have
to
share
that
I
had
the
best
experience
purchasing
my
drysuit
from
DRIS
and
being
provided
spectacular
service
by
Tim
in
the
Drysuit
Department!
This
was
not
a
cheap
investment
as
anyone
knows
when
purchasing
a
drysuit
and
the
whole
process
went
amazing
because
of
employees
like
Tim
and
I
am
so
glad
that
I
chose
this
company
to
buy
this
very
expensive
exposure
suit!
Tim
spent
unlimited
time
with
me
on
the
phone
for
several
consecutive
days,
asking
me
questions
about
what
my
needs
were,
the
budget,
what
I
would
be
using
the
suit
for,
etc.
Tim
left
no
stone
unturned!
He
worked
like
a
true
professional
who
knows
his
craft
and
is
quite
experienced
in
his
own
personal
dive
world!
From
the
start,
I
knew
that
I
was
in
good
hands
with
someone
who
is
an
expert
in
not
only
this
area
of
diving
but
in
unlimited
departments
as
well!
After
ordering
the
suit,
when
it
came
in,
there
were
some
issues
due
to
some
measurement
problems
that
I
created
on
my
end
and
on
the
manufacturer's
end.
But
did
that
cause
Tim
to
send
me
down
the
road
with
guilt
and
extra
expenses
incurred
to
get
the
drysuit
redone
to
the
right
size?
Not
at
all!
Tim
was
extremely
understanding
to
the
problem
that
we
were
dealing
with
and
he
was
amazingly
fair
in
having
the
suit
redone
after
I
had
another
tailor
figure
out
new
measurements!
Tim
figured
out
what
the
right
adjustments
needed
to
be
based
on
the
European
style
sizing
plus
the
new
measurements
that
I
gave
him.
It
did
not
cost
me
a
dime
for
the
redo
and
when
I
got
the
suit
redone
everything
turned
out
great!
Even
during
all
of
the
interval
period
of
time
while
waiting
for
the
suit
and
after
getting
it
redone,
Tim
always
from
start
to
finish
answered
all
of
my
emails
and
responded
back
immediately
without
fail!
Not
only
does
he
answer
my
questions,
but
he
always
takes
the
time
to
be
very
specific
and
detailed.
I
can
tell
this
guy
takes
great
pride
in
his
expertise
and
his
desire
to
make
every
customer
happy!
Tim
really
enjoys
what
he
does,
I
can
tell!
When
the
suit
came
back
in,
it
was
perfect
and
I
am
extremely
excited
to
be
using
this
drysuit
in
the
water
quite
a
bit
over
the
next
many
years!
The
most
important
thing
to
me
was
the
great
customer
service
and
the
feeling
that
I
have
someone
who
has
got
my
back
whenever
I
need
help
problem
solving
and
working
out
whatever
difficulties
I
experience
with
some
of
the
technical
issues
I
may
have.
After
I
got
the
drysuit,
Tim
was
still
answering
questions
that
I
had
since
I'm
very
new
with
utilizing
this
type
of
exposure
product.
I
cannot
thank
him
enough!
I
called
his
boss,
Mike,
and
I
posted
greatly
about
this
great
employee
of
his!
Mike
was
just
as
nice
and
took
the
time
to
talk
with
me
on
the
phone
and
did
not
rush
me
off
but
really
was
excited
to
hear
my
excitement!
This
truly
is
a
great
company
with
quality
individuals
working
there.
Also,
Bill,
who
answers
the
phone
quite
a
bit
when
I
call,
is
always
so
positive
and
friendly!
You
really
feel
like
part
of
the
family
there
every
time
you
connect
with
him
and
all
the
others
that
work
for
this
top
quality
dive
company!
