I
normally
write
about
good
things,
but
this
time
it
was
really
bad.
We
booked
our
room
almost
seven
months
ago.
When
we
arrived
we
were
sent
to
a
resort
townhouse
that
was
bug
infested.
We
went
back
to
the
front
desk,
they
gave
us
another
townhouse
that
was
filthy
like
it
had
not
been
cleaned
from
the
last
guests.
We
complained
about
that
and
they
sent
us
to
look
at
a
third
townhouse
that
was
also
bug
infested.
We
had
to
settle
for
the
dirty
apartment.
Trash
in
drawers,
lack
of
towels
for
the
family,
mold
in
the
cabinet
under
the
sink,
floors
so
dirty
that
everyone's
feet
were
black
after
walking
on
the
floor.
There
was
a
dirty
sock
on
the
patio
table
nothing
was
wiped
down
and
the
sheets
look
like
they
were
not
washed.
We
were
promised
to
have
everything
cleaned
the
next
day
and
when
we
returned
from
a
day
at
the
parks,
the
floor
was
mopped
but
the
dirty
sock
was
still
on
the
table
and
trash
still
in
the
entertainment
center.
Still
no
clean
sheets,
we
will
be
here
for
a
while
and
we
will
wash
everything.
This
is
our
fourth
visit
and
might
be
the
last.
As
a
military
family,
we
have
slept
in
some
wild
places
but
this
is
not
what
we
expected
from
a
resort.
SMDH
on
how
disappointed
we
are,
we
can
only
hope
that
it
gets
better
over
the
next
10
days.
How
can
we
be
sure
that
the
jacuzzi
was
even
cleaned
after
the
last
guest?
You
would
think
after
all
of
this
the
Manager
would
at
least
come
by
to
check
on
us
but
I
guess
its
all
about
the
money
and
not
the
paying
customers.
Today
we
are
in
for
the
day
for
Thanksgiving.
We
called
the
front
desk
(from
our
own
phone
since
the
phone
in
the
room
is
broken)
at
least
ask
for
the
clean
linen
we
were
promised.
(Four
towels,
one
towel
with
a
glob
of
black
hair
folded
inside
of
it,
are
not
enough
for
the
amount
of
people
we
booked
for).
The
front
desk
rep
told
us
that
they
don't
give
more
linen
once
you
have
arrived
and
you
only
get
what
is
originally
provided
in
the
room.
We
reminded
them
that
we
were
placed
in
the
dirty
room
and
never
received
the
clean
linen
or
towels
to
accommodate
the
amount
of
people
booked.
They
apologized
and
apparently
are
going
to
be
bringing
us
some
today.
We
just
went
to
get
something
from
the
car
and
noticed
a
bag
of
essentials
but
it
has
been
two
hours
and
they
came
without
letting
us
know
or
they
tried
but
the
door
bell
is
broken.
Customer
service
is
lost
and
I
wish
it
would
return.
When
we
leave
I
will
update
my
report.
