Amazing place. From the minute you enter you are greeted and the staff are super nice. So much to choose from.

Fresh chocolate shop with an attached ice cream section. Ample parking, and friendly associates. Clean store with nice decorations. I enjoyed my visit.

This was my first time there and I have to say it was rather nice they do all kinds of things there. The icecream is delicious they have a variety of flavors in chocolates that you can choose from.

Drove past here several times but finally decided to stop. It's deceptive from the outside and you don't realize the size of this place until you go in. The staff was friendly and prompt to help us and ring us up. The quality of the chocolate and presentation of the items we purchased was excellent. Definitely check them out if you're in the neighborhood with a sweet tooth.

I’m lucky enough to live near this delectable chocolate factory! You can shop a delicious assortment while looking through the glass windows into the chocolate factory. During Christmas, they turn the place into a Christmas wonderland complete with ice skating! Everyone that reads this should stop by and visit if possible!

It's been 10 years since I've been to a Hoffman's and it's just as I remember! Festive decorations, lots of sweet boxes and a little ice cream parlor at one end. The chocolate is still just as good, too!

I've passed this establishment many times and was always attracted to the unusual architecture in this commercial area. Somehow it always seem to be on the wrong side of the street as to where I was going. Today I decided I was definitely going to find out what Hoffman's was all about. I was astounded and amazed the place is immaculate and full of fresh chocolate. There is a glass enclosure where you can see how they make the chocolate but it wasn't in operation this day. The general manager Mr Snyder told me they take a sabbatical during the summer but it will be starting up shortly. I'm not positive but I believe he alluded to the fact that you can enter the factory for price and take a hand and making your own chocolate. They also serve ice cream here. What impressed me was the cleanliness. Hoffman's has been in business for 42 years. Mr. Snyder told me that during the Christmas season starting in November they have Christmas lights out in the back of the building plus an ice skating rink in the front of the building. That will be interesting to see. I tried three different kinds of chocolate and all of them were dark chocolate because that's the only kind of chocolate I like. One had Ginger inside one had a coffee latte and the other had a raspberry cream. They were all delicious. You can buy by the piece or you can buy by the Box. They also had baskets already made up if you need a gift this would be perfect. There were also a few tables inside near where the ice cream is so you could conceivably eat your ice cream inside the nice cool clean building with superb customer service.

From the moment you walk in and smell the chocolate, a very joyful shopping experience!! Cute Halloween chocolates!! The kids loved it.

Quite a disappointing experience. Ordered 4 scopes of ice-cream, and the girl didn't even fill the cup half way! What's the point of having that size cup if your not going to fill it? Lame! Not all that expensive, but I don't care about paying more...just give me a good amount of ice-cream!

The dark chocolate covered pretzels are delicious! Had some when visiting family in Florida. Had to buy some to bring home to NY. Best to keep stored in the refrigerator and eat cold. Also, love that they have them individually wrapped in the box. Will be buying more!

I was a major fan of Hoffman’s and spent quite a bit of money there, but since they moved the factory the quality of the product has really suffered. I bought $35 worth of chocolate and one third of the pieces were gray on the bottom. I loved the caramel apples, but I have gotten several that were rotten on the inside. I am very disappointed that the quality of the product has suffered so much. I don’t know if I will shop there any more.

Really poor service. I got there at 12:30 and there was a sign that they don't take credit cards until 11am. I didn't think this would be a problem so I go in, but was going to ask anyways. There's several customers waiting but all three employees are standing in a back corner talking. After several minutes a very disinterested girl comes over and talks to the first customer and says "we don't take credit cards." At this point I just left. If the sign on the door was accurate I wouldn't have walked in, if they had any employees ready to help when I got in I wouldn't have been there for more than a minute. To me it's a wasted trip.

Best place to get cute Easter chocolates and baskets

I used to love this place every holiday! My family my children we always went there, what happened to those beautiful holiday lights!! Everybody looks forward to those why did you take them away? We love those I'm sure everyone else does and everyone else is talking about them!! Bring them back , bring them back, we want them back!!

No wonderland this year. When we walked in the door while it was nice to see Santa & Mrs Claus sitting on the bench, you could tell they were exhausted. Selection this year was low pricing went up. No ice rink out front. Tons of parking since no lights. Wife got her annual nut cracker and a few chocolates and I got hit with a 80 bill. I only go because of my wife and son but if they don't have the wonderland next year I probably won't take my family back.

A negative turn around from private ownership! It feels corporate run. Yes, the chocolate is still good, but the prices are CRAZY! $5 for one piece of chocolate bark. Wow! I went for some Hannukah chocolate and it was a really sad display. Plus, they had NO Hannukah wrapping paper or gift bags. Christmas only! Pretty insulting.

It brings the beta memories before Covid. We went with the kids and the Christmas Decorations were so beautiful, they took photos with Santa and Mrs. Santa. I hope we’re going back to normal. It’s the best time for memories at Hoffman’s!

Have gone for 3 years in a row. THIS year happened to be the best year. Santa and Mrs. Claus are there every night from 6-10pm. The lights and decorations were gorgeous. Of course had to stop in for ice cream and chocolate. Yum!

took my family to Hoffmans chocolate in Lake Worth FL their main location. When I walked inside, I was disappointed to see the chocolate factory windows were painted black and you couldn’t see anybody making chocolate. The chocolate was good, but the experience changed drastically without the factory.

I’m a very big fan of chocolate but this place bums me out. I’ve been to Hoffman’s 6 times and each time except one, I have been disappointed. They rarely carry my item, the workers all seem like they’re miserable, and every time I call they don’t answer or don’t help. Also, idk if it’s just me but i feel like they need to update the interior of the store. The outside is so beautiful but the inside really disappoints.

I haven’t been to the Lake Worth store in a long time but did go about three times in the past few months. All those times I needed a gift to give. The sales people were all very helpful helping me pick out a gift in the price range that I wanted to spend. I will be back soon since it was nice going there to buy a gift.

They are local in Lake Worth Florida. They are very good. People there are nice and helpful. I love both the dark and chocolate covered pretzels . Love those individual chocolates too you can choose from. Very convenient for me when I am n Palm Beach County. Just difficult when I am away to order on line since sometimes their website does not let me order on line thus you still have to call to order and shipped where ever I am.
