 9am - 7pm which is very awkward if you have Theme parks pre-booked as you leave early and most likely will not come back till later than 7pm.

    Great place to stay overall! Two pools and two hot tubs are located behind the clubhouse. We stayed in 3136 and it was clean and tidy when we walked in, with a spacious living area. We had in-home laundry and a full kitchen, so we saved money being able to eat at the home we rented. We have stayed in this home in years past and the only difference is the front desk service which has gone downhill. From other reviews, it sounds like renting from the Encantada itself welcomes troubles, but we rented from a private management company called resort home network Orlando. No complaints and had a wonderful stay!

    Place was clean but extremely basic. Furniture was dirty, only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, which would have been fine except the roll was on the last two sheets in two bathrooms when we got here. Other than that not bad. Location is good lots of places nearby but not at all walkable.
