Great service and staff. Hotel has excellent location off the highway and nearby grocery, restaurants and shopping. Rooms have been the same since it opened but still well kept and like new quality. The rooms are very spacious and has a stove, full fridge and microwave. Pool and amenities are great.

First time at a Hawthorn Suites and overall really liked it. It was very nicely decorated, spacious and most importantly, clean (one exception, see below). The suite was a pleasant surprise, with full sized fridge, 2 burner range, microwave and dishwasher. There were enough dishes, cups, utensils and the like for 4. It was all really convenient. The beds were decently comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The only issue for me was the shower head, which needed a good scrub (easy enough to remedy). We stayed 1 night only so I didn’t notice until late evening (and by then, I was already getting in the shower). Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to return but I would check the shower head before getting undressed! Staff was all very nice. Breakfast was fine. Nothing extravagant but I appreciated the effort and the personal touches.

Was a mix of business and family. My first trip back South since 2019. My first stay at this brand and will definitely return. For a mid-priced hotel felt the decor was quite opulent, staff was professional and hotel was exceptionally clean. Many parking choices and well-kept, well-lit property. Very nice breakfast room, good coffee!

I have been a regular guest at this hotel for several years now. I appreciate the cleanliness and the comfort of the beds which always ensures a restful stay. The spaciousness of the rooms is the best and the fully stocked kitchen is a fantastic bonus. As someone who appreciates having a makeup vanity area in the bathroom, this amenity truly stands out and adds a touch of comfort to my stay. While the overall experience is delightful, I must admit that the breakfast could use a little improvement. Nevertheless, it’s not a deal-breaker as this is quite common in many places.

I have been a long-term guest at the Hawthorn Hotel and I am thoroughly impressed with the atmosphere and service provided. Let me tell you why I am grateful for their exceptional kindness and generosity during a special occasion. I have been undergoing rehabilitation at Paley Hospital and have made many friends who are in wheelchairs. During Christmas and New Year's, I wanted to host a dinner, but I was worried about the difficulties of my friends using a wheelchair in a restaurant. So, I decided to host and prepare dinner for 9 of my friends at the Hawthorn Hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel was also hosting a large number of elementary school students for a football match, and the noise level was quite high in the area we had intended to use. However, the staff went above and beyond to set up a private and comfortable space for us, and even did so at no charge. My friends and I had an amazing time and I am truly grateful to the hotel staff for their excellent service. Thank you!

Really nice suite, full kitchen with utensils. Everything was clean and nice. Location was ideal and housekeeping was friendly! Only negative was the front desk staff/the people who answered the phone. They weren’t very welcoming and were very short with their responses.

Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were super comfy… Although I am pescatarian and would like to have seen more plants based meats available for breakfast it was awesome.. will definitely stay again

Our company recently held a three-day training event at the Wyndham Hotel, and I must say it was a resounding success. The use of their ballroom was instrumental in our training, and the experience was exceptional. The staff at the Wyndham was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. They ensured that our meeting space was super clean and reset every day, providing us with a fresh and conducive environment for our training sessions. Their dedication to our needs truly stood out. In addition to the event space, we had the opportunity to do a walk-through of the hotel rooms, and we were thoroughly impressed. The rooms were not only clean but also surprisingly spacious. Overall, the Wyndham Hotel exceeded our expectations. Their attentive staff, spotless facilities, and spacious rooms made our company training a breeze. We look forward to returning for future events and stays. 🏨👏👍

Hotel has a pool, bar with a small menu, breakfast included, ample parking, very clean. Suite has a kitchen with microwave, full refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 electric burners and full supplies to cook and eat. Living area has a work desk, couch with ottoman, chair, and TV. Bathroom has a separate vanity and close up mirror. Separate bedroom. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Was a really nice place to stay. Unfortunately I couldn't enjoy most of the amenities they had available I was there after a surgery. But very comfortable beds and pillows.. the suites are amazing full kitchen bar on premise and a very nice breakfast bar and again unfortunately I had no appetite from the surgery so I didn't eat but it all looked great. The apple juice was good .. lol... under the circumstances it was a great place to stay..

I'm very satisfied with the experience. The staff is helpful, no problems with the parking, breakfast does the job, location is too good, price is acceptable, the room we stayed was well maintained and clean. Only complaint is the internet, they may improve the speed and the coverage but not a total deal breaker. I'll choose this hotel again if I stay in this area.

The only thing I didn’t like was the smell of the sheets. It didn’t smell clean and wreaked of old previous guests. We bought our own sheets. Besides that the stay was comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Most things in the store costs $3 (detergent, drinks, etc.) For the washer and dryer you have to purchase tokens at the front desk. We slept peacefully and it was quiet.

All the staff were very friendly. Rooms were very clean. Enjoyable breakfast in the morning. Very quiet. Rooms were soundproof. My wife and I had a few cocktails at the bar with a great and friendly bartender, Edmund! Delightful vacation. We will be back!

Go to this hotel because the bar is so fun thanks to Edmund. He does an amazing happy hour. He’s fun, great service & wonderful personality. He will make your stay here at the hotel worth your time. Clean nice & fun hotel. The employees are the reason for such a nice place. Thanks Edmund for another wonderful visit and thank you to front desk, Mark and Israel who were always ready to help us. Friendly, kind, understanding, go beyond normal customer service. Thank you to Israel ! Mark ! & Edmund ! for your hospitality. These folks make it worth coming here. Amazing place.

