I went in to get my ring repaired and they were incredibly helpful. They showed me what damages needed to be repaired and even mailed it off to the direct jeweler for an estimate and repair at no cost to me. Their communication was timely and their attitudes were very pleasant. I would highly recommend!

Kay Jewelers sold me a fake Diamond. It was an extreme hassle to file a claim about it and get anyone to help me and my fiancé. Almost didn't have a ring for my wedding because of them. Get your own diamond tester if you dare to buy from this shady company. We will never buy from them again. They have totally lost our trust and business. I looked into this and apparently it happens often and most people don't even know their diamonds have been swapped for stones of lesser quality.

I gave them my Movado watch to replace a battery on June1,23 they told me it'll get it back in two to four weeks. It took almost 4 months. I got it back on Sept. 24 23. After several calls asking them what happened they made no apologies and no reaction . I was calm and polite when i inquired as to why it's taking so long. Her demeanor was like she was in a hypnotic. trance or maybe she practices transcendental meditation. I'm not sure but I wouldn't buy a candy bar from this outlet store.

Was informed this location had been under new management not too long ago, I needed a Christmas present for the mother in law! WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! All employee’s were following covid guidelines and the store manager Dulce went above and beyond to understand the warranties and all that came with my purchase! Even during the holiday madness it was a pleasant experience and I did not feel rushed or pressured what so ever. HIGHLY recommend!!!!! Will be shopping here again and much much more often!

Went in about a month 2 months ago just looking at options and ended up making a purchase with Cindy who was very friendly and patient. She didn’t rush me or force me to buy anything but gave me options for financing which I for approved for and was very happy. Went back today to make a possible purchase and Sharon was just as pleasant and ended up getting approved for a credit card. Staff always greets you and makes sure they can help you.. recommending them to everyone

It's always nice to go in there and get my ring inspected and service (every 6months at no cost!) Staff is nice and well trained.

After Dulce left it was unorganized came back to a racist boss a jewelry consultant that could do whatever she wanted because she was the boss favorite really wonder what they had going on. Keep telling people I got fired and I will sue your company. Made millions of dollars and they fired their best two employees kahlil and me
