    I love going to Lift in Lincoln Park! I've been doing personal training with Abby twice a week for 45 minutes each for about 8 months. I like that they offer 30,45 or 1-hour training sessions so you can find one that works for you. The time always goes by quickly! I have gotten so much stronger since working out with Abby after a long pandemic of not working out. Not only that but Abby does an amazing job at working around areas that are bothering me and tailors each workout. Highly recommend this gym and Abby!

    After working out at LIFT for a year now, I can't say enough good things about this place. My trainer, Isaac, is kind, knowledgeable, experienced, and careful, making sure I avoid workout injuries while still pushing me to the max! The facility caters to individuals of all ages, and places in their fitness journey. This is not an intimidating gym filled with meatheads -- it's a welcoming, fun, place where everyone knows your name (literally).

    Looking for a great workout with Chicago’s best trainers, in an immaculate space in Lincoln Park or River North? Then do not delay and book an appointment at LIFT today! They’re the best! No matter what shape you are in, no matter which trainer you work with and no matter which LIFT facility you choose to visit - you are guaranteed a fantastic workout that will challenge you in all the best ways. The trainers at LIFT are incredibly knowledgable and worked around a number of different injuries I’ve had over the years to help me get stronger. I’ve had great results with LIFT and would highly recommend LIFT to anyone and everyone!

    Great experience. Had my 1:1 with Chad & Mike years ago pre-Covid. They tailored it to my needs. Give them a try, you’ll not regret it. It’s long overdue - I know!

    I recently joined Lift ~2 months ago and it's been an incredible experience! Whether you're a beginner (like me) or seasoned pro, this gym caters to all. Victoria, my coach, is fantastic and I really enjoy training with her — she tracks my goals, adjusts my workouts to fit my needs, and even recommended me great training shoes. She is so fun to train with! The gym’s boutique feel and cleanliness create a private atmosphere, emphasizing safety with equipment always neatly stored. I highly recommend Lift to anyone embarking on their fitness journey! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    I have loved working out at Lift since my first visit and now go twice a week. I particularly like the welcoming friendly atmosphere - everyone is welcome regardless of capability or prior experience. All the trainers are highly experienced, really listen and tailor the workouts to your specific needs. The workouts are efficient, focused and exactly tough enough so you feel you have done your best workout - in only 30 minutes! Pete gives me just the right push each time to get me past what I thought were my limits. I would strongly (ha!) recommend working out at Lift - you will quickly feel the benefits.

    I’ve been training at Lift for a year and a half - the workout, professionalism, facilities and trainers are the best of the best. Strength training at Lift has transformed my body and I’ve seen myself get stronger since I joined. All of the trainers are knowledgeable and customize every workout to your goals and abilities. I do 45 minute sessions twice a week and love how I feel after every session. The facilities themselves are also extremely clean, spacious and top of the line. Look no further than Lift if you’re looking for an awesome workout and lifestyle.

    I have a very busy schedule, so my training sessions need to be very efficient, staying under an hour at all times. LIFT provides a highly “efficient” workout protocol— time is maximized by increasing intensity to produce great results in half the time. Their 30-minute model uses shorter rest periods to tax the muscular and cardiovascular system simultaneously. By doing so, you are able to do more quality reps in 30 mins than someone would be able to do on their own in a full hour. And, when it comes to strength training, quality is always better than quantity, which they focus on.

    Lift is THE place to go to perfect your training, perfect your form, and have an incredible time while doing it. Josh and the other coaches are the smartest and best in the industry and you always feel like you are in good hands. Scheduling is always simple. Parking is a breeze. Clean studio. Clean locker rooms. To top it all off, lift provides a space that truly fosters community and the growth of your fitness goals. Cannot recommend lift enough! They are the BEST!

