My
rating
would
have
been
a

,
my
husband
got
us
a
ocean
view
balcony
room
for
my
birthday
.
At
the
Check
in
time
4
pm
,
room
was
not
ready
.
They
told
us
they
would
give
us
a
call
when
room
ready
.
4:30
we
go
back
to
the
check
in
counter
,
room
still
not
ready
,
but
in
addition
to
that
,
they
have
decided
to
downgrade
our
room
from
the
balcony
ocean
view
to
,
partial
ocean
view
without
the
balcony
and
still
have
to
pay
for
the
same
rate
.
We
asked
them
,
why
did
anyone
call
us
and
given
us
a
heads
up
with
the
down
graded
room
?
The
young
lady
said
“well
we
didn’t
have
any
phone
number
on
file
“
“oh
wait
,
you
booked
through
us
online
…
we’ll
we
didn’t
have
phone
number
to
contact
you
,
here
is
a
voucher
for
few
drinks
“
First
,
we
tried
to
check
in
twice
and
room
was
not
ready
..
at
that
time
they
had
a
chance
to
let
us
know
we
were
down
graded
Second
,
booking
online
through
Marriott
anyone
that
stays
at
the
Marriott
they
know
they
get
your
contact
info
,
phone
,
email
..
So
sad
,
we
loved
the
location
,
but
never
returning
back
with
this
terrible
service
.
