    This place used to have great customer service now the agents are rude. This one guys claims he’s the manager has very poor work ethic. He cared more about sipping his drink from speedway than providing customer service. If you don’t speak Spanish I would go to another location to be serviced. How do you tell people it’s their personal choice he lacks empathy and interpersonal skills! Please bring back the other people! Who wears a hat backwards and talks to customers sipping from a speedway cup! The new manager of the Kildeer location!

    Drove 20 miles round trip to replace a broken remote control and was told they're out of them. Yes, a cable company is out of tv remotes. I later learned from corporate they should have ordered one for me right then and there.

    Overall, very disappointed in this store. Numerous problems arose subsequent to switching to Xfinity and acquiring a new iPhone at this location. They said that they were unable to help, and I needed to settle issues either by phone or visiting the Arlington Heights location. Nothing could be resolved by phone, so I did have to visit the Arlington store. Customer service there is light years better. It appears that Kildeer is more or less a third party location, and cannot deliver the service you’d expect. They also added an insurance payment to my phone that I never wanted and was not informed about. Don’t bother going here, just head to their main location in Arlington Heights to avoid any potential difficulties.

    My remote stopped working. This is the second store I have visited. They also didn’t have any and told me I just have to go and check stores. They couldn’t tell me when inventory was coming. They couldn’t check another store for me. Why does your company have terrible customer service??? Can’t wait to cancel and switch to ATT.

    This is the worst location/store, never can help with anything, customer service clueless about their service and products, don’t waste your time, go to a different location.

    Went to the store to buy a phone and get an iwatch. The employee charged the card on file instead of the card that I handed him. I went back to the store the next day and was told they did not have the tools to switch payment. So that was a dead end. As for the iwatch. He somehow managed to send the item to the wrong address. Luckily whoever he sent it to was kind enough to take it to the police. The police called me about it. I called the Xfinity help line to make sure my address on file is the correct one. They told me my address. So this means that employee totally screwed up. Incompetence like this is a direct reflection upon training and management. Yeah and the link that is in response doesn’t work. I think I’ve wasted enough time with you guys

    Read some not good reviews of this location. None of which I witnessed/endured. Both agents were helping others. 2 more groups entered the store. When Ronn had finished with his guests one of the newer guests stepped up to him when he kindly said, 'Sorry, this gentleman was before you.' As I would have expected but for the horrible reviews of this store. Ronnie was most pleasant/cordial. And efficient. I paid my bill and was in/out in under 10min. Great service. Thank you, Ronn!
