I can't contain my excitement and gratitude for the incredible experience we had at The Seville, our dream wedding venue in Streamwood! From the moment we first stepped foot in the venue, Desiree, the amazing sales manager, was an absolute rockstar. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for making our wedding day extraordinary were evident from the start. She guided us through every step of the planning process, offering invaluable advice and ensuring that our vision came to life. Desiree's attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond exceeded our expectations, making us feel like we were in the most capable hands. We fell head over heels in love with the venue itself, and we are beyond grateful for the exceptional service provided. The wedding coordinator and kitchen manager worked seamlessly together, making our day flawless and stress-free. The open bar and drink selection were top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious, leaving our guests raving about it for weeks. The combination of the stunning venue, attentive staff, and scrumptious offerings made our wedding day truly unforgettable. The Seville is hands down the best venue I have experienced. Customer service was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to ensure our dream wedding came true. From beginning to end they were with us every step of the way to ensure we were pleased. From filling last minute requests, having out of this world deals, and showing up the day of ready to do what ever needed (they even helped me figure out how to bustle my dress). They also were very patient with me when it came to figuring out set up and decorations. And they nailed my every request, including having good tasting food and drinks. The Seville is a wonderful venue to host any event. Desiree and Tammy were great. I highly recommend.

We had the most magical wedding at The Seville this past February! Tammy was excellent with coordinating as we were planning the wedding from out of state. The first day we went to the venue to see if we were interested we ended up booking our wedding date and Tammy made it possible for us to join the tasting that evening since we were visiting out of town. The food was delicious! Thank you to all of the staff at the Seville, especially to Tammy Romano! Mickey our DJ was fantastic and my bridal attendant was very kind! The sparklers, lightning, and decor were stunning! Thank you for making our day so beautiful!

I would recommend them to any person I know and don’t know. I had the pleasure of working with Tammy for our wedding. She’s great! She made the experience the best. She talked us through things, helped us out and even gave me her cell to text her with any questions.. I probably abused that one lol. We are in our twenties and had multiple questions but she answered every single one. She made our day flawless. I will forever be grateful for Tammy and the venue. The Seville is breathtaking. My wedding was a month ago and I’m still getting told I had the best wedding all my guests ever been to. They are priced reasonably and you get so much included in the package and a ton of food. I just had to add little personal touches for myself but they literally had everything! It was stress free planning for me and my husband. I also added the sparklers for my entrance and first dance plus the wow moment with the fog. It was literally a dream come true. I would highly recommend them over and over again. If you want your dream wedding with amazing staff who will go above and beyond for you.. well this is your sign. Book them asap. Thank you guys for everything 💕

Desiree helped us so much with all the questions we had about the wedding process. She is the main reason we chose this venue. We had the ceremony and the reception all in one place. A friend also chose this venue for her wedding . Its beautiful inside and the table centerpieces are so gorgeous. You won't be sorry.

Coat room, security and classy lobby are just a few things that stick out about this place and staff. Drinks were quick and well poured. Appetizers before the meal and several courses of food were all delicious. DJ kept us dancing all night. Great venue.

The Seville holds a very special place in our families heart as we have had many weddings, anniversaries and parties here. Desiree and the team were amazing from start to finish. Anytime we had questions they were answered promptly and professionally. Words cannot express how grateful we are for the whole team. Also a special shout out for maria the head of wait staff from our wedding, she was amazing and worked extremely hard to make sure everything was great. 10/10 would recommend the Seville to anyone!

The event coordinator was terrible and the venue staff failed to take note of a bride’s severe allergy when delivering food in the bridal suite. The staff also forgot to bring an entire food course to a table. The venue staff also would not stop cleaning up the tables from about 10 - 12 PM and kept taking people’s unfinished drinks. They also took away the table markers and gifts that the wedding party left out. There were lots of complaints throughout the room because it meant people had to keep going back to the small bar to reorder their drinks. It was also very distracting from the overall night. Back to the event coordinator, she would NOT stop bothering the bridge and groom. On their literal wedding night, the coordinator should know better than to take concerns to the newlywed couple who are trying to enjoy their first night of marriage and really should be communicating any concerns/issues with the maid of honor or the parents of the wedding party. The staff also lost the keys to one guest’s car in the valet service. It’s a beautiful venue, but the service feels entirely impersonal because as your wedding as happening, so are two others. I don’t understand why this venue as such high praise as it does.