They have German roaches, repairs are poor at best. This place needs updating! Wall paper is peeling, carpet has a bad large repair, stain on floor and sofa, bathroom tile grout is black(dirt) in most areas and white in others....after running dishwasher I opened it and a German roach ran inside it🤢they said they would send manager up but only sent maintenance to spray raid(didn't speak English). We had issues with our key cards deactivating several times. We would have left when we saw the roach but we live over 2 hrs away and my husband just got out of surgery.

The rooms were clean and breakfast was okay. I would like to acknowledge one of your concierges Israel as a exceptional worker. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued us as customers.

We came from Ohio for a baseball tournament and stayed 06/08/23 to 06/12/23. Hands down the best thing about this hotel is Edmund, the bartender! He was a lot of fun and made amazing drinks. We came in from a baseball game 30 minutes before the bar closed and he gave us an extra 30 minutes! One of the nicest people I have ever met and I cannot give him and his service enough praise. Thank you, Edmund!! The bar/lobby area was a big plus for us for gathering. The night staff let us gather there late into the evenings and never kicked us out, we really appreciated that! The rooms overall are slightly outdated, but were clean. Beds were made daily and extra towels and toiletries were given daily. I had a few dirty utensils in the sink and housekeeping even washed them for me. Location is great for shopping and food. Thank you to the entire staff for the great service! I would stay here again.

We had a 5 night stay Sunday through Friday. Very quiet, could hardly tell that anybody else was around. The morning buffet breakfast was good. Just average food . Make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage and cereals. Nothing special . The only 2 complaints we would have would be.... Television reception was very poor. Low quality. They had a list of channels on a printed out card in the room however it did not match the cable service provided. 2nd would be the pool. Very little shade provided.. Some umbrellas surrounding the edge of the fence. But somewhere broken. In the heat of the day it was almost impossible to stay by the pool. Location was great. Centrally located you could easily walk if you wanted to local necessities. Overall our state was very good and we would recommend staying there.

Best of the best hotels so far. The suit is so big, come with kitchen, dining, pot, spoons, full fridge, 2 TV, dresser, dishwasher etc. This place is like home away from home. Free continental breakfast and a complimentary 1 hour late check-out upon asking. Loved it 🥰

The facility is clean and very well kept. The people are friendly and courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to help by any means. Management was exceptionally helpful to me when I found out the my guests' flight was canceled (delayed 2 days), and made some concessions that were above and beyond! I highly recommend this hotel, and won't hesitate to return.

My niece got dressed here for her prom and the room had a mini kitchen in it which was very convenient. It was a very nice experience. More recently I visited a friend who was staying here and though their room didn't have a kitchen it was still a very nice room. My friend had a handicap and they had rooms to accommodate. If you're looking for a nice home away from home, this is the place.

Suites are beautiful and very clean. Location is great with shops and stores near. Breakfast was delicious everyday and staff were very accommodating. I like the fact that we paid one fee of $35 and the shuttle was all to take us anywhere and pick us up.

Staff was nothing but amazing. Made our stay comfortable..they were professional, compassionate, nothing but smiles. We truly enjoyed our stay. My partner just had surgery..they accommodated every need without any hesitation. Everything was clean, inside and out. Iguanas were seen. We fed turtles. Beautiful bird's were seen. Breakfast was awesome..beds were clean and comfortable. Only thing I didn't like was the TV closed captions were not working. Other than that, everything was perfect. Pool was clean and profiled towels that were actually big enough to dry off with. They actually clean and half do the work. Just seeing them smile and them being so friendly..my son was giving everyone flowers, he just loved them!!!! Thank you Hawthorne for making our stay comfortable and amazing. You guys are just amazing!!! Keep up the phenomenal work!!!

This hotel has it all. We fled here to escape hurricane Ian and they were so friendly with us. Housekeeping did a great job. The breakfast variety is vast. It included scrambled and hard boiled eggs, english muffins, jams, cream cheese, and the make your own waffle station. The beds are pretty comfortable. Overall, this was a great stay and I hope that we will go back here to stay for an actual vacation.

The hotel reception gave us a great welcome and stored our luggage because we arrived long before check-in. All staff was courteous and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool after our beach day got rained out. We all had a wonderful stay and would like to visit again. Thank you

The rooms, breakfast and other onsite amenities are fantastic. The staff are helpful and friendly, so A++ to that! Plus the location was prime time for groceries, shopping, and food options, all within a 15 minute walk. The 3 stars is due to a colleague finding roaches in their suite so be aware of that being a possibility.

I enjoyed the room, however the front desk was less than professional on several occasions. They have a security guard at night and that made me wonder about the hotel. After hearing all of the "Activity" going on in the hallway between the hours of 12A.M. and 5A.M. it became apparent what was going on. If they could clean up the riff raff that frequent this property and gut the front desk it would be a pretty good property to stay at.

I didn't even know this location existed. But when you walk in, the environment is so friendly and welcoming. There was always a pleasant smell in the building, elevators, and even the restroom. The staff at the continental breakfast were amazing as well. I definitely plan to stay here when I am in town. This time I was just dropping my family off and was with them for the weekend.
