If you are looking for sheetgoods that need to be cut go across the street to Lowe's. Every week these guys change the rules on what they can cut based on if they feel like doing it. Last week they could cut particleboard just fine. Today 11/7/2023 at 2:20 pm said he can't cut particle board after blowing me off. A couple weeks ago they would only do one cut per transaction. There is one younger guy that works lumber that is actually helpful, but I haven't been lucky enough to see him often.

Awesome. We dealt with 2 gentleman in the flooring department. Rob and Rodney. Both were excellent! We returned and purchased through Rodney, who was dealing with computer issues and still maintained a sense of humor and professionalism. So many more choices at Home Depot than "the other guy". Wonderful service and products.

Excellent customer service from Justine and Mashaun. Going above and beyond to rectify an issue that while small in size, meant a lot to me. Home Depot will be my first choice going forward thanks the world class service provided.

It wouldn't be fair to base my rating on one or two bad experiences out of many trips to the Home Depot, so I won't. I've been ignored in the kitchen appliance department twice. I was in the market for a deep freezer and had a question about one. The only worker was talking to another couple, so I stood to the side and waited. The man looked in my direction and continued to talk. The next time I came in the same man was on the computer and since I already knew what I wanted I went towards him and he looked up at me as I walked towards him and turned and walked away. I ended up ordering it online. I'm not sure why he wouldn't help me, but I'm just here to share my experiences.

Love the special Christmas offers in store and online. We were able to get several Christmas gifts and still saved big, gotta love that.

Let's just say home depot customer service has been outstanding! Mr. Oscar and Xavier in lawn and garden were exceptional! And now today, we met Mr. Michael who went above and beyond the call to help us. Thank you home depot for outstanding service!

Avian is a life saver! She’s the plant whisperer. Three times now I went to look specifically for her giving her impossible conditions for my landscaping needs but she has come through every time. My guests think I have a professional consultant. Avian, my red flowers have tripled in size and I am so excited to plant the fig tree! Thank you for making my house look like it was professionally designed.

Worst home depot of all of them. I strongly urge you to use another home depot. Went in to return an item , they returned it to a bank that I no longer used. My bank rejected the payment as I did not have an account there and yet homedepot keeps claiming they did not get the money back just to they can avoid actually refunding me. They have no problem letting shop lifters come in and out and take what they want but when hard working people come in and then return an item they would rather steal there money. only one person tried to help me named Rosa. Everyone else avoid my calls and would not help me or gave me the run around.

Strange experience from Home Depot. Looks like a scam Home Depot is developing . Not having matching serial numbers in the box and the tool The girl who worked in the section was named Shay . I bought a impact drill on sale 2 days before I came home , started using it for a project and then found out that I get a hammer drill from Amazon for just $59 for the same thing . Homedpot has a 30 day money back policy. I have shopped from Home Depot since the time I remember . I went to return the impact driver And the girl Shay says that I can’t return coz the serial number with the box and the unit doesn’t match . And blamed that I used it and I am a fraud . Why should I take all this stress for $99. It was the same box that the drill and box came from . That means Home Depot is doing some kinda scam . They are selling is tools in such a way that the numbers don’t match to the box so we can’t return it .. so please check and open the box before your accept a purchase as if numbers don’t match you are considered a fraud .. Why should I return a $99 driver . If it doesn’t work . The girl SHAY was so disrespectful and rude that I felt like why did I even buy .. I have been buying for Home Depot for ages and I am one of the bigger shareholder for Home Depot . I have rarely returned a product to Home Depot all this years and I was told I am a fraud by this girl named Shay . I could’ve bought from Amazon and easily returned .. Amazon never judged or complained .. This girl Shay .. make me scared to buy anything from Home Depot in future Guys
