If I could give zero stars I would...the lady working last night accused me of stealing cigars as I'm making a 40 dollar purchase. 1.50 single cigars..I picked one up read the flavor and put it back. She asked If I picked one up. I said yes I read the new flavor and put it back. She goes ok. That's it. So what exactly are you asking me that for? I'm not allowed to look at the product your selling and make a decision not to buy it? Without being accused of Theft. I pulled up in my beamer. Why would I spend 40 bucks then pocket a cigar.. I make 90 k a year and this lady was acting like I just robbed her. Something will be done. If not I'll be back in..I need the store managers contact info.

Always helpful. Store is kept clean. There's a couple ladies that go above and beyond.

Don't understand why they need to scan your ID to buy cigarettes, showing it is one thing but to put it into a system... What's the point?

Never have I had a worse customer service experience. Unable to renew my I.D. until April, I, who am obviously over 21 at the age of 57, was refused service because my I.D. is expired. I have been shopping here for years now, and have only been asked my birthdate. Recenctly I was refused service here. I said to the clwrk that I would go next door to discount tobacco. Clerk called sister store and ordered denial of service. After years of shopping here, I will never return.
