That's a huge place, not only for book lovers but also for CD enthusiasts and even some vynil records.

I'd purchased a large list of gifts from another B&N store, but I forgot to ask for gift receipts. This store is much closer to me, so I dropped in to ask for gift receipts. The POS systems are different between stores, so there wasn't a convenient way to do this, but a kind manager took some time to figure out a way to do it, which seemed very tedious for him, but it saved me a trip to the further store I'd originally shopped at! I've never had a bad experience at any B&N, but this above-and-beyond experience at this store felt review worthy.

Love this store! Books, music and games galore. Purchased 2 vinyl records that I've been searching for. Great customer service too! Sad they had to close several locations. Worth the 45 minute drive.

There needs to be more technology embedded into the store experience. The staff is busy restocking shelves and oftentimes people are standing around waiting for someone to help them look at the computer in order to locate a book in the store. If they simply had a kiosk where I could look for that information myself I wouldn't need to bother an associate who's busy restocking. I'd be happy to find the book myself but the time that I am wasting waiting for someone is why so many people have transitioned their business to online service providers then traditional brick and mortar locations. If you want to keep me coming into the store you're going to need to get smart and not keep me to traditional means of assistance

I love bookstores and enjoyed this large store. The displays were nicely done and the staff recommendations much appreciated. In my view, the store is worth a visit, even if you just want a Starbucks coffee😉

This holiday season really happy to see them so busy. The new footpath inside the store is roomier and more signage is helpful. Ordered a couple of last minute items in line and the process to pick them up was perfect. Great service!!

Great place for more than just books. Nice little Cafe area too.

We be diggin it! Just wish they would bring back all the Cross Stitch magazines they used to carry & that the 2 via across the pond were up to date. Covid Really messed up the delivery schedules. A bummer; not great TDay cards & not enough selection such as the "cutouts" for Halloween & xmas.

I love this book store I hope the layout isn’t changed (new barns and nobles don’t have carpet and look cold, this one is warm and inviting. I love coming here)
