Nurse Practitioner Chibogu Obianwu took her time with me and was very patient. She took time to listen and to grasp a thorough understanding of my health issues and concerns. She was also able to prescribe the correct medication for me as well.

I met with Chibogu Obianwu (Libertyville,IL office) virtually. WOW! She is wonderful. She is fully present and actively listens. She “gets me”. Chibogu (goes by Chi Chi) is warm, clearly brilliant, and immediately put me at ease. I am so GRATEFUL that my daughter gave me the recommendation! I have been searching since January for a great PMHNP and I FINALLY found one! I also judge a mental health practice by the way I’m treated by the other professionals I encounter from asking questions over the phone, getting help on my intake info, to the friendly person who greeted me in virtual waiting room to make my next appointment. A+ to everyone!!! I highly recommend Chibogu Obianwu (Chi Chi-not sure of spelling). Thank you for the great care. It means so much.

So far my experiences have been pleasant. I'm still in the early stages but having such high anxiety and having such a hard time telling strangers about my life I will say they listened intuitively and offered great advice and as scary as it was to actually make the appointment, I'm glad I did so far. Every person that works there is very polite and professional but also talking to you like you do have issues and do want help rather than seeing you as another dollar sign.

i have been here 2 times i go for med management and therapy. and they have helped me already in the 2 visits i have been here they got me set up with everyone i need to see amd are so nice and friendly. i couldnt have asked for a better doctor or office enviroment. its perfect they do everything they make you feel comfortable i really like it here.

Dr Berkowitz is great. He understands me and try’s to get to the bottom of my problem.

I’ve only been once so far, but the reception staff was incredibly kind and patient. A previous traumatic mental health experience left me in fear of reaching out ever again. My husband and I shared our concerns with Dr. Berkowitz and felt genuinely listened to and communicated with. I’m finally on the road to recovering from chronic insomnia, anxiety, PTSD, etc. Also, having MS, Fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, etc. makes my mental health a bigger struggle. No one should be afraid to reach out. I’m thankful for Geode and am going back next week. Thank you, Geode Staff! I can more than just cope; I can do this life. #optoutsideifyoucan
