Our family has been visiting this McDonalds for years and it was always a nice experience. Since the playground was remodeled it is freezing cold in there! Last few times when we visited with kids it was co cold we all had to keep our coats on. We have asked the staff to increase the temperature numerous times but nothing was ever done. Will not be visiting again.

I love how they don't want people in the dining room. After standing at the register for 5 minutes the manager finally took my order and said I should go through the drive thru

I frequently visit an assortment of McDonald's. This particular store does not put pride in their sandwiches. We had to rearrange all the sandwiches - hamburger half way off bun, cheese on wrap rather than on burger, etc. The manager needs to retrain staff at the Lake Zurich store how to make sandwiches. Food was good when it was fixed the proper way by us.

Great kids' play area, but it was extremely cold inside the play space. The floor in the restaurant was very slippery.

A wonderful lunch spot if you have a toddler and the self serve kiosk makes life easier. The kids can play while you order and they bring the food to you. No waiting in line!

I was given old refried fries to take the salt off. They barely even filled it.

OMG these people working the drive thru....not the brightest...20 mins to get thru....its 11 a.m. not .. 1 2 cheese burger meal w a coke and 2 spicy Mc chickens and a diet coke but somehow could not figure out how to take my order without making it 2 separate transactions.

My buddy and I stopped here on the way to pick up a motorcycle in Wauconda. This was just a random stop for lunch but I have to say it was one of the cleanest McDonald's locations I've ever been to. I rated the food a 4 only because it's fast food and fast food shouldn't even have the option to get 5 stars. The service was great and friendly. The only reason we had to wait was due to the change from breakfast to lunch.

This McDonalds has the best customer service, you are treated more like a friend that's visiting rather than just a customer by ALL that work there, ESPECIALLY by the man named Angel who mostly works the drive-thru! He is more than just a pleasant fixture at this McDonalds, he's a breath of fresh air!! Also, the food is hot & fresh & honestly I MUCH RATHER PREFER this McDonalds over the one next to Mariano's! You won't be disappointed!

horrible service when i was at the window to pay the lady would not hold the payer closer to me and told me “were going to be here all day im not moving” when i told her i couldn’t reach and was disrespectful. She laughed at me when i asked for a receipt i will be contacting cooperate about my experience .

Standard McDonald's location! I tried getting a Big Mac meal here for consistency, and it was of the same quality as I've had at many other locations! Fries were nice and hot, and the burger tasted as good as any. The kiosks at this location especially are very efficient and work well. Would recommend!

I hate this drive thru place. Always messed up my oders and missing some food. They take of of manage thiers costumer. They should responsible to check the costumer order. Never get good service. Poor ratings for drive thru.

This isn’t the 1st time I bought food from here fry’s we’re ice cold chicken nuggets ice cold Big Mac Luke warm at best called to complain manger told me food is made fresh when you order and said I could drive Al the way back for new food what a waste of money McDonald’s is not cheap anymore what bad management this isn’t the first time what bad business

I mostly go there for a mocha frappe....it's my favorite place for them.

The night manager who has the double lip piercings is the nicest worker there and they are all great. She sets the bar extremely high with her amazing customer service and kindness. She is able to entertain customers at the window with funny kind banter and still gets food out in a timely manner. I told her I worked at starbucks and she even had follow up questions. I felt very seen. This is honestly my favorite place to eat and she made my experience even better. She deserves a raise and props for sure.

Slow service, considering it was not a busy time period. Asked for extra tarter on our fish sandwiches, didn't receive it. This happened on two separate occasions. We stop at the Barrington McDonald's sometime. Never any issues over there.

The food here tastes better than at other McDonald’s. The hours are short but the workers here are usually friendly as well. Frequently stop by here with my family after target trips or after Costco runs or even after the gym for a little treat.

Waited at an empty counter for 5 min before anyone showed up. Cashier I believe was manager sneezed facing me like 10 times taking my order. Ordered food to eat there at the play place, waited another 10 min for it. Guy mopping kept mopping closer and closer to me everytime I moved he mopped closer. No dry place for me or my kid to stand, dangerous. Ordered a large meal and happy meal, was given medium fry and no chocolate milk.We finally sat down and our friend went to go get food and a different cashier gave her a number for the table to bring her food out. Bathroom was gross. Never reviewed a McDonald's before but I've never been to such a terrible restaurant. Don't go here, it's awful.
