I walked the lovely Prairieview Loop trail here and really enjoyed it! Nicely maintained, easy trail with a little pond about halfway through.

Amazing area! There are many trails to hike in the Silver Creek area with lots of opportunities to learn about wildlife. I would highly recommend checking this out!

The freshly groomed trails were great for cross country skiing.

One of our favorite places to walk...beautiful prairie leads to a shady forested area as well as a pond. Programs led by staff here are always fun, too.

I was a little disappointed that there wasn't much to it. My kids loved the staff though and they were happy to entertain my hyperactive 4 year old. The butterfly house had like 4 monarchs and that's it. Probably won't be back.

Nice trails, the front offers some great places to sit and read or study.

This place is beautiful. When you're here you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere even though it's in the suburbs. The events are educational and fun for a wide range of ages.

Went to a musical evening presentation by Andy Tally. Great educator with good storytelling and musical chops.
