    A very friendly staff. I trained through them and wouldn’t hesitate to buy gear rather than online because they are on par with pricing. The best gear is what is best for you and it’s nice to be able to try things on instead of being like “I can return it” in dive training a lot of people had some of the most expensive brands thinking they were the best based on reviews but after seeing trial and error (and how costly of a way that is to learn) you are better off going to a shop to get suited up especially for a mask.

    I have to share that I had the best experience purchasing my drysuit from DRIS and being provided spectacular service by Tim in the Drysuit Department! This was not a cheap investment as anyone knows when purchasing a drysuit and the whole process went amazing because of employees like Tim and I am so glad that I chose this company to buy this very expensive exposure suit! Tim spent unlimited time with me on the phone for several consecutive days, asking me questions about what my needs were, the budget, what I would be using the suit for, etc. Tim left no stone unturned! He worked like a true professional who knows his craft and is quite experienced in his own personal dive world!  From the start, I knew that I was in good hands with someone who is an expert in not only this area of diving but in unlimited departments as well! After ordering the suit, when it came in, there were some issues due to some measurement problems that I created on my end and on the manufacturer's end. But did that cause Tim to send me down the road with guilt and extra expenses incurred to get the drysuit redone to the right size? Not at all! Tim was extremely understanding to the problem that we were dealing with and he was amazingly fair in having the suit redone after I had another tailor figure out new measurements! Tim figured out what the right adjustments needed to be based on the European style sizing plus the new measurements that I gave him. It did not cost me a dime for the redo and when I got the suit redone everything turned out great! Even during all of the interval period of time while waiting for the suit and after getting it redone, Tim always from start to finish answered all of my emails and responded back immediately without fail! Not only does he answer my questions, but he always takes the time to be very specific and detailed. I can tell this guy takes great pride in his expertise and his desire to make every customer happy! Tim really enjoys what he does, I can tell! When the suit came back in, it was perfect and I am extremely excited to be using this drysuit in the water quite a bit over the next many years! The most important thing to me was the great customer service and the feeling that I have someone who has got my back whenever I need help problem solving and working out whatever difficulties I experience with some of the technical issues I may have. After I got the drysuit, Tim was still answering questions that I had since I'm very new with utilizing this type of exposure product. I cannot thank him enough! I called his boss, Mike, and I posted greatly about this great employee of his! Mike was just as nice and took the time to talk with me on the phone and did not rush me off but really was excited to hear my excitement! This truly is a great company with quality individuals working there. Also, Bill, who answers the phone quite a bit when I call, is always so positive and friendly! You really feel like part of the family there every time you connect with him and all the others that work for this top quality dive company! Many thumbs up for Dive Right In Scuba!!! Thank you Tim for all that you do and the rest of the staff!

    I had a great experience with Dive Right In Scuba. My friend and I rented 8 tanks from them as well as a wetsuit and hood. The tanks were ready for pick up when we arrived. They will have you try on the wetsuit to make sure it fits and you are maneuverable in it. I bought some dive gloves at a fantastic price. They were responsive when I called.

    Anyone can sell you new equipment but the team at Drive Rite In did an outstanding job of helping me with a factory detective wetsuit. I couldn’t be more happy with the service and communication. They have become my go to scuba shop.

    Great service and customer support! I needed to modify my Dry Suit and wanted to do it myself. Kevin helped me find the products I needed, built me a quote and I had all of my products in the next two days! easy and fast!

    Very helpful customer service, I really liked that they had a price match feature and with the live chat support I was able to get the price match approved within seconds of placing the request! I was able to use that plus the loyalty points I received just for making the account to bring the price of the item I purchased down to just $1.10! They were one of the few places that had the specialty tool I was looking for. They had multiple shipping options and were honest about the timing of shipments. Will definitely be returning for any future purchases! A big Thank you to the "Support Diver" Kasia for her help with my purchase!

    I had a fabulous experience dealing with Dive Right In Scuba. Bill took the time to clearly explain what I needed in person over the phone. Email correspondence was prompt and they really took care of me. My items were shipped out right away and arrived in great condition. I will shop with Dive Right In Scuba again Jay Blackmore

    Not impressed with my first order. Slow shipping (it's been over a week) when 2 day overnight was requested. Hard to reach them on the phone and when you do they aren't truthful about shipping dates. Stars added because owner reached out. I shouldn't have been hypercritical. People are busy. My own communication could probably have been clearer. Owner is a class act and I will order from them again.

    If you’re curious about trying scuba diving or an experienced diver this place has it all. Super friendly easy going staff that just wants to make sure you have the best time. Absolutely recommend!

    Absolutely exceptional service. Most companies would tell someone interested in starting their SCUBA training to buy this, or buy that. This company told me to basically rent whatever I could, and decide what works for me. They'd be there to help me out when I finally decided on what fit me. Thank you, so much, to DOm for the time he spent with me online discussing purchases, sizes and random questions. As a You Tube creator, I really appreciate this company assisting a fellow YouTuber, Exploring With Nug. They assisted him with equipment and questions, when he needed it. I can honestly say, this company is worth your time.

    No customer service at all. Rude and unprofessional. They don’t want to talk to you. Guess why? They only see $$$ in you, so all they wanna do is rip as much $$$ as they can off of you with as little time as possible. When you walk into their store you feel like a boss as they treat you well, but! Once you make the payment, they treat you like trash. I don’t know if the boss treat the employees very badly, but they sound … disgruntled all the time. Don’t really wanna spit one more word. And they lie all the time. They make you feel like you’re in the right place. But hey, shop around, you’ll be surprised. People always say they have so many things in stock. You know what, Amazon does too. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase on Amazon, you can return hassle free without paying shipment. For DRIS, oh boy, it’s like dealing with the DMV. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU VISIT SOME OTHER DIVE SHOP.

    Incredible service.. they were out of stock for one item, but expecting it 3-5 days later.. told them I needed the items about a week later.. items came into their stock, and just got notification that my items are being overnighted. That’s above and beyond in my book. Thanks again.

    Ive gotta say, these are the most patient people in the world. I changed my order like 4 times because I'm new to the sport and very indecisive, and Josh was an absolute champ throughout the whole process. Couldn't recommend their customer service more.

    Its e everything aquatic. My you young grandchildren took swimming lessons. The older ones tried Scuba diving. They offer classes all the way to Instructors level. They have all the different manufacturers. Great staff.
