I would give it zero stars if I could. I usually NEVER write reviews but since this place refuse to pick up the phone I need to inform others of my experience. I purchased the number 14 today which includes half pound of shrimp and a cluster crabs legs with broccoli, corn and potatoes. I get home and started eating my food and as I was finishing up my last crab leg I saw a silver shape piece of glass at the bottom. I immediately tried to call this establishment back several times back to back and no answer even left a voice. I am completely disgusted and threw everything out. What a complete waste of money. I usually place an order through DoorDash, but they didn't give me any butter the last time so I actually went to the establishment to purchase a meal. A young lady with a red weave was on the phone, and didn't even acknowledge me. I gave her a moment because I assumed she was actually taking an order and would at least let me know she'd be with me shortly. The girl never got off the phone and tried to leave the front like she didn't see me just standing there. A guy came out from the back and he was rude too. There's no way I"m spending money with an establishment that rude. I'm notifying the BBB too. Shameful...

The food had great flavor and a nice size proportion . I m a big boy and I made 2 meals out of my order .

Customer service is at a all time low. I called in a order of 2 #14 at 6:32 the lady said 20 minutes. Arrived at the restaurant at 7:09 sat and waited as 2 other call-in orders walked in after me and left and 1 walk-in came in ordered and got his food and left. I then asked about my order. The man looked thru a few tickets and said I don’t see it. I held my receipt up and he then said again he don’t see it. I then said okay well give me a my money. The girl then walked i the register and issued a refund fast instead of trying to get the order. And she looked through the tickets and found my order quick. Everyone except one older man was on they phone instead of trying to attend to the customers. I will not be Patronizing the store again. Not for convenience. Please management you have to do better. When they first opened ladies was very friendly now they there to get a check. Customer service is a must. I waited overall a hour just to get my money back that’s unacceptable.

Food is always well steamed and seasoned. Very good portions and now they have eggs and steak

Love how they have what I need when I need it and the food is pretty fresh. My fav seasoning is jerk and lemon pepper from here. As well as they accept Link 🤑

Coming from a person who enjoys to entertain but dislikes cooking, this is the perfect combination of quality and quantity! The fresh ingredients and blend of flavors will not disappoint your taste buds.😛 Perfect tray for hosting or meal prepping

I bought a seafood dinner at this place. The food was pretty good. I didn't have to wait long and the price was reasonable

I’ve only had one bad experience where the vegetables and shrimp were really gummy. They were friendly enough to replace my shrimp and vegetables for free in return.

When I last visited, I was really disappointed because I used to enjoy this place. I decided not to return after noticing the food was undercooked and young lady was wearing a crop top.
