The staff was prompt and compassionate towards me. They were timely and professional as well. The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful, as well as treating me with the respect of explaining things to me not in a "dumb downed" manner. I didn't give 5 stars simply because there was a slight mix up regarding the information from my previous visit seemingly falling through the cracks and the doctor not being totally aware of that information initially. However, he pivoted correctly to bring that information back into the discussion and made me feel well taken care of overall

The tech was very nice. I dislike CT scans, but she reassured me it was quick and it was. They are usually much longer and the surface you lay on really hurts my back. She gave me time to make sure I was comfortable before we started, so it went well.

Each and every visit (5 or so now) has been stress free thanks to each and every staff member I encountered! They listen, they understand, they give answers/support, they educate you and test results and correspondence via the app is incredibly quick/timely!!

Appointment was right on time and technician was very courteous, knowledgeable, and made me feel extremely comfortable during the procedure. Would definitely go there again if need be.

Provider experience was excellent. However, at check-in, a purple and black haired woman glared at us and seemed very annoyed we were waiting to check in. I overheard her say she was supposed to be done for the day.

Dr.Lennertz is awesome.Finally found a doctor that will do something for my chronic pain.He explains everything during the proceedure.I would highly recommend Dr.Lennertz.

Dr.Bonne is first rate...super competent, natural and patient centered, listens well, very sharp, responsive...so glad to have her there for my husband and me.

My eye exam and surgery experience with Medical Eye Associates happened on time, delivered by friendly and professional staff. In my view, the whole process was as fluid and efficient a delivery of quality healthcare as I have experienced. Dr. Long explained options and answered my questions both before and after surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Long and his team to anyone seeking high quality eye care.

The appointment went very well. No wait, very efficient. The nurse, Patty, was really very nice. Explained the tests, answered questions precisely. She's very upbeat and pleasant.

Once I found the new location, it was a great experience! The GPS connected to the address in my confirmation text was very poor, and sent me in circles down your road without actually taking me to your location. I called the office and was very politely guided by the person who answered the phone!

Please consider going elsewhere if you are a Christian and have strong morals. They are forcing pediatricians out who do the RIGHT thing. If you’re a sheep and listen to the news, this may be the place for you.

I was there for some pre-employment screenings and vaccines, overall it was very fast and I was in and out in a little under an hour. All the employees were very nice and helpful. I'm sure I'll be back at a ProHealth eventually and I'm glad to know that everyone that works there is very friendly and accommodating.
