In my opinion, this is one of the last places you can shop and get knowledgable help from staff. I watched a gentleman on staff, I'd say middle aged, sit eye level with a customer and explain to her quality vs price tag, why you should invest in multiple pairs of quality shoes, what you're paying for, and did it in a way that was respectable and was not pushy just to get more money from this woman. Duy's may just be a local shoe shop but it reminded me why shopping used to be an experience and a treat.

I finally broke down and bought a good pair of boots 6 years ago. Never thought it made a difference. I was wrong!! I absolutely love the people at Duys!! I'll never buy boots from anyone else again

First time visitors. We stopped by hoping to find a variety of Rockport walking shoes - no luck. However, the brands and models they have are nice. We will return to buy summer sandals. The lady that answered our questions is very pleasant. Thank you.

I stopped in this week to get another set of boots for work. The gentlemen working informed me the same boot is not currently available, but had an equivalent alternative right away. The purchase was so quick and smooth I do not know why I had not come here before. But I will be back in the future! Thank you!

Excellent and huge selection of name brand shoes. My daughter and I pulled up at 3:11 and realized the store closed at 3pm. The owner was leaving. walked up to our car, asked what we needed and allowed us in the store to make our purchases. Great service and kind people. You have a life-long customer!! Thank you!

I needed a last minute embroidery done on a shirt that I already had the DST file for and they were happy and helpful and were able to get it done in a couple hours. Never crossed my mind that they do embroidery, but they do! And they do a great job.