    Amazing Gym! All the instructors are incredible! I'm hooked! Never a dull moment! Every single second is used! Scheduling Training! One of the easiest and most transparent sign up processes where you simply select your date, time, and trainer! And just as simply - you can change any time. So its super convenient and saves you time when scheduling sessions. Also, access to numerous different trainers with different styles and skills to learn from. 7 days a week, all times during the day! So will work for any schedule you have! I also like how they have a variety of options for 30 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute workouts. Equipment & Amenities! Best equipment and wide variety to keep you busy. I've done several on my own but nothing matches having a personal trainer take you through all the skills on using each. Locker room is nice, clean, and everything you need. TV, music and everything else you need! Honored to be a Member of the Lift community! Thanks for changing my life! :) - Erik

    I have been lifting here with Sam for a couple of months, and couldn’t say anything better about Lift! The gym is clean, equipment well maintained, and the staff is both fun and extremely professional. I have been seeing noticeable gains from my time already, and not only has my strength improved, but so has my form. This is true personal coaching, and unlike big-box gyms that may have trainers without much experience, everyone at Lift provides fantastic guidance. I highly recommend this to anyone, no matter your fitness goals.

    I have been working out at Lift Chicago for over 10 years. I love that the trainers create a new personal workout every couple of months for members and on the first day of the new workout the walk through the complete workout with you.

    These deserve more stars. Ive been rocking with these guys for years. Always fun and professional. They have help me achieve my body goals by coming 3 days a week. They workout are never the same and gets harder as you get stronger. Great for first timers to the gym but also good for those looking for more of a challenge.

    Sarah H with WMNxLIFT is the best!!! I’ve been active my whole life and she is by far the best coach I’ve ever had. She’s attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor. The gym is also very well equipped and has a cool vibe. I would 1000% recommend it to anyone!

    When businesses understand what matters, it makes a world of a difference and Lift Chicago understood that it’s not just about providing a place to workout, it’s about creating a unique personalized experience to make people want to come back. Lift has great energy, good equipments, unique training approach & most importantly they have the ‘right’ people. It’s the perfect balance of challenge (both physical & mental) & fun towards individual growth. I enjoy my workout sessions (w/Peter) despite my hurt ego; truly no gain without pain. Highly recommended!

    It has been challenging for me to find the motivation to workout since the beginning of the pandemic. Lift has helped me to get back into a routine in a safe & supportive environment. Coach Isaac customized a program that focuses on the results I want to achieve before my wedding in this fall. He holds me accountable and does a great job of explaining the various techniques I'm doing - it's amazing how much I can now accomplish in 30-45 minutes with the right guidance. The owners and coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and the gym itself is immaculate. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to reaching their fitness goals!

    Love everyone here and they all get to know you even if you aren't their client. I train with Abby twice a week and it's always a great experience. She knows when to push you and challenge you, takes injuries into account, and is a genuine trainer who cares about you and your goals both in and out of the gym. Her WMNLift class is also awesome and a great paced workout with a fun group. She's also a total badass who practices what she preaches and does races and competitions herself.

    Can't say enough good things about Lift! I started training with Abby after losing a substantial amount of weight and muscle tone and I can't thank her enough for her guidance, expertise, and motivation. I truly feel taken care of at Lift and especially appreciate the 1 on 1 attention that I receive there.

    WOW!!! I cannot say enough great things about Lift Chicago! Truly a fantastic experience. First off, with all things COVID, I felt very safe and comfortable using the equipment. Every trainer is cleaning and disinfecting after each client they are with and the gym overall was very clean. I had the pleasure training with Coach Abby! She is the perfect trainer to motivate, challenge and listen to your fitness goals. She targeted all my areas of concern and made the 45min fly by! She also is great working around the client’s schedule to ensure the best quality experience. Everyone in the gym is so kind and welcoming! I felt like a regular right away :) Also one of the trainers, Chad, helped me purchase my monthly package and was very helpful! Made the process very quick and efficient and answered all my questions. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my time and training season at Lift Chicago! Can’t wait to see what Coach Abby has in store for me next week! Go check them out!!
