Ernie is really great at what he does. He cares, and the tastes that patrons enjoy are his doing. Best burger in downtown Palatine. Side seasoning is legit.

Great scene for meeting people and listening to music. Karaoke, open mic, bands, trivia, bingo, metal Mondays, it has a lot of things. There's a pool table but it's in the back, you won't see it in the main room. The kitchen is great, too! The menu is actually curated by a chef, it's not just generic recipes. The chicken tenders are hand made, for example.

We saw Physical Grafitti there. The band was awesome! We ate the chicken fingers and pretzels. The food was outstanding. Highly Recommended.

Food and drink prices are great. Place is a little tiny for how packed it gets. If you are at all claustrophobic or don't like being on top of people I would probably skip it. Sound in this place is great though. Staff is amazing.

I absolutely love this place. If you love to see great local music Madcats is the place to go. So much talent. There’s a great vibe here. Everyone is so friendly and this is not typical bar food. You have to try the brussel sprouts! Amazing

The food was great and the service was better. I was there for open mic night on a Tuesday. My biggest issue was what looked like the owner sat in the back with a big group that was so loud you had a hard time hearing the people on stage.

When I want a good ribeye I go to my work for one! Delicious Val!

Super awesome place to check out local bands. Food is fantastic. Drinks are reasonably priced. It can get really crowded. Not a large bar. Go once, you will get hooked.

Excellent experience I have always wanted to come here and finally I did it. I came specifically for the Tuesday of karaoke and I had many opportunities to sing. There are a very good mixture and variety of singers. And everybody from the owner and the waitresses are very friendly. I really recommend their grilled chicken sandwich with bbq sauce. Nice atmosphere and the girl who play the songs for you and the man who does the equalizer knows their job very well! Definitely I will come back!

Best place for live music, food and drinks. A usually rare trifecta. I stumbled upon this treasure from a trip from Denver. Highly recommend it. Delicious and refreshing. Super happy with my recent visit. Also they have a secret/separate pool table for those who want to play and not be bothered.

The Staff there are just the nicest people in the world, they have fun events every week, it's a cozy venue.....it's a really great place to hang, be entertained and meet nice people.
