The
ambiance
itself
was
nice....
and
the
food
was
overall
pretty
decent,
but
the
portion
to
price
comparison
was
completely
off.
For
the
shrimp
and
grits,
you
get
a
nice
sized
reasonable
for
most
portion,
where
as
the
slightly,but
not
much,
cheaper
chicken
and
waffles
was
3
little
tenders
on
top
of
two
insanely
thin
waffles.
The
large
coffee
is
a
Starbucks
grande,
and
hospitality
is
automatically
included
on
the
tab,
which
is
fine
though
of
course
they
don't
outright
tell
you.
Again,
the
place
is
aesthetically
pleasing
but
some
of
the
portions
are
just
outright
confusing.
Not
to
mention,
the
deviled
eggs,
$7
for
1
1/2
egg.
Really?
So
how
long
is
the
other
half
waiting
for
somebody
to
order
it?
Not
the
place
you
want
to
go
for
a
nice
calming
brunch
due
to
the
numerous
people
not
caring
for
their
conversation
volume
or
their
children
screaming
(multiple
families
and
nobody
said
anything
which
has
me
thinking
this
may
be
a
normal
occurrence),
but
for
a
quick
overpriced
(depending
on
what
you
get
and
deem
pricey),
it's
not
horrible
bad.
For
those
with
sodium
issues,
the
stuff
we
got
didn't
really
have
salt
at
all
and
the
oil
has
a
little
spice
for
those
with
a
spice
sensitivity,
which
I
wish
they
would've
mentioned.
Even
when
you
ask
for
the
hot
chicken
and
waffles
to
not
be
hot,
it
will
still
have
some
spice
so
beware
of
that.
