I've
passed
this
establishment
many
times
and
was
always
attracted
to
the
unusual
architecture
in
this
commercial
area.
Somehow
it
always
seem
to
be
on
the
wrong
side
of
the
street
as
to
where
I
was
going.
Today
I
decided
I
was
definitely
going
to
find
out
what
Hoffman's
was
all
about.
I
was
astounded
and
amazed
the
place
is
immaculate
and
full
of
fresh
chocolate.
There
is
a
glass
enclosure
where
you
can
see
how
they
make
the
chocolate
but
it
wasn't
in
operation
this
day.
The
general
manager
Mr
Snyder
told
me
they
take
a
sabbatical
during
the
summer
but
it
will
be
starting
up
shortly.
I'm
not
positive
but
I
believe
he
alluded
to
the
fact
that
you
can
enter
the
factory
for
price
and
take
a
hand
and
making
your
own
chocolate.
They
also
serve
ice
cream
here.
What
impressed
me
was
the
cleanliness.
Hoffman's
has
been
in
business
for
42
years.
Mr.
Snyder
told
me
that
during
the
Christmas
season
starting
in
November
they
have
Christmas
lights
out
in
the
back
of
the
building
plus
an
ice
skating
rink
in
the
front
of
the
building.
That
will
be
interesting
to
see.
I
tried
three
different
kinds
of
chocolate
and
all
of
them
were
dark
chocolate
because
that's
the
only
kind
of
chocolate
I
like.
One
had
Ginger
inside
one
had
a
coffee
latte
and
the
other
had
a
raspberry
cream.
They
were
all
delicious.
You
can
buy
by
the
piece
or
you
can
buy
by
the
Box.
They
also
had
baskets
already
made
up
if
you
need
a
gift
this
would
be
perfect.
There
were
also
a
few
tables
inside
near
where
the
ice
cream
is
so
you
could
conceivably
eat
your
ice
cream
inside
the
nice
cool
clean
building
with
superb
customer
service.
