My son and I went there for the first time. Open play. Clean play areas and restrooms. There is a changing table. A little potty for kids to use. Has a cafe too. We didn't eat there because we were TOO busy playing. Given one free ball. Play for all. We had fun and will be back!

Always clean and kids have so much fun there! Great for birthday parties. They have a nursing room, too. Toddler and baby areas with lots of space to play. One of our favourite places to go. Service is always good and food is also delicious.

We just held a birthday party for a 2 year old here and it was a blast. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Everything went according to plan and the staff made sure we had a good experience. I highly recommend this place for parties and for individual play time.

First time here for a birthday party. It is Sunday so the madness is real. Everything is really clean and looks maintained and kept well. I can even smell the cleaning solution. I want to stop by on a weekend when it’s possibly less chaotic. But my 5 year old loved it.

Good place for kids aged 3 and over. The facility has a few slides which my son enjoyed. They also have climbing area. There is space for toddlers as well. It is not too big of an establishment but not small either. Usually pretty crowded on weekends.

We love this place! Very good for kids 2 to 6 years old, no teenagers running around. That’s why we choose it for 3rd birthday party. It’s a little more expensive per child than other places.. The table set up was very colorful (you choosing colors during online reservation). The package include pizza and juice or water for kids and 2 pinchers or refreshment. It is additional fee if you want to bring anything beside cake. I decided to order through them veggie and fruit plates, since price to bring my own was the same as if I order. Veggie plate was good but fruit plate was a joke! For $50 it was 8 pieces of green melon, green and red grape, small cup of melon balls, 8 pieces of pineapple which were not fresh, 9 strawberries and 1 full apple. It’s a kids birthday, were I suppose to give each kid a bite of apple? To give this place a credit, they remove fruits from the bill once I showed it to the manager before party started. The play area was very clean. Kids had a lot of fun!

Great space for the little ones, we appreciate the cleanliness, staff supervision, and healthy food choices at their cafe. It’s a small space but with the amount of various activities they offer, it keeps my kids busy for at least a good 3 hours so it’s always worth our while when we drive out to the Mount Prospect location! I just wish they were still on Groupon.

I’ve been to many indoor play areas with the kids I nanny. I normally dread going because they are usually loud, crowded, dirty. We decided to give The Ball Factory a try and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, the play areas were clean, and the kids had a blast. I was even offered a complimentary pair of socks since I forgot mine. We will absolutely be coming back here!

I’ve been hesitant to take my kids here because of some of the reviews about cleanliness but I finally came in today with the kiddos. I would just like to say that this place is our new FAVORITE place! Super clean and spacious. A lot of options for my toddler to play with. We came in an hour before closing and I kinda felt bad because we were the only ones there. But not ones did I feel like the staff was rushing us. The lady that helped us in the front desk was super helpful and kind. We will definitely come back and might even do my kids party here.

Nice place for kids. I took my kid there and we spent 3 hours at least. All were playing, going from game to another. Safe place and some nice activities. Some toys are dated, but over all no complaints

We Hosted my 2 year old son birthday party here on 10/29/2023 and we loved the place. It was Clean and kept the kids busy but overall I wasn't happy with the outcome for Paying over $500. The food was mediocre a lukewarm Rosati's Pizza and 40 chicken nuggets that didn't taste too good. They charge you if you bring outside food but they ordered our pizza from an outside source? Doesnt make sense. Their customer service was good but I wouldn't recommend it for a party maybe to bring your kids to play for a couple hours.

LOVE this place! Very clean, friendly staff, separate areas for babies-toddlers-bigger kids. I have been here twice and will most certainly return. They even have a "frequent flyer" program.

Ball Factory is so much fun! Myself & my grandkids ages 6,4 & 3 always have a great time. The staff are always helpful and nice with any questions or concerns you might have. All the equipment & ride on tractors are clean, it’s well maintained & taken care of! My kids love the choices of your snacks! Prices are not bad either! A lot of parking, good neighborhood too! We go as much as we can when the kids are out of school! Love this place, you’ll love it too!

Nice place for kids. So many kids activities. Colorful toys . Dining area, Play area, bathroom everything is neat n clean. We had a lot of fun here.
