This spa is very accommodating to your needs, the staff is really wonderful, and I’m so relieved to finally find a spa that actually cares and listens to my concerns and worries. Cathy was my injector and she was so amazing, I just couldn’t be more thankful this place exists! They also helped me figuring out some options with my hair loss, this place just has it all! Very very excited with my journey with regency spa!

Having recently moved here from Northern California, I'm thrilled to have discovered Regency Med Spa. They are top notch. I just got a bunch of fillers from Emily without a single bruise. Amazing! Emily is well-versed in all the products, the science behind them and is an excellent consultant if you're the type of person who wants advice on filler placement etc. Overall everyone at Regency is professional and also nice. Exceptional experience from beginning to end! Everyone was so welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Courtney (MA) was informative, suggestive, not at all pushy, and did everything to make me feel as little pain as possible. Emily is not only a skilled Nurse but also an artist!! I recently went to Regency Medical Spa in Barrington, Illinois, and Nurse Injector Cathy Kiekisz used Jeuveau for my treatment. Having alternated between Botox, Dysport & Xeomin for years, I was absolutely stunned at how my face feels and looks two days after the Jeuveau injection. It's nothing short of amazing! Emily is the best injector! She is very knowledgeable, professional and comforting. She gives me the best advice and lets me make my own decisions from there. My experience starts Yesenia at the front desk. She always greets me with a huge smile and welcomes me warmly. She is efficient and easy to work with managing all my services. I work closely with Gail for facials and treatments she has customized for my age and skin. She is fabulous with tips and tricks to help me get the most out of my home care to maintain what she does for me here. Sandra has done miracles with helping me age with grace! She does an excellent job of consulting with me so I am not over done, but, just enough to keep me looking natural. I have loved the very personalized and professional approach I receive at Regency and highly recommend them.

Gail is the best Aesthetician I have had the pleasure to see. She is passionate about helping everyone look and feel their best. She explains her procedures thoroughly, so you know what to expect before, during and after treatment. Regency is by far the best med spa I have been to. From the second I walk in I feel welcomed and comfortable. I could not be happier with my overall experience and definitely recommend them. Gail is an amazing esthetician. I have gone to many estheticians, and she is truly exceptional. I came to Regency after a very bad experience at a different med spa that left me with an infection and problematic skin. She has been so understanding and supportive. She brings an incredible amount of knowledge and experience to help the various issues with my skin. Her custom facials have made me a believer in getting facials, and my skin looks and feels so much better because of them. I have also had HydraFacial, micro needling, and BBL sessions with Gail, and they all have been wonderful. I have been so nervous to have procedures done after my terrible experience, and she has put me at ease with everything. I have also been seeing Sandra for injectables, and she is truly an artist. She listens to my goals, and provides the most beautiful and natural looking results. She is so kind and approachable, and gives thoughtful advice. I’m thrilled with my results.

Gail was absolutely wonderful. I had a fabulous facial with a relaxing hand and foot massage. She also did an extra treatment that helped to plump and firm my skin. I left, feeling absolutely fantastic. Gail is phenomenal, so personable, kind, caring, and compassionate. She also recommends great products without pushing you overboard. There’s a reason I’ve been a patient of Regency Med Spa for many years and I plan to continue.

I have always been happy with this place and recommended it to all of my clients until my last visit. I regularly get injections in my forehead for wrinkles. My recent visit I was given Jeaveau strictly in my forehead by Kathleen. I spent almost $300. As someone who has gotten this done for over ten years I noticed within the second day there was something wrong. I contacted them prior to my two week follow up letting them know literally nothing had happened since the day of injection. It looked exactly the same. I was told it must be me and I was reacting negatively to the Jeaveau and to come in and I was given 5 more units “free of charge.” I then reached out to them again when I explained my forehead had not changed at all. I have been getting Botox etc injections for ten years, I know what is supposed to happen. I asked for a refund stating the issue and that I took pictures literally every day of what my forehead looked like to show them. At that point I was called, had to talk to the second injector and told I should come back in but didn’t know what the financial issue would be. At this point I decided I was not spending another penny there. I went tow TWO other places showing them and they said it was injector error. My experience at regency medical spa has always been very enjoyable. When you first walk in you are greeted with a very nice smile and welcome from Courtney at the front desk! She is very sweet and easy to talk too. I had an appointment for a IV drip with Cathy, she was also very sweet and did an amazing job putting the iv in with out and problems! Would highly recommend going and seeing Cathy!! I also have had a massage with Jeni, she took her time and really did a great job working out all the tension I had in my neck and back! I also got to speak with Emily about my hair loss and she recommended me to start taking nutrafol vitamins that have and I have started to see my hair grow back and thicker! She is all around a very knowledgeable woman! Next I will be seeing Gail for a facial because I have heard nothing but great things about her work! All around the woman at regency medical spa are all very knowledgeable, have your best interest and health in mind and on top of it care about you and make you feel at home!!
