This is the second review I have wrote. I did delete the first one. I will explain why.... I took my teenager today for a facial with extractions and light therapy. The environment was very nice. The provider came to the lobby and explained to me what my son's procedure would include. My only complaint is that,while my teen was getting a facial, I was given a business card and told if I go on their website and leave a five-star review we would receive $5 off the service. This card also included the name of the provider that was handling my son's appointment. I did go online and leave a review and I doing so I reviewed details of which I was able to include at that time. Those things included the atmosphere and the lobby and being greeted and told what would be provided during the teen facial experience. When I went to check out I had to show the review. It was then that I was told I needed to edit the review and include the provider's name in my response. I declined and explained why and this is what I said. Considering I have not had a chance to talk to my son about how his experience was, I do not feel comfortable including that and I'm okay with not getting the $5 off. To me, this is a tacky way to promote yourself. If I had actually been the client that received the service maybe I can understand but I was not and I was not back there with him either.

My mom and I came in for a massage for her birthday. From the time we walked in, we were automatically blown away by the cleanliness and freshness of the spa. Smelled so good 🥰 Candace helped us with a bright smile and warm welcome at the front desk. Brittaney gave me an OUTSTANDING massage. It’s like she could tell every sore part of my body I had been dealing with without me even saying anything. My mom and I truly enjoyed this massage and will be back! Our self pampering evening was a dream thanks to J Sterling’s Wellness Spa. 😍

I have been getting laser hair removal for about a year and the results have been amazing! The owner told me it would be the best decision I made last year (to start the process) and he was RIGHT! The staff here are awesome and I highly recommend this wellness spa to anyone in need of a little self care.

I’ve been coming to J Sterling awhile and coming to Chris for deep tissue trigger point massage. He’s the best!! He gets you results if you truly want to be pain free and have better range of motion. It’s intense, but he knows the right pressure to use and when to let up but also still push you to where you get results! Thank you J Sterling and Chris!

This is the only place I come for my laser. Jordan is the best tech ever, she makes me very comfortable and helps with any discomfort I occasionally have. Bailey at the front desk is also super sweet and helpful. 10/10 would recommend! I referred my sister here and she loves it just as much!

Massage, couples massages, skincare, spa packages, waxing, laser hair removal, and membership. Many services are provided. I had a great first-time experience with a one hour message.

My first time at this establishment and I’m very impressed. Candace was warm and friendly as soon as I walked in the door. She answered any questions I had and also made the checkout process easy. Will was my therapist and he was fantastic. He was thorough in asking me about my needs and concerns. I had added cupping to my session and I left there without and tension or tightness in my back or arms. He made sure my comfort was his first priority. I’ll definitely go back and ask for him again.

Baily at the front desk greeted me and very nice and helpful and informative. I was in a lot of pain and Nina did a deep tissue massage with hot stones and she was amazing left me feeling amazing will definitely come back to see her.

Booked a spa package here for my wife and she loved it. Candace at the front desk was really welcoming from the moment we walked in and gave us the whole breakdown of everything since it was her first time at a spa. Her massage was done with Nina who really did an excellent job on her and Devia gave her an amazing with her facial. I would recommend anyone to come check them out.

This may sound weird, but I came here for a job interview.. and let me just say I am very impressed by how beautiful the spa is decorated. The scent upon arrival is so relaxing and reminds me of the days I was a licensed massage therapist... And it made me miss it! The rooms a beautifully decorated and provide a calming atmosphere. I definitely would love to come here for my birthday next year for services. It is so low pressure as they cater more to customer relaxation vs just pushing you into sales. I honestly would pay for the monthly with them because their environment is just that peaceful. Even if I am not employed there, please do give them a try. You will be as impressed as I am.

I must have passed by here a 100 times before I make a point to stop in . I’ve been getting a massage on a semi-regular basis with Rosanna. She is incredible adding the perfect amount of pressure. Front desk staff is always friendly and I love being able to book online. So nice to have such a fantastic spa here in Clermont without having to drive to Orlando !

The location is convenient and inviting. The front staff is welcoming and friendly. The rooms are nice, very relaxing and the massage table I was on had heath. My massage therapist Brittany was amazing, her hands are truly healing and she was able to work tough spots without making it painful. The cost is very affordable and their membership packages are easy to use. Overall a 10/10. Already planning my next massage!

I went to J Sterling's in Clermont for the first time today but it definitely won't be my last time! My massage and foot scrub from Flo was outstanding and she was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The facial I received from Sian was perhaps the best I've ever had. She analyzed my skin and used a variety of product to meet my specific needs. I enjoyed her energy and expertise. My next appointment will be with Flo and Sian! I highly recommend them.

Great services! I love going to this place. I had Sian (Sean) that did my facial and she is absolutely amazing! She didn’t try to get me to purchase a bunch of stuff and gave honest observations of my skin and she was spot on with her suggestions. Ari at the front desk was very helpful, sweet, and great to work with as well.

I'm giving 5 stars because Chris is incredible. I've seen some other massage therapists there that are pretty good, but Chris is incredible. He has techniques that I've never see before and I've seen close to a dozen massage therapists. There is a small discount for going during the week versus the weekend and I was quite fond of going on a week night after work, getting a nice massage then going home, soaking in a hot tub, and crawling into bed. Chris is the man! Highly recommend. There are other services offered at j Sterling, but I haven't utlized them as I prefer to just get a massage.

Let just say it started with Liz. Liz, welcomes you with a smile and helps you get comfortable for your massage. Chris then provides you with a consult prior to your service so you know what to expect. I am so pleased with the service and my pressure point massage that I experienced today from Chris! I let so relieved. I will be back sooner than later.

This place is absolutely amazing. I booked an appointment for my mom and she had a great massage from Will, she said it was the best massage she has ever had. This place is so clean and it smells amazing! Everyone that I seen leave this spa had a smile on their faces. As I waited for my mom Candance at the front desk was so awesome and sweet. She made me feel comfortable and we talked about everything. This will be our forever spa ❤️
