Placed
a
pick
up
order
with
specific
instructions.
When
I
arrived
home
one
of
the
sandwiches
was
made
wrong.
Even
after
I
asked
twice
about
the
specifics
and
I
was
told
yes
it
was
being
made
the
way
I
asked.
(We
had
been
there
3
times
in
the
last
7
days).
When
I
arrived
home
the
sandwich
was
made
wrong
(no
cheese
added
1
of
3
ingredients)
and
when
I
called.
I
received
no
apology,
only
“we
will
give
you
a
credit
for
the
cheese
“.
A
credit
for
the
sandwich
would
have
been
fair.
So
I
guess
Instead
of
a
$5.00
credit
they
are
giving
up
on
$2.000.00
lifetime
customer?
Their
loss.
Too
bad.
Just
out
of
principle
we
will
never
go
there
again.we
have
always
been
willing
to
look
past
the
less
than
clean
environment,
however,
this
is
the
last
straw.
It’s
too
bad
they
are
short
sided
and
do
not
feel
that
listening
to
the
guest
is
not
important.
Hopefully
they
will
in
the
future.
