I ordered a rum runner. They brought a buchanita. I told her this is not a rum runner. She argued with me an said it was a rum runner. It was served in a short glass, was clearly whiskey, no red color to the drink as a rum runner has grenadine, no banana liquor and no coconut rum. An instead of making it right she just insisted it was the rum runner. Gave my drink to my husband.. Food was ok. Service was horrible. Manager didn't have a clue.after giving us the bill, it took her 25 minutes to come over an take our money.

My family has been coming here for a few years and the food is great. Well seasoned and reasonably priced. They recently changed the menu and it seems the quality of service has gone down a little bit. I can't say anything about the waitstaff as a whole but we came in today and were served by a Carolina and she ruined our experience. Unfriendly and inattentive, barely checked on us and when she did it was a glance. She didn't take away the empty cups and bottles even though they were left at the edge of the table for her. Aside from having her serve my family this is a great place. As someone who has worked in the food service industry for a long time I know the job is stressful but in a setting where your main job is to interact with people you have to leave your problems outside.

Disappointed! Went for dinner, stood at the door to be seated and then eventually just seated ourselves. We were given menus and asked if we spoke Spanish, I know some. Waited for the waitress to come back, while waiting, two families walked in, were seated and drink orders were taken. We were still waiting, multiple people looked at us but never came. We were too frustrated to even say anything we walked out. We've been here multiple times and service was ok, sadly my husband said now he remembers why he doesn't come, we've always had to wait while people who came after us were serviced first. Hate to say it's a race thing but now it makes sense. People who come in who speak Spanish and look Spanish are treat better than people of color. Needless to say we will never return, we went to Don Ramos and were acknowledged as soon as we walked in. Way better experience.

I found this place and went straight to the reviews, I was a little hesitant because it has a lot of 1 star reviews, to my surprise I found it to be a very nice restaurant. We were noticed as soon as we walked through the door, the service was on point, the waitress came to check on us 4 time, the food was delicious , they have a bar, tv everywhere and very clean. Food came out really fast. My bill was $47 for 2 including 2 lemonades. My waitress was very friendly, I didn’t ask for her name but she wears glasses 🥹 I recommend this place, give it a try don’t believe all those 1 star reviews. Oh and plenty of free parking.

Tried El Molino for Lunch, and the food was delicious and came out really quick, service is great, location is clean and well located. Definitely will come back . Great for big parties, plenty of parking.

Worst service ever. Ordered a picada for two for $21.99 advertised on uber eats as well as on their website that came with chicken, beef, french fries, rice and salad and potatoes, but only came with chicharrón and morcilla which we don't eat. Talked to 2 employees and 2 managers and they didn't want to change the order because they saif it doesn't come with all of that. Falsely advertised. We had to buy a different lunch at another restaurant. Very bad experience and rude personnel.

Fantastic restaurant - went hungry, left satisfied. This place serves authentic Colombian cuisine. Great steak, chicken, pork and sausage. Served with a nice seasoning and complimented by well prepared rice, beans and spicy sauce. Very friendly staff, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. It's a little out of the way, but once you find it, you'll be back.

Ordered food for the family over the phone and was told that it will take between 1 hour and a half to 2 hours, when arrived food was cold. I was also told that the reason it took so long it was because the restaurant was full to capacity and when I pick the food up it was not. Have been going to this restaurant for many years, but service has declined a lot. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Been here at least 6 times. Usually it’s decent. This time was worst service and food ever. I ordered a paisa lunch. The steak on the plate felt like they pulled it out the fridge. When I told the waitress she ask me if I wanted a to go box. Unbelievable… to many options for Colombian food in West palm for this. ✌️Too bad I can’t do half a ⭐️

Went with my family who were visiting from California. Told them this was a great place to eat and food was good but we were disappointed by the quality of food today. It has gone down since last time we visited. We ordered the empanadas as an appetizer and the were soggy didn’t seem like were just made. Told the waiters and manager came by and said he could bring us another order but was going to be same quality as the ones we were just served 🤨😠 I don’t think I’m coming back with my family, this restaurant it’s not as good as it used to be.

