This restaurant is a good place to eat. The are open 24hr...Yes 24hrs and they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner All day. Our server was very kind and got everything right. The food was good as well. Affordable and big portions. I would consider this place a (Must Go To) so if you see it stop on in.

What a great diner! Peggy, our server, was a delight and very attentive! My farmers breakfast was an A+ with the toast being over buttered but in an amazing gluttonous way, very delicious. The aesthetic is for sure 80’s diner and I almost wanted to light up a cigarette. Overall it was very delicious, very affordable, and very enjoyable. 10/10 recommend!

A coworker and I got lunch at FMFR, it really was the opposite of what I thought. Let me get into it! The food was pretty good. I like that there were many options for anyone who had dietary restrictions. I got the Gyro dinner. I have to say it was more than enough. The quality of the gyro was good. I do have to say the pita and the Tziki sauce were okay. The fries were surprisingly good though. Service, hands down for being a smaller mom and pop shop I want to say it was really nice! I like how our waitress was very attentive and checked in on us often given how busy it was at the shop. The atmosphere was like the older diners back in the day. I really miss those and this FMFR really brought that back the memories and being able to see how there were regulars here and how it seemed the staff knew everyone. Overall, I would say Full Moon Family Restaurant it worth a try. I know you will find something on the menu you will enjoy.

As soon as I cut into that thigh it was running blood! They over cooked the liver my hubby had it was like rubber and the waitress had the audacity to be rude! I know it's a truck stop but this past Saturday when we went it was a dump and again the waitress had the never to be rude about it all! Buh-bye! Never going back!!!

This place has really gone downhill over the years. Our food was disgusting and tasted like old leftover, freezer burned food or something. Total waste of money and we ended up just eating the salad and going home to eat something else. Also the restaurant needs a good Scrubbing, it's dirty, like it's uncomfortable because everything is sticky, dirty, old, dusty etc. Hire a cleaning service to reset the restaurant. Friendly staff.

I have been coming here since right after they opened in "78" great service, fair prices and big portions. Daily specials, a seniors menu that includes soup or salad and dessert. The soups change daily and are all great but our favorite is the Potatoe Soup and the garlic dressing for my salad is just the best. Had the stuff cabbage rolls the other night and it was such a big portion I had to get a doggy bag. Everyone I have brought here over the years is truly impressed with the experience and have returned regularly.🙃

Drove pass this restaurant all of my life finally decided to give it a try. It was mediocre. It wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst. Coffee was very watered down didn’t taste like anything. Otherwise food ok. Inside decor was very dated. Waitress was friendly and attentive.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Especially if you are military! The service was absolutely horrendous and food was subpar. I came with my brother who had just graduated from Navy basic training for breakfast. The waitress (an older red head woman) was just completely rude from the start. She about threw our menus at us, as she was suppose to be laying them on the table and then quickly walked off. She was short with us while taking our order, not allowing my brother an opportunity to properly order. She had asked a question about his meal, that he did not understand because he didn’t hear the question (he clearly appeared confused). Instead of giving him a chance to say that he didn’t hear or her kindly repeat herself, she took the menus from him and took it upon herself to make the decision for him (apparent when the food came out). I had gone to the bathroom at one point and asked my brother to get the check while I was gone. I came back to him telling me that she quickly came and got our finished plates, but didn’t give him an opportunity to ask for the check. So I got her attention and asked. In doing so she turned around with the worst body language (what appeared to be annoyed looking like “what did we want”) and half nodded her head to my request. In came off to us, that basically she’d get to us, when she got to us. Let me add that it was not busy in the restaurant! And I’ll add that no military discount was offered or on the check, nor did I care to ask after the experience. But, seeing that my brother was in uniform along with others from the training base, shouldn’t have had to ask. By far the worst service and experience I have received. Even worse that my brother, a brand new sailor had been treated in such a manner for his service. Management needs to be ashamed of themselves for allowing this waitress to work in what should be a military friendly establishment.

One of the best places to eat right off the highway. Consistent, affordable, and tasty. Never disappoints! A great place to get a classic breakfast. Solid coffee too. Wish it was still open 24 hours. Loved to stop here on late night road trips.

Not healthy food, but it's plentiful and filling and tastes good. A classic truckers' restaurant on Highway 41. Great spot to come for comfort food, and to soak up the atmosphere. Very friendly staff.

Such a wonderfully homey, nostalgic place. We've been there a few times since we started going a month ago, and all of the food that we've tried has been really good! The burgers and some other meats are grilled in house, and they taste awesome. We've had the same kind young lady wait on us each time we have gone, and she takes great care of her tables. We really enjoy going, especially later in the evening, and it's worth it to drive down even if it's a bit out of the way for us.

Excellent service, excellent food. So many options it's hard to pick and portion sizes large.

Ate here on two separate occasions. Our waitress was nice both time. The food was delicious both times. They have soooo many options. Their pancakes were so good. So fluffy. The cabbage roll was seasoned & cooked to perfection & the sauce on the cabbage roll is the same sauce for the mozzarella sticks.. those were good too. The corn came with the meal but it was a good combination with the mash potatoes & cabbage roll. I would definitely recommend this spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

So far, I've just had the soup - I have yet to receive and eat my whole meal - and it's wonderful! The soup was delicious. My friend wasn't expecting soup with his order and he got soup, too. Then who I presume is the owner, offered us additional bread when he saw that we had eaten what we had! Great so far! Server is wonderful.

The food and service were good, but we won't be back because they were blasting Fox news on all the TVs. I had not remembered how truly scary that show is with its attempts to indoctrinate its viewers with trash. We ate fast and left. The main story was about how "liberal men aren't masculine enough" and that liberal women are complaining they can't find a good man. I laughed and left with my amazing liberal boyfriend!

Great local spot. Hot, fresh and filling. You won't be disappointed. Great for families and graduates from boot. The Greek scrambler is excellent.

This is the best family style restaurant I have been to in years not many left. They offer a few hours breakfast, lunch, dinner menu your choice all day long. Fresh salads, home made soup, platter size portions. Fastest, friendliest service.

I wish there were a classification for cleanliness. That is what turned me away from this restaurant. The food was tasty. The service was good. However, I can not overlook the severe lack of cleanliness. The last time I was there in the spring, two large rats ran past my feet and table into the kitchen. The lack of cleanliness is also very evident with the tables, booths, and restrooms. I'm honestly surprised the board of health has not closed down or at least cited this place. I think the owner is past his time to be able to operate the business.

Full Moon Family Restaurant offers a variety of casual dining fare. My family and I sat down around 10, and I enjoyed their veggie skillet with eggs over easy and pancakes. The staff is friendly and efficient. You won't be disappointed.

Full Moon has the feel of a Navy Dive bar for kids just getting their first liberty and it is perfect. Things are a little dated, the food is a little bland but considering what on base newly minted sailors have been eating it’s perfect. Add some salt and pepper.

We just enjoyed a very affordable, tasty, filling traditional Thanksgiving meal here today. We had turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, corn, soup, pumpkin pie, buns. All for just $10! It was busy there, but the service was very good & it was worth it!