The food was bad and not hot , server didn’t serve well . They said the food is made fresh but it’s a lie. Don’t recommend this place.Don’t deserve a star.

Ordered online through “toast” on Google. They took my payment however I got an email that the restaurant didn’t accept my order. Called them and was told they don’t have online ordering nor domain of their webpage. It’s annoying that they don’t even know how to manage their online presence and don’t care about how inconvenient it is for their customers. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back from this phantom online ordering system.

Wow, what a find this place was. I don’t know why the reviews weren’t great. But we gave them a chance. Loved the atmosphere, nice place. Music was great from my era. Service was quick and courteous. They served us quickly. Checked on us 4 times. Food was delivered hot and delicious. All around a great experience. We definitely will return. Menu was great. Had food for everyone’s taste.Waitress was a sweetheart. Very helpful. I didn’t get her name but she wears glasses and beautiful smile. Thank you.Happy customers.

Food was tasteless. Waitress did NOT ask how meat should be cooked! But on the receipt it was noted "well done"! It was charred. The dish is supposed to come with "eggs" there was ONE single egg the size of a QUARTER! I asked the waitress if the egg was a Quail egg and she said no, that's a NORMAL egg! I don't think so. More than half the plate was filled with beans.

I took a couple of friends to eat at 4:30 pm. On Friday, the music was awful, loud, and terrible to listen to. Apparently, weekends they have music for dance but at 4:30 no good family's can't take it is not a good atmosphere.

Food was delicious! maybe improve the waitress attention but that maybe is because theres a bar so they take a while noticing you or forget some things. The place is nice.

My family has been there multiple times. I think that the quality of the food and service has declined. Be careful if you are allergic to fish. I had french fried potatoes that was cross contaminated with being fried in same fryer as fish was. Heavy smell of fish on the potatoes so I asked waitress. She did not care until I told her how sick I would become. She then confirmed with kitchen that indeed everything was cooked in the same fryer. Be careful.

Service here is the worse. We were not greeted upon our arrival but noticed anyone who came after us was greeted. Drink orders took a while, I ordered coffee and never got it until I waved her down and she said she forgot and took forever to come, my friend also ordered coffee after me and it wasn't brought to her after maybe 30 mins.

It keeps on getting better. Friendly staff great food. Very clean and a wide selection of Colombian dishes for you to try and enjoy.

1st time here. Good food (the appetizers are awesome), service and atmosphere. We were a party of 9 with one person serving us. She did an awesome job. Great prices as well. Will definitely come again!

It is nice Colombian place, I’ve been there two times and getting a good food, not much to say good service maybe it will be nice to come to you more often to ask if everything is going well. I got lenguna in salsa roja (tongue in red salsa) and then other day churrasco

Solid option for Colombian cuisine. The menu was easy to read for folks who aren't familiar with the food which makes it a little less intimidating. We had the "Mountaineer Dish," which was basically Bandeja Paisa for those who know it by the traditional name, Beef Empanadas, and Tiramisu. Enjoyed everything except the Tiramisu, which was ok but not great. I like a richer flavor from the Mascarpone layer, but this one was more bland, almost like a plain whipped creme. Everything else was quite flavorful, highlights being the chorizo, steak, and chicharrones. It's a bit of a hike from where I live, but I would return.

One of my most favorite place to drink fresh juice and eat seafood items. Maxican restaurant but asian spiciest flavor food. Recommended for friends and family eat together place.

This place takes mad long like I could’ve cooked everything they gave me quicker than they did. Their service is trash, they kept bringing us the wrong food. We waited for a long time when there was like barely prole here. Honestly I’m never coming back

Great food. It's a lot bigger restaurant than expected and from you see from the outside and very clean. Service was top notch. You want authentic Colombian food this place is for you.
